Reliance was supposed to give 10GB of 4G data on [protected]/[protected] as 4G upgrade but in fact in actual it gave 10GB of 2G data which was not usable even after 4g was launched. I regret for migrating to 4G

I should have discarded the number same as [protected]

This was done on both of my numbers-[protected]/[protected].

It happened with many other numbers also during their CDMA to 4G migration.br...

Few days back i complant again reliance regarding my no. [protected]. That time they solve it and refund my all my amount but in very few hours they send me a message of deducting my balance regardng any servious what is this. I complant you refund my money amd than aain you deduct it as false and fake reasons. I had used rcom's cdma dongle for than 3 years with on time payments to bills without reminders.

My landline phone out of order in last 32 days, no resolution in reliance hand, very bad service, very bad costumer care so please resolve my complaint. Lots of complaints done by myself in costumer care costumer care answered cable damage then cable comes your complaint resolve in 2 or 3 days but no resolution.

My broadband net stops working after evening around 7:0 pm and it starts working next morning I am facing this issue from last one month I have submitted a number of complaints but I didn't got a phone call or technician visit and next day they they send message that your problem has been solved. Their services are worst. I tried to call the techinician and he says I can't repair your net and after that he stops answering my calls....

1) Your internet service never work properly.
2) Call drop issue is very big problem.

I am one of the customers of Reliance communications network - miserable harassed and driven to discontinue Rel -Net connect services.
I was using the Rel-Net Connect services for over 7 years; But for 5 to 6 months, starting July 2015 to November 2015, I have suffered at the inefficiency and unfriendly approach/attitude not to mention high handedness of your staff and service providers.

Reliance communications send the mail that my cuurent plan and benifits are applicable to 4g also and by purchasing wi-pod they offered 10gb free. I felt happy and confomed through mail and customer care and bought the wi-pod. But after some days i receved an alert mail that to pay rs45, 000 as my limit was exceeded and stopped service.

I have a Vodafone number [protected]. On 16.08.2016 I received a call on my vodafone number from the reliance marketing executive having the number [protected] offering a postpaid plan so I shared the Port out code and copy of my adhar card over email with that lady.

But immediately after half an hour I changed my mind and informed her that I don't want to process with the port out and would like to retain the Vodafone number....

I was using the net connection when the DSL light went off on Aug 24th, 9:00pm.

Waited till 10:00am, Aug 25th, to register complaint at Reliance customer service. The person said it will be resolved in 24 hours.

Waited till 10:00am, Aug 26th, still not repaired and called again and they said to wait again.

Again, on Aug 27th, still no connection, the person says it going to be resolved in 24 hours....
