15 RS balance deducted from my reliance gsm [protected] for some astro service on 18apr17, without my knowledge.But Today when I speak to reliance customer care for refund, he just refused.I request to refund the money

Today I did 50 rs recharge and after some hour my 50 rs deducted without my feedback they renewal such vas services every time it wl be happen..I want my 50 rs back coz without any notification n confirmation u renewal such services it's so bad that u r doing this stupidity, now I want my recharge money..
Mere phone me jab recharge krate hain tab cut krdiya jata hai . Maine kl recharge kraya nd 7 rs deduct krdiye Gye. Phn switch off hone PR b Apne se kuch b subscribe ho jata hai. Mera bhi yahi problem hai Reliance ki service aur network behad kharab ho gaya hai recharge gayab kar dete hai
28 days keep liye daily 1 gb data bolke recharge karatat hai, aur 5 din ke bad data milna band Ho Jata h... 2 baar aisa hua... Aur bad me customer care wale phone bhi nahi uthate... Great service provider... Karlo Dunia matime..
