I am a user of Reliance SIM. I am very disappointed by the service of Reliance. They deduct my balance and activated some unwanted Value Added Services, due to which I have to call the customer care to refund the said balance. hi, My internet is down for around a month and after lodging several complaints the internet is not up. I have registered 5 complaints and everytime they close them saying the issue is resolved. I got a message from reliance ie., 'Dear customer your service are being suspended
for UCC to DND customer as per TRAI norms on 13/oct/2014. I made a complaint to the reliance centre at minto road New Delhii they started my number but the same message comes again. Next time customer center people also not able to help me.
