[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Migration from reliance cdma to 4g gsm (Not getting benefits) | |||||
As per reliance communicate to me they offered me to give 10gb 4g data and free calls benefit on rs.90 recharge if i convert my cdma to 4g gsm, as i converted the same and recharge also but didn't got any benefit, as i ask again about this on reliance customer care, they telling that reliance is not giving the benefits now, so my concern is that why they are giving such false commitments when they are not able to complete, i need proper action for this against reliance as the 4g service is pathetic also and i am feeling like i have cheated by reliance by converting my number from cdma to 4g. They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call ...Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY
