We are using your service(Reliance GSM) since many years with mobile number [protected],
since last couple of weeks you are deducing the balance without any reason, i am sure that we have not activated any kind of VAS service, still your system is deducting the balance and sending the message for the same, my balance was near about rupees 224, which is now near about 134, I request you to please stop all the VAS service and refund me all the deducted amount As soon as possible,
we are already activated DND service on this number since long.
above mention number stay at my home and it is used most for the incoming purpose,
if you want to communicate for the same then please do call me on my below number.
And i request you, now onwards please do not activate any kind of VAS service automatically on the provided number.
