My reliance gsm no. Is [protected] .but after put it in mobile i found 44'hme error and showing no service so plz solve my problem.and cc is not replying my sim is activated. At relinace mobile store i ask to issue me new micro SIM and they say currently we are running out of stock.

    I lodged a request on October 14, 2014 to deactivate my Reliance # [protected] and the request # is as[protected]. They said that they would deactivate this number in 5 days. There was no action being taken on this. We made all the advance payments for this.I again made a call back in 7 days, they said that the number would be deactivated in 2 days. Again no action was being taken by them. Lastly I rushed to Reliance Communications Outlet at Borivalli (W) two to three times and they said that their server is down and they cannot help it out. Out of no help, I called the Customer Care once again and the support person was 'Sachin' with the request # as[protected]. The person told in a very rude way, 'WE DO NOT CARE. THIS WOULD TAKE AN ANOTHER 15 DAYS AND YOU WILL HAVE TO MAKE THE PAYMENT''. Also, the person said in a very rude way, whatever that you can do, you may, they would not help out this. This issue and the behavior of the customer care needs an urgent action. Too bad of a Reliance Customer Centeric Service.

        just a couple of days i hav buyed pro3 frm kalyan reliance store they told me that i will get 5mbps speed instead of 14.7 but as of now m getting hardly 90kbps speed.what a of service frm you.what u think we r making time pass or wat for using ur wrost service.when i contact to customer executive he told me to recharge a 30rs topup & after that u will get speed of 14.7.now do 1 thing shutdown ur business & go to hell.

          I have been using my reliance mobile for the past 8 years and it is in DND too. Every time i get call from Real Estate people, or Charity Organizations, Idea Mobile. Idea Mobile people asking to migrate from Reliance to Idea. And Charity Organization asking for Charity. Real Estate people for their ventures. This is purely Reliance is trespassing the privacy of the customer by selling their data base to other people.           Not mere forwarding the issue to customer service team to resolve i need to know how the caller data is being sold for and apart from that According to TRAI if my number is DND and other third party calls me their number must be blocked irrespective of their bussiness nature, and I need to know about the status of my complaint and what action has been taken as per RTI act.

          The above number provided me is working i need the confirm reply as on how my data is being sold for just few bugs and according to the RTI act 2005, Even though am und DND, i would like to know how and why my data is being sold to the third party. Else i will be forced to lodge complaint with TRAI.

            My data card no:[protected] i have an Internet connection of reliance net-connect broadband which have the limit of ( upload + download ) 10 GB . We log-in in reliance online portal to calculate my usage of last month i surprise to that i used only 6.3 GB but during connection its requesting to "TopupRequest message" Same thing happen in current month, reliance connection giving me a warning message during the connection that " please recharge your reliance data card". So, i cross verified the data usage through online portal its display 5.3 GB used till but 10 GB is the limit according to my data plan. Please requesting to take action against such Fraud service.               Hi, my phone no is [protected]. Service provider is Reliance gsm services. I often recharge my reliance SIM online form the reliance official website http://myservices.relianceada.com/captureInstantRecharge.do Today on 17th October 2014, i did a recharge of Rs 33 under the Tariff Plan option. The benefits of the pack was given as 30p per min upto 1st 250 mins and 40p per min after ward. After online payment was complete I received 2 messages 1 from my bank about the transaction and the other from reliance saying that the recharge of Rs 33 was successful. Now when I try to call, charges are same as my previous one. I tried calling customer care at 198. 1st time it was said that I did a wrong recharge and the recharge amount of Rs33 does'nt exist and the phone was disconnected. I called them for the second time, then they agreed that it is getting displayed in the website but I can't get any benefit from that as it is not available. May be its a small amount of money, but something like this is not expected from a company like RELIANCE. I far as I can see either its a mistake from there side not to update there recharge portal, or its a kind of money making policy that the company is applying in recent time. Please help to resolve this issue. I can provide copy of the sms and mail that I received as proof that the recharge was successful. Thanks and regards, Somak

                reliance service has always deducted balance for VAS which activate on their own. Every time we need to call customer are for deactivation of those VASand refund of our balance. Few weeks back, another VAS Techzone got activated and deducted re1. The amount not being very significant, I ignored it a few time. When they started deducting balance every few days for this VAS, I contacted and the customer service on the 31st oct 2014 and my balance was refunded for the latest VAS that had been activated. The customer care executive then mentioned that I could get these VAS deactivated by sending a STOP message to no. 121 and my balance would be refunded. I repeatedly asked if even the balance would get refunded and i was assured it would be. In spite of this, again on 1) 02nd nov 2014, when my balance was deducted for TechZone VAS and I messaged in 121 to STOP the VAS, I was given the following reply- "internal server error". 2) on 06th nov 2014 again TechZone VAS was activated and balnce deducted. When I messaged STOP to 121, i was given the following reply - "Dear customer, you are not subscribed to any VAS packs. To know about top VAS packs SMS START to 121" 3) on 10th nov 2014, another VAS USSD service was automatically activated and Rs 3 was deducted. 4) today dated 17th nov 2014, VAS Techzone was activated at 12;42pm and Rs 5 was deducted. I called 198 customer care service at 12;49pm to deactivate the service and refund of balance, but i was told by a male customer care executive that due to system upgrade they can not do anything and I should call after half an hour. I tried calling again numerous times but the call was disconnected. I was again able to connect with the customer care service at 17;05pm and again another female customer care executive told that their system is upgrading and I should call after half an hour. I told them to note down my no. and refund the balance whenever their system was done upgrading to which the executive just said "ok". When I called again at 19:10pm to ask why my balance had not been refunded yet, the female customer care executive hung up the call. i am attaching screenshot image of the SMS received by me from reliance service.

                  Dated 15th Nov, my balance was Rs. 123.00 until I received an sms that my balance is Rs.00. I called up 198 and complaint of the same, the executive confirmed that its wrongly debited from my account and I will get it back. I got it back after 5 hrs approx. But to my utter surprise just 20 minutes after receiving the Balance again I received an sms that my balance is Rs 00. I called up customer care but they disconnected without letting me complete my sentence. Since then I have tried calling 198, *333 at least 70-75 times but the call does not connects to the executive and gets disconnected itself. The problem doesn't end here, I got Rs 50 top up done and I received an sms that I have Rs 41.00 balance. I tried calling my relatives but surprisingly while calling it was said that I cannot complete the call due to insufficinet balance. I checked my balance again and it was Rs 41.00. I switched OFF my mobile and then switched it ON again but still couldn't make a single call. But still by the end of the day again I received an sms that my balance is Rs 00. Hence together with Rs. 123 I lost Rs. 41 too. More than that I got mentally harassed by calling customer care repeatedly with a hope that this time the executive might respond. But this did not happened. My internet (internet pack) on mobile too stopped working since 15th Nov, 14 night. I am very disappointed with the poor service of reliance. I have a little kid and I am alone with her without any source of contact with husband or relatives. Its only incoming. This kind of problem with reliance is not new to me. These people must be taught to be professional and true to their service.

                  Bogus Company it is it seems, I submitted my details on the above link approx 5 hrs back, but no representative calledup till now. However I called up 198 and luckily this time I could speak to the executive and told him the whole story then he put me on hold to check details, I was on hold for apprx 4 minutes and he disconnected the call. How unprofessional and if said they simply say that its network problem from your end.
                  Again I called up and repeated the whole story and very roughly executive said, that I should be patient and my problem will be resolved by tomorrow afternoon.
                  May I know that smart executive that how will I come to know that already my request is being processed when I didn't receive any sms or call although I have been calling customer care like crazy since 15th Nov, 14.
                  Its high time and I am only going to wait till tomorrow EOD, I want an explanation for all the mental trauma I have been gone through due to RELIANCE, or else it has to pay a price this time.
                  This is in reference to the complain I made against Reliance communication on Jan 27, 2015. This is for the second time that my balance has been wrongly debited. They have debited Rs 150/- without me making any calls sms or internet usage.
                  Moreover I am making several calls around 50-55 times to 198 but it is automatically getting disconnected.
                  Does reliance has an answer to this.

                        reliance chor company no 3g speed in my area since auguest 10 complaints already made, this is 11th complain, and how reliance problem solving works is here:- they will call me. again call me. again call me. will ask for doing handset settings (Already checked with galaxy note, 5 different datacards, iphone5s, and other mobiles.) i know what is issue, issue presents in tower at my location. Once i leave my home it works gr8. but speed in my area. I am surprised to know that signal strength on all my handsets are 58dBm which is too good for atleast 1 Mbps speed as TRAI guideline for 3g.                           Sir/Madam, I have purchased recently a hp laptop and reliance dongle. From the beginning itself, the reliance customer service is poor, i must say. No sooner i got that dongle, i had to wait for 5 days for internet connection, thanks to that fellow who didnt send my application in time to update in server. The job of activating internet is merely 24 hrs, took 5 days! kudos to you people, for everytime i called up the customer care, ii got a blunt response of waiting for "24 hrs". And finally, when am using this dongle, now that from yesterday, i am getting message, "the remote computer did not respond, to make sure the server can be reached and ping the remote computer ..." When i called up the customer care people, same answer i am getting from them "call after 24 hrs".. What is to be done? I am getting bugged up with reliance service. Suma

                              on november 11 2014 a person from nungambakkam, chennai. reliance office approched me and sold a reliance pro 3 dongle for Rs.1350/- but the actual price is Rs.1299/- at the time i asked for a bill but he said the bill is not required and they told the dongle has the capacity to give 14.7mbps speed but they told me i will be getting minimum of 4mbps speed but from the day one my purchase am only getting 0.27mbps speed after several times calling to the sales man he said he will solve the problem and then for the two days he dint atten my call later i staright away went to the nungambakam store they your card has been damaged. then they said without bill we cant do anything and again they called him from the thier landline which he picked up within a ring.after they asked for the bill issue he said i solve this and he told me to give the dongle to the sales team in the same store. i gave to them the dongle but again they dint give me the receipt. my dongle no:- [protected] sales man name- nithyanandem his contact num:[protected]

                                on november 11 2014 a person from nungambakkam, chennai. reliance office approched me and sold a reliance pro 3 dongle for Rs.1350/- but the actual price is Rs.1299/- at the time i asked for a bill but he said the bill is not required and they told the dongle has the capacity to give 14.7mbps speed but they told me i will be getting minimum of 4mbps speed but from the day one my purchase am only getting 0.27mbps speed after several times calling to the sales man he said he will solve the problem and then for the two days he dint atten my call later i staright away went to the nungambakam store they your card has been damaged. then they said without bill we cant do anything and again they called him from the thier landline which he picked up within a ring.after they asked for the bill issue he said i solve this and he told me to give the dongle to the sales team in the same store. i gave to them the dongle but again they dint give me the receipt. my dongle no:- [protected] sales man name- nithyanandem his contact num:[protected]

                                  15.11.2014 By email and courier The Managing Director Reliance Communication Ltd Mumbai Sub: Reliance Wireless Dongle connectivity carrying Mobile no: Dear Sir, It is a very small matter and for a very small amount of Rs.1500/- demand from your company. I had the privilege of having the above subject connection from one of your franchise store in Bangaluru – Karnataka after paying Rs.3000/- with an assurance that this plan comes with FREE unlimited download connection for first three months and after 3months based on usage you will bill on monthly basis. During initial usage itself had very difficult time getting connected to your remote servers on wireless mode and even if it gets connected there will be constant disconnection and sometimes it will not at all reach your remote server leading to frustration and time and man hour loss and end result for the purpose I bought this additional connection did/does not serve/severed purpose. Despite complaining more than twice and whenever your feedback team or out sourced call center calls and out sourced collection agent calls, this problem remained unresolved and stopped using the connection (please check my login records) and requested your call center team to refund the money and cancel the connection and each time they assure they will inform the concerned department but again they will call for money which is not at all payable. Last evening again someone from your outsourced Legal call center called and demanded Rs.1400/- and mentioned that they have sent legal notice for the recovery through email. I am surprised that Reliance is allowing/adopting such harm twisting means with their customers to recover money which in first place is not at all due and instead of refunding the Rs.3000/- for poor services and other time cost wastage of the customer. Shall appreciate, if you instruct the concerned department to refrain from such unnecessary calls being made for dues which are not at all payable and in fact it is Reliance which needs to refund the Rs.3000/- and other time cost immediately and disconnect the line forthwith so that your computer system does not generate auto bill at each month end and your outsourced collection makes calls(without checking the previous calls) for additional amount without any fault of the customer.                                     My Reliance PRI No is [protected]. I have given a refundable deposit of Rs 1, 00, 000 at the time of taking connection. My line was disconnected on 1st November 2014. Still i did not received refund of Rs 1, 00, 000. I got a call from service manager Mr. Shakeel(Shakeel.[protected]@relianceada.com) saying that he will file a court case if i send any complaint mail, When i spoke to the manager Mr Hayat Khan (hayat.[protected]@relianceada.com) i was said that i will receive the refund within 15 days so i asked him to send a official mail stating that i will receive my refund within 15 days but i did not received any email till date. But later on i receive the call from another manager Mr Prasad (Unnam.[protected]@relianceada.com) who bluntly says that you keep the material and forget the deposit we will not refund do whatever you want"chod do-leaveit". Kindly refund my amount of Rs 1, 00, 000. I am fed up with all these reliance managers. I am PRI since years and there were lot of service issues from past one year because of power cuts. All the managers got changed last year and these new managers never replyed on mails and never took ours call whenever we had problems so i was forced to cancel the service.                                     I did not received any refund yet. No one contacted me still. But i received the bill of Rs 20000, My billing cycle is 19th to 18th. My lines were disconnected on 1st November. Then why the hell i received the bill for full month when my outgoing was already disconnected on 1st of November. Reliance is the biggest fraud company. Cheating its customer. Please i request everyone not to take connection from this company.
                                    I think i need to send a legal notice on reliance communication to solve my problem because this consumer complain website is also not helping me.

                                    Kindly update on refund of security deposit of Rs 1, 00, 000. As discussed we must have received it before 5th December 2014. But its 3rd January 2015 but we have not received the refund yet. Kindly refund me my money or else i need to complaint to TRAI.
                                    My concern was never discussed. Just received a call from some reliance agent on 28th November promising me that my refund will be given before 5th December 2014. But after that no call. no refund till now. Without solving my problem how can they close my complaint. Reliance is the worst company i have seen in my life. I will never take any connection from this worthless company and even make sure none of my family and friends take any connection.
