My user ID[protected] I bought this connection on August 20th 2014 by paying RS.1350. But i found very next day that the connection to that reliance service box[where it distribute connection for customers] was barred by TNEB. The reliance People didnt pay EB bill for that service box and also they didnt pay the rent for service Box where it is located, The sales executive assured me that this area has perfect connection and sold me that connection. I told the sales executive to cancel my connection but he my amount will be refunded after 40day only, So i struggled lot with sales executive and sales manager a lot to get connection after 15 days. i spend more than 100Rs from my mobile since cus.care was not aware of my problem i personally called those ppl. Reliance headoffice which is in Nungambakkam is waste of functioning because no ppl are ready to answer any phone cal and that is headoffice for whole Tamil Nadu. they call us only regarding Bill payment if we failed to pay within due date. once if a connectivity problem arise and if we file a complaint they will ask to wait for 24hrs and they wont tell what sort of problem we are facing and also they wont intimate when the complaint is closed. Even after the complaints are closed and we dont get proper connection. when we again ask regarding the complaint then they will give an information that previous complaint was closed and they will ask us to file a new compliant. This is a cheap tricks followed by them because if we have problem continuously for 3days then only waiver is given to the customer so in order to reject waiver they fool customer in this way. I registered an complaint on 09/10/14 and it got resolved on 04/11/14 ie. Almost 1 month i didn't get connection. But though the billing department made me bill and asked me to pay the amount of Rs.785. so i decided to quit my connection. Things about customer care: 1) Dont call them regarding query because they don't know anything 2) You can call them just for filling complaint 3) Their Frequent pre prepared dialogues are (a) Sorry for the inconvenience (b) Your problem will be resolved in next 24hrs (c) Your compliant is taken in higher priority (d) We are escalating ur compliant to the technical department (e) What ever we talk regarding complaint then they again start SORRY FOR THE INCONVINENCE. 4) we can talk only to the customer care representative and if can we can talk with supervisor who is head for those representatives and he too give the same of information what the cus.care representative told before. 5) they are technically not clear with the updates regarding the complaint Things about organisation: Just they have the name reliance broadband connection but they are splitted into many. their technical workers are working on the basis of contract. I got a technician number once when he visited my home for technical issue. Then after a week i had a problem and i called him regarding to fix it but he told me that if i charge him Rs150 we will visit my home. And i told him i cant afford money because it is his duty to do service and at that time he revealed me that they are working in contract and they were not properly treated by reliance for paying their wages. From that it clearly shows that when a technical problem is arised there are no technical ppls are there to work properly. Even paying the EB bill and Rent bill for the Distribution box was also give to vendors. PROS: Only plus point to reliance team is that their plan was really awesone. they are giving UNLIMITED 2mbps for JUST 700. one advice for reliance broadband. Kindly u can increase the plan to even Rs1200 but make sure you give proper connection and proper support for customers. Thank you

    i am H.IMDADULLA and i have reliance 3 data card no.[protected]. the coverage is very poor in my residence area so i would like to disconnect and cancell my data card. when i approached customer care centre in coimbatore and contact in toll free numbers i am asked to wait till my next bill date 25.12.2014. when i am prepared to pay the full month payment whey they ask me to wait till 25.12.2014. this is too bad service. h.imdadulla, no.11, srv nagar, ganapathy maa nagar, coimbatore 641 006. tamil nadu phone no.[protected]

      Hi I Ram from Mumbai..I am a customer of RCOM since last 6 years and have two sim. I was using GPRS service and its last date was 5 Nov 2014. On 5 Nov 2014 I recharged with 95 they deducted whole amt on 6th Nov 2014. Again i recharged with 95 on 6 Nov 2014 n again they deducted whole amt. Whenever I try to reach on *333 never get the reply after 20 m call. I tried to reach on 198 many time...they advertise there many things and after 15 minute of call nothing happens. and never reach to their executive. what the fu..k service urproviding.. my no is [protected] guys I recommend u all to not subscribe RCOm.I am also disconnecting from RCOms service.           I have used reliance broadband during 2011 and terminated the connection since I was moving out of city. A few days back I get an email from some reliance.[protected]@pratikgroup.co.in saying that I owe them some money and that I need to pay it to avoid any legal issues. When I try to call reliance customer care to ask if i really have any outstanding dues, they asked me to email [protected]@relianceada.com. I emailed them twice and got no response yet since last 3-4 days. I also emailed the pratikgroup email address and asked to provide any document or bill confirming the outstanding dues but they too have not responded yet. I am guessing this is a scam since neither party is confirming anything. Also, I would expect the email to come from a reliance email address in case they are in anyway associated with Reliance. Could the reliance broadband folks please confirm if you really have any association with pratikgroup.co.in? My consumer and contact details are below.             Dear Team I m a customer of reliance communication broadband last 3 year. my name is Hitesh Mulchandani and my subscriber id is[protected] and my cell no is [protected]. last 2 month my internet connection not working and i have share market work fully depending on internet. yours customer care toll free number not picking any call till 2 hours holding the cellphone this is the service of reliance communication when they pick they only said your problem solve in tomorrow and we mentioned in higher priority. but no one come to know about complain and executive or field officer come to know whats yours complain last 1 month month every day i visit yours c-scheme office sardar patel marg and complaining about my broadband. 1st few days reliance executive chiranjeev hear my complain but not responding he gives his number to call back me after one day then he didnt pick any call . after that 7th of oct everyday i visit on head office there i meet mr saket sharma . he is good person . he want to help me but that time problem of wire . higher authority said wire not available after that wire comes on 19th of Oct but the field person not change the wire because holidays of Diwali . then i visit 27th of Oct in branch then field persons said we change the wire but not fully (some part there cuts ).after that internet connectivity not coming till 31st of October . then they said some sever problem . then ADB box problem not working probably . till date my net not working properly in 24 hours in a day only i got 1hour connection then valid IP not available .and no buddy yours executive or field worker want to help the customer . sir my house no is c-169 malviya nagar jaipur next connection also have in c-170 malviya nagar both house have same problem and no buddy want to solve the problem only executive give time for some days and field officer and person not to hear any customer quarries.i have all recorded calls 1st oct to till 6th of nov 1 gave ring more then 200 times to all but no buddy can pick the call. when i m visit the branch they give time in last 1 month i bear many loses in share market due to network connectivity. sir please take care this matter and solve it ASAP . and please take stick action against supporting staff . i like reliance very much that's why i m written this mail to you. and please check my complain in toll free and reliance office sardar patel marg wave my bill.               respected sir, i have prepaid number [protected] currently my call plan rate was 25p/min local & STD( as i conformed from reliance costumer care) but yesterday and today also after making any call my balance is deducting in very high rate(yesterday i registered a complain, n.o is[protected] regarding balance deduction) so please return my whole deducted balance. and even your costomer service people doesn't have proper knowledge about service as they talk with costumer. So, im requesting you to refund my whole balance and take necessary action. thank u kundan yadav

                    I am a user of Reliance SIM. I am very disappointed by the service of Reliance. They deduct my balance and activated some unwanted Value Added Services, due to which I have to call the customer care to refund the said balance. They refunded the balance and promise that this type of activity will not happen in future. But same thing will happen after few days and deduct my balance. I have so many works except call to customer care. So, it harass me badly, also I have to wait for at least half and hour to contact the customer care personnel. The services are such as Tech Zone etc. etc. There are so many old age people in our society who use mobile phones, and they only know to receive and dial calls. They are not aware about these deduction policies of companies, then think daily how a huge amount is deducted from the customers. We have deep faith on Indian Consumer Forum, you are requested to control these company and take necessary action against them. They are expert to deduct customer's balance in many ways, such as unwanted VAS, Internet use etc. etc. without any rules and regulations, but unable to improve the mobile network.                       I am getting irritate with reliance every time i recharge and they deduct 3/- for VAS service without my permission, automatically service activate. how u people can do like this. 3 times they have deduct 3 rs total 9 rs they have deducted from my recharge, i want 9 rs back. do something as early as possible either i will do another legal action about it. my contact no: [protected] email id: [protected]@gmail.com.

                      Listen, now m very frustrate, of their VAS USSD service, reliance guys also don't do anything, again rs 31- deducted from my account, every time am complaining for the same thing, and they are refunding, thats it.
                      Can anybody concern person over reliance so i can talk & get the permanent solution, to deactivate VAS Service from this no. [protected].

                        I am getting these kind of messages every week and sometimes twice in a week. "Amount charged for VAS EasyMobile VP Rs 10.00" And I did not subscribe to any of your so called "Value added services". Previously they used to deduct Rs 3 and now Rs 10. I have even been charged twice the same day.OMG Do you think customers are dumb. They will keep quiet every time. Solve this issue on high priority and return all my money which you have deducted till now.

                        Would you let me know how much time will this take to get my balance credited. If I count by the messages which I have presently have Rs 115 have been deducted.

                          hi, My internet is down for around a month and after lodging several complaints the internet is not up. I have registered 5 complaints and everytime they close them saying the issue is resolved.                             Original problem: I had used Reliance Broadband connection 6 years back when I was staying at Kumar Priyadarshan, Sus Road Pune. I opted for 400 rental unlimited plan with download speed of 75kbps at that time in 2008. But I was not give the mentioned plan and hence I followed up many times with customer service as half of the times the net was too slow to access. So after constant follow ups I gave up and asked to disconnecto my connection and stopped using the internet . I had paid all my bills regularly till then for few months. They did not disconnect the connection and kept sending me bills. How am I supposed to pay the bills for the service which I have not used and asked to disconnect. Now suddenly I am getting this email from some advocate asking for payment of Rs. 1382/- for service which I asked to disconnect. This is very annoying and I have read similar complaints from other users in this forum. Reliance communication Limited (hereinafter referred to as reliance broadband), which is a Company registered under the Companies Act, 1956 and having its Circle Office at 7th floor, Kumar cerebrum, Next to Iadlabs Multiplex kalyani nagar, Pune 411001 serve you this notice of demand, the contents whereof you may note as detailed herein below- 1. Reliance communication Limited is a leading Unified Access Service Provider in India and provides various Telecom and other services in various telecom circle in India by virtue of Licenses granted by Department of Telecommunications (DoT), Government of India. 2. A connection was allotted and sanctioned to you on your request on a duly executed Customer Application Form and other related forms/documents ("Agreement" hereinafter). As per the terms of the Agreement, you were under an obligation inter-alia to make payments of the periodic bills raised by Reliance communication (Maharashtra) Limited upon you in respect of the availed services. However, inspite of the receipt of the said bills, you have grossly failed to make the due payment in time. Due to the non-payment of your legitimate dues, Reliance communication (Maharashtra) Limited was compelled to bar/suspend/disconnect your aforesaid connection. We, therefore, call upon you on behalf of Reliance communication (Maharashtra) Limited to pay the outstanding amount of Rs. 1382 /. within seven (6) days of the receipt of this notice, failing which Reliance communication (Maharashtra) Limited, shall be constrained to initiate appropriate legal proceedings against you at your absolute costs, risk and consequences.                               Original problem: I had used Reliance Broadband connection 6 years back when I was staying at Kumar Priyadarshan, Sus Road Pune. I opted for 400 rental unlimited plan with download speed of 75kbps at that time in 2008. But I was not give the mentioned plan and hence I followed up many times with customer service as half of the times the net was too slow to access. So after constant follow ups I gave up and asked to disconnecto my connection and stopped using the internet . I had paid all my bills regularly till then for few months. They did not disconnect the connection and kept sending me bills. How am I supposed to pay the bills Now suddenly I am getting this email on 3-Nov from some advocate asking for payment of Rs. 1382/- for ome service which I asked to disconnect. This is very annoying and I have read similar complaints from other users in this forum. The mail goes like this: ADV AMIT KULKARNI (B.S.L.LL.B) WITHOUT PREJUDICE Ref No:-180+ /BC 23 /PUN/1024/NOV 2014 Name :-MR AKSHAY GANGADHAR SHINDE Address: –H-19-20 KUMAR PRIYADARSHAN BALAJI CHOWK SUS ROAD PUNE Subject:- Demand Notice for Recovery of Outstanding Dues Account ID – [protected] E-mail ID [protected]@GMAIL.COM Dear Sir/Madam, M/s. Reliance communication Limited (hereinafter referred to as reliance broadband), which is a Company registered under the Companies Act, 1956 and having its Circle Office at 7th floor, Kumar cerebrum, Next to Iadlabs Multiplex kalyani nagar, Pune 411001 serve you this notice of demand, the contents whereof you may note as detailed herein below- 1. Reliance communication Limited is a leading Unified Access Service Provider in India and provides various Telecom and other services in various telecom circle in India by virtue of Licenses granted by Department of Telecommunications (DoT), Government of India. 2.                                 Your company is offering 6.5GB data for 3G dongle having 90 days validity on/after 18th July 2014. However your website is still showing the old scheme for Rs 649 recharge which was 3GB data having 30 days validity. Can I will get 6.5GB data(Validity) 90 days if I will recharge my Mobile [protected] through your website. Please note that I had recharged my Mobile No-[protected] on 16th August by outside retailer and I got 6.5GB data (Validity 90 days).Shall I get the same benefit if I will recharge my Mobile [protected] through your website because your website is showing the old scheme (ie 3 GB for 30days). Please update your website or confirm me what can I do. It will be not possible for me to contact retailer on 16th Nov 2014 since I will be on remote location.                                   Today (7/11/14), I suddenly got an SMS that "Amount charged for VAS One97STalkDP Rs 15.00. Current main balance Rs. XX". But I haven't requested anything. This is totally illegal. Can anyone pls help. I think the same issue many other persons also have faced. This is a bad practise.
                                  Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  I got a call from RCom Customer Care within half an hour and they returned the money back in my account. I'm happy and appreciating this quick action from RCom. Pls keep this standard up while helping the customer. Thanks again.

                                  I Port My Sim From Aircel to Reliance for a better Service. But I think I Was Wrong. I don't know what is vas one97stalkdp and why these people always deducted the money for Some silly service that i don't want. I never do anything for like these VAS Services. Please Help.                                     i did 3 time complain regarding this issue, issue present in my nearby tower, i am getting good signal strength 58dBm, but speed is 0.20MBps max, worst internet service i ever used is reliance, paying bill for no internet access from reliance no is [protected], when i complain they call me and say sir ho jayega, sir site pe issue chal rha hai, blah blah, ghanta issue chal rha hai, 45 days are enough to solve any issue. address where i am using is "Jagdamba Nagar, Heerapura, Ajmer road jaipur. once i move from this tower i get good speed but this tower ruined my money and business. data card no is [protected]

                                      I got a message from reliance ie., 'Dear customer your service are being suspended
                                      for UCC to DND customer as per TRAI norms on 13/oct/2014. I made a complaint to the reliance centre at minto road New Delhii they started my number but the same message comes again. Next time customer center people also not able to help me.

                                      Hence kindly do me a favour in reinstate my number as eairly as possible.

                                        Sir, I was really upsate by relence staff and advocate, I was paid every single Rs. and also give application to close my Broad Band No.[protected] by mail, but they never take any action and send me bills, calls and messages forcefully to pay for bills.my account in suspence as they inform but i dont want to continue with them.                                         I was asking detail for recovery amount on 6th June 14, but there is no answer from Relience Relationship Team, and today their advocate call to me for samans. There for I remind today and mail him as below, They permenent appoint a agency for recovery without information.

                                        Then I have to know why you want to recover Rs. 1540/- . clarify.ASAP. connected this i was mailed on 6th June'14 .with all details but there is no answer from your side.

                                        Your advocate call me from Mob.[protected] and inform me today for the Saman, what kind of notice or saman ? ( they dont have any information ). What is my crime ? you treated every customer like this, wHO disconnect service by your behavior, recover some amount and pressurise them by advocate.you also have to give right and every details to your advocate with amount.If any person asking for recovery they dont say, I dont Know, my job is only give notice and saman.
                                        I already send all supporting mail proof with mail to relience.
