    My name is Shashikant Nirmal, My contact number is [protected], I am using 3G service of Reliance GSM and paying 247rs per month with 1GB 3G data for 1month and not getting even the speed of 2G, www.google.com page takes around 3 to 4minutes to open, I am not able to use the service I am paying for 3G Reliance service and not even getting 2G speed, I have tried a different handset and it’s the same issue, I am not satisfied at all, kindly look in to this and take care of this.         I have applied for cancellation of my reliance netconnect + in Trivandrum web world on 23 July 2014 and paid 7 days extra payment as insisted. But even after that I am receiving each of my monthly bill. I called customer care each time and got no response. Now I get a SMS about legal notice from reliance.

          Hello sir/madam, We are using your service(Reliance GSM) since many years with mobile number [protected], since last couple of weeks you are deducing the balance without any reason, i am sure that we have not activated any kind of VAS service, still your system is deducting the balance and sending the message for the same, my balance was near about rupees 224, which is now near about 134, I request you to please stop all the VAS service and refund me all the deducted amount As soon as possible, we are already activated DND service on this number since long. above mention number stay at my home and it is used most for the incoming purpose, if you want to communicate for the same then please do call me on my below number. [protected] Without having any vas service reliance is deducting my balance on the name of VAS Shotformat GSM amounting Rs.25. while going to deactivate value added service by dialing there toll free no 155223, they told me there is no value added service for your prepaid no.               Hello ! My net not working since two months and during this period I send many emails to complaints. The customer care registers the complaint and replies after two days that your compliant has been resolved. There have been 20 - 30 emails sent to them but there service is simply of no use.                 I have purchased the mobile on 19/10/2014.The product stopped working after 1 day.
                I visited the showroom and that person said we need to go to service centre written in the manual.But the address written was wrong.Somehow i managed to visit the service centre.
                After showing them the product, they denied to change the product and said this is the usual problem with the ZTE product and this keeps happening.And they gave me the phone saying that they have resolved the issue.
                But still the phone is not working properly as expected.
                I HOPE TO GET A GOOD RESPONSE SOON.

                    I am a broadband user of Reliance from last 2 years. Instead of making regular payments - the connection is not available for last 2 months. I have called their customer care number approximately 100 times and every-time they say that they are sorry for the inconvenience and the issue would be resolved shortly.                         Today Rs 50 deducted. My no. [protected]. I did call RIL customer service but they are not ready to pay my money back. RIL deducted Rs 50 without any reason in the name of VAS shotfotmats. Can any one check this and refund the amount. Or should I go for portable to some other service.                           I have applied for Reliance 749 broadband combo plan in Gurgaon sector 17c, the name of sales person is Subodh Yadav ([protected]) collected documents and cheque on 14 oct 2014 and promised to get the installation done in 2 days. But after 2 days he told me to call person named Rajeev ([protected]) and for next 10 days Rajeev kept repeating that "port is unavailable" and after that he told me to call Kuldeep, he also repeated "port is unavailable" for next 5 days and after that he told me "port is available" but "modem is unavailable" . After three days he told me that "modem is also available and will send the person for installation between 12:00 to 1:30 pm " but no person arrived and when I called him first he didn't pic the call and after sometime switched off the phone and now when I call the sales person either he doesn't pic my call or someone else receives the call and says the he forgot the mobile in his home as there was a very urgent call from office and he left for office without mobile.                                 I contacted Reliance Communication for installation of broadband connection (RatePlan:WICF699). The employee of the company (Mr. Vishal Mishra, Mob.: [protected]) visited my house on 6th November, 2014 and collected Rs. 1350 for the stated broadband connection. I also received a mail from Reliance Communication on the same day and it was stated in the mail that "we have received your application and processed this for activation. The activation may take upto 5 days.". However, the connection was not activated by them in the due period. Accordingly, I contacted Mr. Vishal Mishra and requested him to install the connection. He regretted and stated that the wire required for the installation is not available in the Company and it will take some more days. It is shocking to note that till date, the connection has not been installed in my house and there is no mail/communication received from the company in this regard. Despite of depositing Rs. 1350, there is no seriousness on the part of the company to install the broadband connection. This is a case of harassment to the customer and it is requested that compensation of Rs. 25000 may be imposed on the company for harassing me and not keeping me informed about the non activation of broadband connection even after the expiry of 15 days.                                   Dear Sir/Madam, This is Vijay Kumar using Reliance Broad band User ID[protected] for more than a year but there is no continuous Internet availed for me when i register a complaint through Reliance call center leaving our problem for minimum 3 weeks to attend the complaint, even they close my complaint without my knowledge and closing before the problem solved, There will be continuous problem in my connection please help me to clear this problem

                                    I am a subscriber of Reliance communication pre paid CDMA mobile connection since January 2005. Few days back I received a call from the Reliance customer care that necessary document pertaining to my connection are not available with them and they advised that submitt all the necessary documents at the nearest Reliance mobile store. As advised I submitted all relevant documents at Chandra Prabha Enterprises, 104 Ashish Palace, near engineering college Aliganj Pin: 226021 on 19/11/2014. Even after doing all these things my phone services were barred on the next day. I have also sent the email to them but it was not answered yet. It is to be noted that I have submitted all the relevant documents at the time of connection too in January 2005 and they did not keep them properly and now harrasing there customers. Mob.
