Sir am anandh and customer of reliance 3 data card no:[protected] and
Reliance convert my data plan as 4g but the cost is high so i request they to convert my postpaid connection to prepaid they said there is no option available for data card customer
And also no usage from 8/7/16 to 8/8/16 after launch 4g ask to convert me to 300 rs plan 1 gb and my bill date is 18/8/16 they ask me to pay 1145 rs
And in 22/08/16 to 28/08/16 they show in my service plan is 999 rs 25 gb lte plan
O i will consume more than 5 gb they ask me to pay a.2414.25 rs
After ask why you charged me they take a compliant and change to again 1gbplan

They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call ...Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY

Thousands of poor people are being harassed and cheated by Reliance . We should unite and move together against this FRAUD COMPANY .

    Dear sir,

    We are using your corporate plan having this relationship no. [protected]. One of them is a wireless landline no[protected]. This no is not working from last one month. We have given complaint about it to customer care, they told that cdma no are not in use now. Hence you have to purchase new sim. We have use this landline no from last 10 years and it is also mention of our every document, so it is very hard to change this no.

    We want to deactivate international roaming rental facility of this number [protected]. We have also call to customer care ([protected], *222) about it, but e very time call transfer their executive and recorded voice comes “thanks for calling to reliance customer care”.

    Hence gives us proper no where we can call and solve our problems.

      And we have retained our old number's only i. E. 32323255 & 32323266 this

      Both land line numbers are activating and working.

      But if we have to make a call from bsnl land line number to reliance land line number the phone line will not work and it is coming please check the number.

        I was truly unlimited plan customer of reliance for last 2 years.
        After changing to 4g, i started getting sms on my mobile that, 50% quota is finished, 90% quota is finished, etc etc.
        And now there is no internet at all.
        Problem is that, for 4g there is no any plan in which we get unlimited. They changed my plan to 5gb without any prior information. And after 5gb was finished in 1 week, i have to sit without internet for next 3 weeks till they will start internet in next month.

        What is this crap?

        Can't reliance give a normal internet for whole month. I have no any other option rather then to stop using reliance internet.

              I had gone to reliance outlets but they r not helping me.in addition to that they hv activated net pack n sms pack on phone without my consent.                   Reliance was supposed to give 10GB of 4G data on [protected]/[protected] as 4G upgrade but in fact in actual it gave 10GB of 2G data which was not usable even after 4g was launched. I regret for migrating to 4G

                  I should have discarded the number same as [protected]

                  This was done on both of my numbers-[protected]/[protected].

                  It happened with many other numbers also during their CDMA to 4G migration.

                        I had used rcom's cdma dongle for than 3 years with on time payments to bills without reminders.
                        Suddenly, comes the news 4g upgrade with a positive that there "shall be not be any change in your existing data plans"... Happy to here, i ordered the new dongle only to know that the services shall start in july, over to that without my consent changed my plan with an increased tariff. Instead of earlier 40gb data @999, now at 5gb for 1100.
                        That moment itself, opted for termination of connection after calling customer care with an reference no:[protected].
                        But now they are sending mails/bills for each month... I want this to stopped at once for all.

                        My advice: "for people who are planning to take rcom connection"please be careful do not trust them"

                        Now the misery has turned into MENTAL HARASSMENT.
                        Again bill raised by them after myself paying extra amount without any data consumption in-order to close this once for all.
                        They had contacted me & ensured disconnection of my service.But still not yet terminated.
                        Called the customer care & now he asking to pay this new bill amount & then after that I should again call them in order to generate new "third" request (in my case) . Then somebody will call me for again to verify & then it shall terminate-- by this time they will generate next months bill & again this cycle will be repeated.
                        Everyone in this forum-Please never make a mistake of selecting RCOM as your internet provider...

                            I have Rcom sim CDMA ph. No. [protected] pre paid since 2010 taken up from Gwalior and using the same.
                            For the past few days the SIM is not working and network signal is not appearing.I have sufficient balance also.
                            PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND SOLVE MY PROBLEM ENABLING ME TO USE THE SAME.

                              My broadband net stops working after evening around 7:0 pm and it starts working next morning I am facing this issue from last one month I have submitted a number of complaints but I didn't got a phone call or technician visit and next day they they send message that your problem has been solved. Their services are worst. I tried to call the techinician and he says I can't repair your net and after that he stops answering my calls.

                                My complain regarding reliance broadband service..
                                I am customer of reliance and my net connection no worked every 2day in a week daily then i ragistar complain no any solutions will b done by the company with in given time and the send bill including day whe there connection not work..
                                Its new complain of 27/08/2016 in morning still 24hour complete but no any one visits my house for resolving my problam its an big issue.. For me because this time i seeking admission for various filled and when my net not worked i am facing problam. And the same problam with my landing which is provide by the company.
                                So please resolved my complain as well as possible and deduct bill for those day when net is not workinh.in 27 days my net is not working 10days so it's big problam please resolve it

                                  They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call ...Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY

                                  Thousands of poor people are being harassed and cheated by Reliance . We should unite and move together against this FRAUD COMPANY .

                                    1) Your internet service never work properly.
                                    2) Call drop issue is very big problem.
                                    3)No one is here to listen customer problem.
                                    4) Network issue is always become a problem.
                                    5) No service agent is giving proper response.

                                      Please refer to the Reliance mobile no. [protected] which is now a 4G wipod converted from my previous 3G unlimited yearly wipod to new wipod they sent me on cash payment of Rs 899.00

                                      I was surprised to note that without any communication whatsoever to me they unilaterally changed my plan to Limited 5 GB and that too with total discontinuation of wifi services thereafter. Over and above this they adjusted my credit of Rs. 789.00(informed by their Call center officer Mr. Rahul Adhikari on 25 Aug., 2016), where to, God knows.

                                      This amounts to violation of their contractual obligation. Had they informed about all these prior to the despatch of 4G dongle, I would not have bought 4G dongle at all. Very strange, Reliance fleeces the customer. There must be others with similar problem.

                                      I, as a customer feel cheated. My yearly contract is valid upto, probably end of September, 2016.

                                        I am one of the customers of Reliance communications network - miserable harassed and driven to discontinue Rel -Net connect services.
                                        I was using the Rel-Net Connect services for over 7 years; But for 5 to 6 months, starting July 2015 to November 2015, I have suffered at the inefficiency and unfriendly approach/attitude not to mention high handedness of your staff and service providers.

                                        I have attached emails to that effect, I've also visited your outlet several times, replies are laughable - "Only Words No Service".
                                        In the process, I had to suffer in profession and livelihood.

                                        Fed-up with Serious Deficiency in Services & In-human Arrogance of Reliance staff, I had put-up request for disconnection of Rel-Connect at the Mira-Bhayander Rd. outlet.
                                        Accordingly, all bills were settled and services discontinued from December 2015. To my dismay, the bills kept coming for next 2/3 months and later emails intimidating legal action if bills were not paid and finally the legal notice.

                                        May I ask,
                                        does Rel Net have any moral rights to demand bills for the services they have never provided ???
                                        does Rel Net Cares for its customers???
                                        does Rel Net has any work ethics and procedure to address Customer grievance???
                                        does Rel Net want to earn money by any means ???
                                        does Rel Net compensate for the mental harassment, depression and lose of business opportunities due to Defunct Rel Net Services??.
                                        I would be certainly keen to receive reply for my mail.
