Dear Sir, This is to bring to your notice the problems I am facing with your service. My name is Vinaykumar Rai and I am a Reliance customer having number [protected]. My number had Reliance post paid connection and was later converted to GSM prepaid. On 18th August, 2014, I applied to convert my number from post paid to prepaid at nearest Reliance communication store i.e. Prachi Communication, FF 10, Shivam Complex, Opposite HDFC bank, Old National HIghway No.8 Station Road, Ankleshwar-393002. I was later told to pay an amount of Rs 600 to terminate my post paid account and convert my connection to prepaid. I duly paid the amount on 25th August, 2014. My post paid services were blocked within a few days and my prepaid services were not activated. Despite repeated visits and requests to the Reliance store (Prachi Communication), my prepaid service was not activated. My prepaid service was finally activated on 27th October, 2014 with the Reliance store(Prachi Communication) employees having no idea why the activation of my services was delayed for so long. This kind of services is unacceptable. But as if this was not enough, I started receiving threatening messages and calls on my alternate mobile number that I have a pending bill and if I don't pay it, there would be legal action on me and I would get a notice from the Lokadalat. The question is that when I was told on 25th August, 2014 that I am paying Rs. 600 to terminate my account, how can a bill be generated after it? Secondly, if I am being charged for that period, why were my services de activated ? Third, if my bill was not paid, how was my number converted to prepaid from post paid? As per my live chat with Mr. Nitin on 23rd November, 2014, the number would not be converted to prepaid from postpaid if I have a bill pending. I was tired of the threatening messages and so I decided to contact the Reliance communication number which in the messages I was receiving. The number was [protected]. When I called on the above number, I was shocked to hear a lady shouting at the top of her voice as soon as I told her my name as if she wanted a duel with me. Despite my repeated requests, she didn't lower down her voice as if she had some personal enmity with me. She definitely didn't answer any of my questions properly and even disconnected the call once. On calling her again and repeatedly asking her name, she told that she was Deepali Sharma. I very much doubt if she told me her correct name. I was shocked when she told me to pay Rs. 500 to settle this issue as if this was some sort of extortion. She told me that I wouldn't get my security deposit back if I didn't pay the amount and then shamelessly told that I would keep on receiving those messages warning me of legal action and also told me to be prepared for a notice from the court. You can check my billing history and I believe that would be enough for you to understand that a paying a few hundred rupees isn't an issue. But why should I pay anything for the services which I haven't used and weren't active and all the problem is either because of Reliance store or Reliance system! My concern was to find an amiable solution to this issue, but now my immediate concern is the customer service you provide. Reliance definitely needs to teach its employees how to treat the customers and how to talk with them. Executives like Deepali are a real disgrace to Reliance communications and I hope that after reading this mail you would teach her and all your employees how to behave with the customers. I had lost all my faith in Reliance services after this unwanted issue, but after talking to your executive, I don't think I would use any of the Reliance services ever in my life again. I have got a strong reason not to recommend Reliance services to any friend or relative and also a strong desire to persuade all my family members to stop using Reliance services. I can just hope that you would look into this issue and solve it out and may be reply to this mail if you actually care about your customers. Thanking you, From, An Agitated customer.

    Registering Fourth my complaint no resolution on last complaint DOTEL/E/2014/40880 DOTEL/E/2014/40221 DOTEL/E/2014/38194 give a hard lesson to Reliance for being ignorant i going to run a campaign against reliance through media then it will know too. my complaint is Hi Sir, I Applied for Reliance broadband Business plan on 10/9/14 . as per their representative kamlesh ([protected]/[protected]) it would be setup with in 5 days . i paid 3150 Rs for installation + plan charges . it went to 18/9/14 no connection setup.he said link is down .It would be done in next 2 days. now 21/9/14 no setup .again same need 2 days. on 23/9/14 same story finally I said I don't want it as already taken a long time so I asked for refund he said I have to go to Reliance Broadband Office BCM Height Indore .I went their and applied for Refund on 24/9/14 its on 5/11/14 no news of refund when I reached their office they said wait for 45 days more and still not sure when will I get my money back.When I asked for request number to register a complaint in consumer forum they said in abusing way "no one can do anything, we will not give you any Refund request no. as nothing like this generate here. Sir, I want justice as when we forget to pay timely bill or if someone doesn't pay even a day bill they apply penalty even seize their property.so some hard action should be against them and help me get my waiver .           Hi-

          i have a reliance postpaid connection ([protected]) from almost 3
          years and i was using the blackberry handset with the blackberry
          services from almost 3years.On 11th Nov i change my cellphone from
          blackberry to Samsung Note III and all my internet services was stop
          working on Samsung headset so i called reliance customer care number
          on 12th Nov in night at 10:30pm and i spoke to the agent whom i
          advised that i want to discontinued the blackberry services and net
          pack (2g Connection) of Rs 125 per month which was currently
          activated at that time.I advised the agent that i bought a new handset
          of Samsung and there no net was working on it, so agent advised me
          that only 3G net connection will work on my handset than i checked
          with executive to advised me the 3G plan and after discussion with
          agent i agree to activate the 3GB 3G internet plan of Rs 492.00.

          Agent transfer my call to Blackberry services department where agent
          took my request to cancel the Blackberry services and 2G connection
          pack of Rs 125 per month and took the request to activate the 3G
          connection pack of Rs 492 per month for 3GB.Agent advised me that
          disconnection Blackberry services and 2G connection pack of Rs 125 per
          month is done and activation of 3G connection will be done with in 24
          hrs for which i received the SMS also with request number
          #[protected].Call was end there and next morning i got an SMS stating
          that your request has been processed.On my handset i got 3G connection
          on my screen and net was started working.

          Now on 24th Nov i received an SMS from reliance that your usage is
          high kindly make the payment of Rs 5000 to enjoy any uninterrupted
          services and on 25th Nov my STD services is barred. So i called the
          reliance customer care number today and spoke to an executive by the
          name of Priyanka who advised me that my credit limit is Rs 5000 and my
          previous bill is of Rs 1790 .My current unbilled amount is Rs 3800 so
          i asked her to me the expalination of Rs 3800 which she was unable to
          give than i asked her to transfer the call to the supervisor after
          several argument she was ready to transfer the call to supervisor.

          I spoke to Amit as a Floor supervisor who told me the same thing which
          priyanka told me i asked him to explain the Rs 3800 unbilled amount
          charges where he told me that is data usage charged because the
          postpaid plan which i was using is Rs 899 plan in which all my STD and
          Local calls are free so how come data usage is Rs 3800 than amit
          explain me that 3G plan was not activated on my handset i asked him
          than how the internet is working on my handset and it is showing 3G
          network on my handset than he told me it only work in Delhi where in i
          told him that on 21st and 22nd Nov i was in jammu & Punjab where my
          net was working there also with 3G symbol on my handset .Amit told me
          that 1GB plan was never deactivated and 3G plan was never activated so
          i told him that the agent whom i spoke on 12th Nov he advised me the
          totally a different story which amit was telling me.Amit advised me
          that in mid of the month no services can be activated or deactivated
          it needs to be done from the next billing cycle which i confirmed with
          the agent who have taken my request to activate the 3G services and
          deactivated the rest of the services he clearly told me that it will
          be done within 24hrs.

          My question is that if this can be done only on next billing cycle
          than how my net was started working from the next day (13th Nov) and
          why i got an SMS stating that your request has been processed.on which
          Amit the supervisor except that was the agent mistake and he checked
          with the backhand department also.He told me to wait and he arrange a
          call back for me.After 20mins i received a call back from him where
          he says that he listen to the call recording and that was totally a
          mistake of that agent who took the request to activate the services so
          i asked him now to tell me what to do? He told me that he is going to
          raise a complaint against that agent and he given me the request
          number for that complaint which is #[protected] than he provided me the
          number for last escalation desk which was mentioned below

          i called on this number and spoke to Shetal Patil whom i explained
          everything from beginning to the bottom where in she also admit that
          was reliance customer care executive mistake but she told me nothing
          can be done till the time bill will generate.Interaction ID given by

          My question is that today is 25th Nov and my billing cycle is 09th of
          every month.so the days are left is 15 days so coming 15 days i cannot
          use my STD services and my Net services which is very pathetic
          thing.What kind of service is this where you are admitting that is
          your mistake but nothing can be done WHY?

          Are you the only service provider in the market there are much better
          service provider are in the market who have much better network
          coverage than you .Your service make the customer irate and frustrated
          .I am felling that i became fool because of you guys.

              I am using Reliance GSM. My contact no is [protected] . 15 days ago i recharged my no with Rs 175 through freecharge.com. It is a special recharge for Blackberry phones but i was not aware of this.i am not using blackberry phone so this recharge is wrongly applied by me. I called the customer care for this but they didn't gave me satisfactory response to refund my wrongly deducted amount.and i also told them to stop this service at that time . but my main issue is that after 15 days(today is the 16th day) this service has been renewed and 175Rs has been deducted from my main balance. so i want my money to be refunded back in my main balance account.                 My Reliance Broadband coonection not working since past 45 days. I have complaint numerous times over the customer support executive and talked to some seniour authority also. but they all say that connection complaint is resolved still my internet doesn't work. Their local system engineer don't show up. I have ragistered 15-20 complaint and have their details My subscriber Id is[protected], Name: Akhil Sodani. My wire is broken and it doesn't get repaired after 45 days also..

                  I am really frustated with reliance pro3 poor service as my data card is not working and no one from reliance team is giving proper response.First they told its because non payment of bill, then After paying bill i am trying to connect my data card and still its not connecting.after calling *355, the response was its suspended because of documentation issue.After resubmitting my document they are saying its a technical fault.                     I am Manjot Singh Bhatia, Using reliance gsm service no is [protected]. this mobile no is from maharashtra and at presenti am in chattisgarh. on dt 21 nov 2014 company had deduction of rs 10 2 times total amount is 20rs. when i called to customer care then tell me that they can not take my complaint. they already accepted that it is wrongly charged my company but b'coz i was not call within three days so that we will not refund you this much of amount.. they regularly deducted 10 rs from my account, on 18 and 19nov they charged for same 10 10 rs and after my call they refunded. but now they given me unusefull reason. hope to get positive response..                       sir [protected] is my no. which is reliance gsm ap I had received myporting code and submitted to airtel on 12 Nov but today is 25 Nov Ihad not ported if ask airtel they are saying port code is wrong andwhen I tried contacting reliance customer care it simply says thanksfor calling reliance and puts and I am stuck between these two and andI have network problems also since I optioned for porting and I facingtoo much of mental frustration due to this plz help me and 36nov my port code is expiring and reliance not allowing me to talk with customer care even and plz take action on reliance

                          Hi Team, I was using a postpaid number ([protected]) of Reliance-Andhra Pradesh. I have made several requests to the company through calls and mails to reduce my Tariff to Rs99/month.I have clearly sent them a mail stating, unless my issue is resolved I am not going to make any payment, however, they never responded back Yesterday I have received a call from Delhi and they have informed me that Reliance Communication has booked a Fraud and Cheating case (Case ID-9902) against me. In the call they have informed me to call the Lawyer who is looking into my complaint.As advised I have called him and mentioned that I have sent several mails to Reliance to resolve my issue but they did not respond. And he replied, the case against you is the response from Reliance and dropped the phone. I am attaching the mails which I have sent to Reliance as proof.                             I am from Rayagada Dist, Odisha PIN-765001, Under main town area only 3g tower is there but maximum times network becomes EDGE/GPRS, whereas we recharge the 3g pack but we can't avail the facility of 3g . So please do the necessary arrangements, so people are not to be frustrated.

                              Respected Sir/Madam On 8th of November 2014 I have applied for a reliance prepaid sim from a mobile shop in Saket new delhi bearing the no-[protected], but was not activeted till date.I have contracted the shop owner who has given his no-[protected](asked me to call if any problem).Called him several times, once told me that documents has been returned as not stamped, but the very next day the no was switch off.On 11th of nov 2014 I have received a phone call from the no-[protected] who introduced me calling from reliance communication and told me to opt for reliance post paid Sim with various options.I was convinced and opted for Rs.899 scheme.On 17 th nov 2014 they have send two executive to collect cash and documents.The executive bearing ph no-[protected] have collected from me Rs 800 as security money and two photographs, documents of driving licence(Add proof of Assam) and one local add proof of Batra hospital and medical Res.centre.I have been handed over one Sim Bearing RSN[protected] and IMSI no-[protected] with one pre paid sim inside.I have been going on repeatedly calling those people but till date the no has not been activated.I have been asked to call one no bearing-[protected](with female voice) and [protected], but with no response.So this is for your kind information and necessary action.Police complaints has been lodged.                                   This is regaridng Reliance Big TV account #[protected]. I called up you Customer Service # somewhere in Sep to subscribe to Hindi Movies & KIds pack as I had earned enough rewards points. I was told it was done. When i checked next day Kids pack was not. I called them, they said they cant do anything as the points have now expired. I called multiple times to complaint it was not acknowledged or written. Then i called on 30th Oct 2014, to deactivate the pack, i was told it was done. Now i foundout that the pact is still active today. when i called to complain at 10:10 AM and again at 1:30 PM they said they do not take complaints related to activation/deactivation. What sort of customer service is this? If you do not resolve this withing 24 hrs i will go to social media and file a complaint against you in consumer court. You can atleast respect a customer.                                     Hi, Settlement Case[protected] I am Vithy, registering the complaint on behalf of my wife Amulya Below is the Statement from Reliance on 13 May 2013 "Pls make an Amt of Rs.1314/- against the due of Rs.1783 /- as Full and Final Settlement towards your Acc No:[protected], Mdn No:[protected] . Sometime in June or July 2013, Reliance executive came to my office in Whitefield, Bangalore, and collected the amount and said the case will be closed. More than a year later I am receiving a statement from Reliance stating you should appear before Lok Adalat to resolve the dispute between Reliance and yourself to pay Rs 1783. This is not acceptable and this is pure forgery from Reliance. 1. The connection was cancelled somewhere in November/ December 2012. 2. The bill was generated for a period where there was no usage at all. 3. We denied stating it cannot accept to pay the amount, but they kept on calling and threatening 4. Irrespective of their calls, we do not want to be disturbed unnecessarily, have decided to pay the amount and the executive came to my office in Whitefield, Bangalore and collected the payment from me (Amulya's Husband) 5. After a year and half, we are receiving the notice mentioning this is a case in court. Now, I am not going to let this happen easily for Reliance. This is pure forgery, where those guys do not have the system and harrase people continously. How many times does Reliance expect the payment? After How many years, do you expect customers to hold a payment receipt or Challan? What's the timeline for your service or questions? Regards, Vithy

                                      Hi Its Amit Dhiman from House No. 137, Top Floor, Phase 6, Mohali, Punjab My Reliance ID is:[protected] My internet is not working from about 2 weeks. Sometime it works but for just few time and than stopped for uncertain time. I had submitted the complaint 5 days before. A guy cam who even don't know how to go into control panel. He struggled for 1 hour and gone just saying that your net will start after an hour because its shut down from their exchange. Seems funny...and as usual that never happened and its still not working. The problem is DSL light is blinking for 2 weeks so no net for me. I am using my phone net for working and its 5th pack I am using today which is more than the total I am paying for Reliance net. So is their any hope I will get it fixed? Or I have to find some other company like Airtel? Amit Dhiman

                                        I am using reliance data card [[protected]] post paid connection for the past two years and making the payment in a timely manner. I was not make the payment in the month of Aug’14 Rs.842/- and still pending. In Sep’14 my laptop was repaired and raised the query to disconnect my reliance data card for time being of two months through reliance collection agency. Reliance collection agency used to call us before the payment date. Also I called the reliance customer care and inform that I will not use the data card for two months and please make it to disconnect. But nothing was done and I getting continuously bills upto oct’14 to make the payment of Rs.2406/- [this is for Aug’14 + Sep’14 +Oct’14]. I called many time to reliance customer care executives and explained my situation to stop the billing. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> Recently I am receive more calls and emails and messages stating that ‘due to non-payment reliance is filed a case against you in consumer court u/s 406 &amp; 415-E’. Even I spoke to the reliance legal team and to provide whether if I used the data card for sep’14 &amp; oct’14 with IP number. Still now they havn’t provided. I am so much disappointed due to their inappropriate understanding of customer situation. I told them clearly I will make the payment for Aug’14, but I couldn’t make the payment for Sep &amp; Oct’14 respectively. So, planning to go reach consumer court at the earliest, if I will not get proper reply. I wrote complaint to reliance netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com and explained everything. But simply they put to make the payment. Don’t know what is going on. So, if Reliance threatening me like this surely they will face problem. Thanks, Mohana Krishnan [protected]

                                        A person was called me and i told him that i was not able to hear his voice. For that he said, Why you are raising Complaint against Reliance. What is going on? Please guide your executives, how to talk to the customers.

                                        Team, i got a call from one of your legal service department using [protected] this number. I explained all the problems but he is not listening my issues at all, finally i asked him to provide IP number wise detailed bill for September &amp;amp; October months respectively. he is also accepted to send. But finally he send normal bills only, it has only the monthly rental and from &amp;amp; to date details. Then he called me about the bills received confirmation, i said i got normal bills only, but you said to share the Bills by IP. For that he said ' no no there is no such a bills, and what shall we do now'. I said surely i will make the payment if you said IP wise bill details. Then he asked 'are you sure that will face the legal issues as per the IPC by reliance legal department. I said 'Sir if you could provide the bills by IP, so i can make the payment, otherwise i will pay only Rs.842+100 Penalty. For that he said, you raise your complaint wherever, we never mind, and surely you are going to reach the Consumer Court shortly, then he cut the call. Please let me know this is only was happened.
                                        Team, am getting blank calls from the following numbers daily for the last two weeks of time. If the same blank call comes surely i will make a note of it and take it to Consumer Court, saying 'Unwanted Disturbance to the Client'
