Reliance communications send the mail that my cuurent plan and benifits are applicable to 4g also and by purchasing wi-pod they offered 10gb free. I felt happy and confomed through mail and customer care and bought the wi-pod. But after some days i receved an alert mail that to pay rs45, 000 as my limit was exceeded and stopped service.
Shockingly i contacted customer care and show room and asked the explanation. But surprisingly they activated my data card and informed that iam in rs.900 -5gb plan-which is aganist their promises and my running plan of rs573 with day day 8 and night 15gb.
No responce from call center people and mails, finally they send rs3050 bill. After some days they send 1750 bill as a coorection one and with out any mail, and bill - just in sms.
Till now they are not responding properly and it, s confusion which bill i have to pay and whether it is correct or not. My actual plan of 573/-is to applicable as per their promises.
My data card no.[protected]-post paid.
This is how reliance is cheeting it's customers... Intentionly..

They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call ...Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY

Thousands of poor people are being harassed and cheated by Reliance . We should unite and move together against this FRAUD COMPANY .

    I have a Vodafone number [protected]. On 16.08.2016 I received a call on my vodafone number from the reliance marketing executive having the number [protected] offering a postpaid plan so I shared the Port out code and copy of my adhar card over email with that lady.

    But immediately after half an hour I changed my mind and informed her that I don't want to process with the port out and would like to retain the Vodafone number. She promised me that she would cancel the port out process. Pls note I didn't sign any documents or gave my photos to her.

    But subsequently now my Vodafone number is deactivated and I also don't have the reliance sim card. Despite me telling about cancelling it well in advance it was processed without my consent. I also received call from the number [protected] for sorting out the problem but no avail. Both are not helping me at all.

    I strongly suspect that forgery has been committed by signing the documents by your executive and my number is illegally ported out. Also note there was no verification done with me.

    I have been visiting reliance store and also calling on 198 but no help is offered nor my complaint is registered.

    Forging of documents is a serious offence under Indian Penal Code and carries a punishment o[censored]pto 10 years or life.

    Now my vodafone number is not working and I'm put to a great stress as it's not working. No steps are taken to give me my number back.

    If my complaint is not resolved I'll be constrained to approach the police to file a criminal complaint with regards to forgery of my documents.

      I was using the net connection when the DSL light went off on Aug 24th, 9:00pm.

      Waited till 10:00am, Aug 25th, to register complaint at Reliance customer service. The person said it will be resolved in 24 hours.

      Waited till 10:00am, Aug 26th, still not repaired and called again and they said to wait again.

      Again, on Aug 27th, still no connection, the person says it going to be resolved in 24 hours. It is 5.20pm now and still no DSL light. Tomorrow is Sunday and I don't think they are going to repair.

      This has happened before also where the DSL light goes off for a week and adding it all together, there has been much loss of money because they fail to shave off these days when calculating the bill.

      I paid my broadband bill, but it seems like I''m giving them money for nothing.

      Took really long but resolved after 1 week. Entire time the consumer is in the dark about what's happening and cannot be sure that anyone is actually looking into the problem. 1800 helpline says problem will be rectified in under 24hours, every single day you call them over the week.

      Almost at the end of working hours on Monday, Aug 29th and still not fixed. The Reliance office refuses to let customers inside, instead opting to communicate with them through a phoneline where the security of the building sits guarding the gate. Called 1800 number, and tried terminating and asking for waiver for days without service, but they said policy was to give waiver only if problem is resolved and since this problem was not resolved, there will be no waiver. Waiting for 1 more day before terminating service.

          1- RCOM promised before 4G migration that the bill plan and rentals for (postpaid) customers shall remain the same after upgrade. After 4G upgrade, they sent an email informing that their bill plan is being revised, the default being set to 1100 for 5GB, for those who do not call back their customer care center. Some customers never received this email! No SMS or Alert was sent when the plan came in force. Many postpaid users have received bills in the range of 5000 to 15000 as their UNLIMITED plan ([protected]@999) was changed to LIMITED plan without informing them. Not only this, their services have been stopped until they pay the bill!
          2- RCOM promised that (prepaid) customers will get 10GB free 4G data post upgrade. The offer was withdrawn when customers committed to 4G by buying expensive devices!
          3- Prepaid Customer Balances have been forfeited. The customers who did long time validity recharge spending Rs. 3000+, found that their balance data has not been carried forward.
          4- RCOM promised that its 1GB/month Life Time [protected]@3001 introduced in 2014 shall continue after 4G upgrade. When customers upgraded to 4G, buying costly 4G devices, they discontinued it!
          5- Some customers were migrated to 4G even before 4G services were activated in their area! For some, the service disruptions lasted for a month.
          6- New 4G dongles are being sold @2000 to @2600 in reliance stores instead of Rs. 899 as promised by RCOM in email earlier. This is shocking especially for those who had bought their CDMA WIPOD data card just a few months ago.
          7- PostPaid Customers are being told that their new costly bill plan(@1100) can only be changed in the next billing cycle which is unethical.
          8- Seeing their costly plans after upgrade, the PostPaid customers who did not buy new 4G WIPOD or new 4G Phones, and thus want to OPT OUT of RCOM, are again facing harassment. They are being made to wait for 10 to 15 days(with billing) before actual termination. RCOM must not bill them as they are not using their services since their old devices do not support 4G.
          9- RCOM stopped 5 million CDMA numbers. Small business and various others have been using these numbers since last ten years and these numbers are now completely stopped. RCOM must at least keep a facility to announce the number change if a person dialed into the old number.

          RCOM must compensate customers for the harassment they faced during the upgrade and also revert the extra rental charged without consent! They must not bill the customers who are not using or do not want to upgrade to 4G or want to opt out of RCOM. On top of all, they should ensure that their grievance redressal process works as per the rules defined by TRAI/DOT.
          Last but not the least, We have COMPLETE FAITH in INSTITUTIONAL FRAMEWORK/BODIES set up by the GOVT. OF INDIA at various levels, and we hope that our grievances shall be looked upon and resolved soon! We already know that TRAI is working on a improved OMBUDSMAN system like we have in the banking sector, but that will take years to come into force.
          We hope that some INTERIM solution might be worked out by TRAI for the RCOM 4G Migration customer grievances!

            I want to cancel my data card. I visited one of the Reliance centre in Malleswaram on 20-Aug-2016, they helped in connecting to retention team, and i told them about cancellation, so they tried me to connect to cancellation team, and they were not available, and told me that someone from cancellation team will contact me in 24 hrs, till now no one contacted me.

            I called on Reliance customercare[protected] on 23-Aug-2016, and registered a request: [protected] for cancellation, they said someone will contact me within 24 hours, but no one contacted me even after 48 hours, and when i tried to reach them again, after entering datacard number, call getting disconnected, saying Thank you for calling reliance customer care.

            Please help me in cancellation my dongle datacard with number: [protected]

              I am using a Reliance Wi-pod Modam since last 1 year with 5GB plan @ 599/- + taxes.

              In the month of May 2016, I have received some mailers/communications for migration to 4G from CDMA services. Also contain the benefits of migration: -

              1· Using the services at the same price
              2· Free 10GB data for first months
              3· Discounted price on the 4G device

              So as per the communication I had chose the offer of migration from CDMA to 4G and pay Rs. 899/- for 4G device and my old device become useless for which I paid Rs. 1000/- earlier.

              I have received a bill on dated 27th July, and observe that following discrepancies in bill: -

              1· My monthly plan has been changed from 599/- p.m. to Rs. 1100/- p.m. without any information.
              2· Also there was change in plan type from unlimited to chargeable basis after 5GB.
              3· Reliance also charged Rs. 215.33 towards DATA & VALUE SERVICES.

              Rcom 4G Fraud Billing Continues
              Rcom Appellate Authority did not respond to multiple follow-ups.

              However, RCom Fraud Bill Generation Team did generate another fake bill.

              My latest email to Rcom Appellate,

              Dear Appellate Authority,

              Is this a joke?

              Aug-Sep bill was for

              15784 MB data for Rs. 7366.64
              I had paid prior to billing Rs.3222

              Reliance sales guy promises to sell Rs. 899 Wipod and continue service

              1. 40 GB 999 plan was changed to 5GB post 5 GB 0.05Paise/10 KB
              2. No refund for the Rs. 899 towards 4G Wipod refund was adjusted
              3. 10 GB 1 month free data was not adjusted

              Now an adjusted bill is sent asking for Rs.1831, what did you adjust?

              Reliance owes me on all 3 counts. My bill ing would not have crossed Rs.999 and Rs. 300 Wipod cost credit should have been adjusted...

                I recently purchased 2 reliance cdma phones and a new landline box jst before few months of disclosure reliance cdma networks.
                Now when i visit your store specially for landline they say it is useless now.
                2600rs landline box newly purchased and 2 reliance cdma sets and i am not getting any support from reliance.
                Kindly understand my problem i am not a rich businessman who can afford such loss.

                  My Subscriber SubscriberId is[protected]. My internet stopped working on 12th August 2016 in the afternoon. I called Reliance Helpline on 13th August 2016 in the morning a complaint was registered with complaint id[protected] and was told problem would be resolved in 24 hours. Next time I called on 16th August 2016 and was told earlier complaint has been auto closed without solving the problem. A new complaint was registered again with Id[protected]. And Since that day I have been calling everyday but everyeverytime they say that there is a faulty ADSL card which is to be replaced. I don't know how much time does it take to replace an ADSL card it has been 2 weeks since my net stopped working... I am fed up of this lazy and irresponsible service provider.

                  Please look into it and help resolve the issue asap.

                    As per the details of special offers available on dialling *129#, i activated the plan of Rs. 88 INR, in which i was supposed to get 5paise/min callrate either be it local or STD for reliance2reliance only. Next thing was, i lost the call after 1hour39min...now if my calculations isnt wrong, i should've been charged Rs. 4.95, instead, was charged Rs.69(don't think so that i forgot adding point in between 6 and 9) . Then i called one of their customer care agent who genuinely registered my request and next day i received the sum of Rs.15.48 only...Dear Ambani ji, kaise log baithe yar aapki company me?? You people seriously need CASIO CALCULATOR..
                    Afterwards i called customer care agent(some random sumit guy) again to know if there is any mistake in refunding the sum...but now he said ''sir aisa koi offer aapke no. par available hi nhi h", 'for a while i was almost thrown aback and doubted upon myself but somehow reassured him then he agreed upon, but then said "sir wo 5 paise per min. nahi 10 paise per minute hai wo b sirf local R2R calling k liye hai STD nhi"(my problem wasnt solved yet and he cut the phone ). to Ambani ji mai apko bta du ki mere MOBILE k display plus meri eyesight plus reading knowledge me koi kmi nhi h...it is still showing 5 paise per min local+STD R2R( under unlimited reliance call on running the USSD *129# ). UPGRADE YOUR SYSTEM!!! or else terminate the services! you cant loot us!

                        I Had Two Similar Reliance Number which is as [protected] and [protected] which have only minor difference of two digits. One of number [protected] i have got deactivated due to lost of my phone.on 08th aug 2016 . I did recharge of Rs 294.00 by mistake on my closed number while i wanted to recharge on correct number which is [protected] through online recharge portal of Mobikwik.and after this mistake i complaint to reliance customer care by email on for refund request same day but after three days i did not get any response then again i sent reminder mail with cc mail to appellate authority and then i got a call and a mail also. and the lady on phone assured me that i will get refund my refund of Rs 294.00 as she will process request for further formalities
                        But again 3 to 4 days i dint get mail . again i sent reminder mail .then today i got a call again from reliance and the other lady on call directly denied to refund my amount of Rs 294.00. So Request you to please help me to get my refund balance as reliance persons directly denied while i was not used its service for which i did mistakenly recharged .

                            I was using reliance postpaid plan of rs.600. I paid the bill for 2 months but i did not pay for the third month because the network was really bad. I complained over calls but still was not satisfied. Since i paid a deposit of 850 i denied to pay the bill of 684 for third month and i got a message that my services are deactivated. Now after 4 months i am getting calls from delhi and notice that i need to pay rs.1667 or they will take legal action. Please solve my issue as soon as possible.

                              The billing period shown in the bill is from 22 July 2016 - 21 August 2016 but my connection got disconnected on 1 week of August 2016.                                 This is Sasikumar Dhanasekar. I have been using reliance netconnect + postpaid connection (Unlimited 799) for more than 2 years and recently you have informed me to purchase the datacard device (Wi-pod) which costs of Rs 1600 to avail the 4G service. I had called and asked your customer agents many times about the plan cost before I made a purchase request for this Wi-pod as you told me that there is no change in your current plan or bill amount.

                                But in the very first month itself I have received a bill amount of Rs 3297 which I didn't really expect. I have also called your customer executives and they have been saying like that my plan got changed to 4G default plan for which I didn't get any intimation about my plan change from your end.

                                This is my only question i have to ask you guys.. How could you change the plan without customer knowledge???

                                I made a big mistake of believing reliance and purchased a Wi-pod of Rs 1600. With no other option I have raised a termination request as I am not able to afford to continue your 4G service.

                                And I will not going to pay the bill amount of Rs 3297 as this was completely your mistake that you didn't inform me about this plan earlier. I will only pay the bill amount of Rs 914 which I used to pay every month.

                                Kindly take strict action on this and revoke the extra bill amount for the same. I have also attached the conversation which I had with one of your customer executive. please have a look on it.

                                I'm often getting messages from your end regarding the same bill amount (Rs 3297) with due date on 12-Sep-2016. Again I am clearly telling you guys that don't expect me to pay this extra bill amount as this was completely your mistake.                                 Even after a lot of struggle they have only agreed to waived off Rs 1800 and they are asking me to pay Rs 1496 for this month instead of Rs 3297. How could they expect me to pay this amount as this was completely their mistake that they didn't inform me about this plan and also changed this plan without any intimation. But till now there is no apologize from them.

                                I am not ready to continue your 4G service and want to terminate the connection as I am not afford to pay this much amount on monthly basis. So totally I have suffered a loss by purchased that wipod device of Rs 1600 without any use and this month bill of Rs 1496!!
                                They have made a huge profit by cheating customers.
                                First they have made us buy the device with false info & then changed the plan without any info.

                                    This mail i have sent to reliance on 16/08/2016 which is self explanatory

                                    As i was using your CDMA Net Connect since 2010 and recently you have changed the CDMA into GSM 4G with multi user and i have purchased your WIFI Dongle and started using it and you have changed my old Plan with New Plan Monthly rental Rs.1100 for 5GB. Within 10 days o[censored]sing my wifi pod i had received a message in my mail on 30th July'2016 that i had consumed 5 GB and my bill is Rs.1684.18 immediately i stopped using my reliance wi-pod and also paid my last month bill of Rs.362/-.

                                    When I contacted your reliance customer care for my unbilled amount i have been informed that my unbilled amount has gone to Rs.2018/-. I was shocked to hear it because after receiving your mail I have completely stopped using your wi-pod still my bill has gone to Rs.2018/- since then i have not used your reliance wipod and when i logged with your my service there my unused bill is showing Rs.1411.21 I am really confused and again i contacted your reliance customer care and this time they are saying that my unbilled had gone to Rs.2800/-.

                                    I am really shocked that how it can be possible when i am not using your product since 1st of August'2016 and the unbilled amount was 1411.21 has gone to 2800/-. I would like to inform you that my credit limit is Rs.2000/- how can you charge over and above my credit limit when there is no usage of your product.

                                    Kindly clarify my doubts and also I would like to request you to kindly discontinue the above said reliance number and i am not interested in continuing with your product.

                                      I have used reliance wipod cdma pro3 connection from last jan-16, my card no is [protected] & [protected].

                                      I have received the upgrade request cdma pro3 to 4g with condition of no increase in data plan rentals from reliance communications limited on 03.05.16 and i have upgrade request send to company for upgrade.

                                      But, after upgrade the same, i have received the bill with increase the rentals from 999/- to 1100/- & also reduce data from 12gb day + 12 gb night to 5 gb only.

                                      Please resolve my issue & provide same plan whatever declare at the time o[censored]pgradation by the reliance communications limited.

                                      They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call ...Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY

                                      I am more than 100% sure it will not be resolved. So many people are facing this issue; after all Reliance Comm. have to prove that they are the biggest cheats.

                                        I am very unsatisfied from your services. I have made a request ( request no:[protected]of phone shifting on 8/8/2016. But my phone is not shifted yet.I want to tell you that:

                                        1. making a call on customer care no :[protected] is very tedious task in your system. when i am pressing 9 to connect to customer care representative, it gives an invalid no.later on i known by somebody that call for new connection then only you can connect to customer care representative. So at last i made a request on 8/8/2016 for phone shifting.

                                        2. At that time cutomer care person told me that - it will take 5 working days.But no phone shifted during 5 days.

                                        3. From last 20 days : i am making a call on customer care no - they always told me that within 24 hours your request will be resolved. But still it is pending.

                                        4. Whenever i am making a call to customer care it takes 8 to 10 min. to connect to your representative. it is irritating
