Sir/Madam,
I have purchased recently a hp laptop and reliance dongle. From the beginning itself, the reliance customer service is poor, i must say. No sooner i got that dongle, i had to wait for 5 days for internet connection, thanks to that fellow who didnt send my application in time to update in server. The job of activating internet is merely 24 hrs, took 5 days! kudos to you people, for everytime i called up the customer care, ii got a blunt response of waiting for "24 hrs". And finally, when am using this dongle, now that from yesterday, i am getting message, "the remote computer did not respond, to make sure the server can be reached and ping the remote computer ..." When i called up the customer care people, same answer i am getting from them "call after 24 hrs".. What is to be done? I am getting bugged up with reliance service.
