I am a reliance customer using net connect [protected]. According to instruction from reliance i submitted proposal online for 4g up gradation on[protected]. An amount of rs 1599 was debited from my account on the same day. The up gradation is not done so far and a large number of my requests are not responded by reliance customer care and support. kindly do the needful in this regard

Reliance communication oho very unprofessional behaviour. I opted 699/- jalsa plan but I have hardly used any call or net because there was not the signal. I forward all call to my alternate no and after 3 month I am trying to port out they cheaters are neither porting it nor giving the exact status of port.
Reliance communication conducts business with unethical practices. Offered earlier 999 unlimited 3g plan but after upgrade it is just 5GB.

Shame on these masked goons

    I have bene using reliance 3g for almost 9 month now and effective juen their 3g services stopped and somehow i was managing my work insite of calling them at cc as to what is the issue they never bothered to reply / answer the calls... Everytime the answer was - there is an immense rush of calls and pls wait.. I waited not onec / thrice but 15 times in day.. Then i moved to a different service provider and got the sr raised for deactivation.,. Now reliance send me a bill for 1925 for which no service has been providedin july and in aug send me waiver for 1245 and add aug bill of 454 and requests me to ame payment for1900rs.,.. What is this.?

      i got a reliance postpaid connection from reliance outlet at anantnag on 03/08/2016. But unfortunately up to date the sim is not activated. I have visited the showroom several times, but every time nothing has happened. I have also deposited a security to that connection. I have suffered a lot mentally as well as physically fro the torture of the said distributor of the anantnag relaince showroom. Kindly do the favour in this regard.       I have been having trouble connecting to the internet for the past 2 days and many complaints raised with Reliance customer care. But even now the dongle is not working properly. What poor product service is this and even poorer response to complaints.

        I am unable to connect to Internet via Reliance net connect broad band dongel i want u to refund my money as now it is a problem which last month too. I have charged around 3 weeks ago and I am not able to catch the network even once.

            Dear sir,

            I have been using reliance cdma sim having no [protected]. Recently my cdma sim was converted to 4g sim. I started using 4g internet facilities since 16/06/2016.
            As of my current bill i have been charged heavily for my net usage. But i have talked with customer care representative who gave confirmation that i can avail free 10 gb data which i haven't used fully. Still i was charged for using internet.

            I would like to draw your attention towards few other customers of rcom who happen to be my colleagues. They also changed their existing cdma sim to 4g sim and they are getting free 10 gb internet data.

            Its been almost two months but i am not seeing any progress in this metter. Please do the needful so that i can enjoy a hassle free service.

I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call ...Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY

            Thousands of poor people are being harassed and cheated by Reliance . We should unite and move together against this FRAUD COMPANY .

              Dear sir/madam,

              I was an user of reliance broadband service but since it's upgradation to 4G I have requested for termination of the connection on 16th July. last month I have received a bill of 1869 which was paid and same was informed to reliance store at GTBNagar Delhi . Today I again I have recieved another bill of 163 stating the rental of my discontinued connection . When I spoke to the customer car that are saying you need to send another request for termination and you will recieve another bill for next month. The present bill is from 27th July to 26th August 2016. I did not used even 1kb since July 16th. Every time I call customer care that say the bill is on prorata basis but since I have not used any data then why should I pay for it. Moreover I have also informed for closure of the connection during the confirmation call from the customer care but now they are denying and saying that I have made no such request. When I went to reliance store and informed about the conversation with customer care they said customer care people lies a lot and they do anything to keep the customer. so in short a customer cannot approach any one during any problem.

              I would like to inform you that I will not pay any further bills. Kindly resolve the issue as early as posible. My data card number is [protected]. Hope you will revert me back.

                I'm a Reliance customer for over a year now. My data card no is [protected]. Reliance customer care executive called and informed to buy the new 4G wi-pod to continue the service and told that I'll be able to continue with the same plan which is 40 GB unlimited for 1000 Rs. Also I'll get 10 GB data on purchasing Wi-pod. Instead in a week time o[censored]sing I'm billed 2576 Rs and my connection was blocked. Unaware i contacted the customer after much of a hassle. and i was told my plan is 5GB for 900 / month. But I was not informed. And i wanted to cancel the service immediately For that I was asked to pay the bill of 2576 Rs which paid and applied for cancellation. I haven't used the data card since. My reference no is[protected] and i was told the executive will call to confirm. But i received none. Now I'm billed again for 1538.00. Please take necessary steps and cancel the service. I clearly asked the customer care that i don't want to be billed anymore.

                    I was using reliance cdma wi-pod device under the plan 40gb for 999 datacard no [protected]. Later, i have been informed that reliance are shutting down their cdma services and migrating to 4g and advised me to buy a 4g lte device worth 899. They were also promised me that my existing plans will not be changed in the upgraded 4g services (40gb_999) and i trusted them fully and agreed to upgraded to 4g.
                    Now, they have changed my plans to 1gb for 300 rs without my confirmation and prior notice. I am shell shocked now after seeing that my plan got changed and reliance has provided fake promises to cheat me.
                    I am attaching the mail notification in which reliance has said that my plans won't get changed in my 4g upgradation. Also, i am attaching my chat conversation with reliance customer care executive which is contradicting to their mail notification prior to 4g upgradation.
                    All i want now is that i want to be back to my original plan of 40gb for 999.

                    Your customer service team has asked me to wait for sometime. That's it. Not resolved my problem. When I asked about the promise you have given while migrating to 4G, they have no answer and asking me only to wait for sometime until the new plans available in your system. When I asked that did I gave confirmation to change my plan, NO Answer again. I will not take this as a resolution. Basically the agreement between us is that you have offered me 999_40GB plan in 4G which is the reason why I have agreed to migrate to 4G. Now you have breached our agreement. All I need is that I want my plan back.

                        Our reliance communications fwp land line no. [protected]. We were using the said cdma line since 2004, it was abruptly deactivated for the past 45 days. Subsequently a new gsm land line and a sim card were offerred to us and delivered by collecting rs.1800-00 by cash on[protected], vide caf no.[protected]. Later received a sms message mentioning a mdn no.[protected]. The whole process was carried out by one mr. Abdul rehman (Mobile: [protected]). But till date the said service is not activated nor the instrument working. Worse, the referred executive are hiding and not answering the calls. Please look into the issue.

                          I have purchased wi pod on february 2016. And the wi pod number - [protected].

                          But after 14 august 16, my wi pod not working and then as per communicate with your one of the call centre representive and after conformation that my data plan has not change, i upgrade my wi pod to reliance 4g lte sim card.

                          The problem i face after company upgraded their cdma network to 4g.

                          1). How can i used my new reliance 4g lte sim due to my mobile support only 2g.

                          2). Why should i purchase second time without any data offer your new 4g lte wi pod worth rs. 1500.


                          As per check there is many complain regarding reliance communication wi pod device plan change without any information to customer.


                          3). Pl tell us that still my 499 plan with 5gb day + 5gb night data plan still countinuous with this upgraded 4g lte sim.

                              My reliance number [protected] had a 3g service till may 2016 when i got a mail and a physical letter from rcom stating that i will have to port to 4g for continuing my services further.in order to use 4g i had to buy a 4g wipod priced at rs. 899 which i did since there wasn't any other option. Post my purchase there was a delay in the delivery of the same, which i majorly ignored.in june when i received the 4g wipod, i actually got informed that the services are yet to start and to my dismay the 3g services were also down due to the migration. This continued for about 3 months, where rcom took the monthly bill money of rs. 1100 without providing any service (Neither 3g nor 4g). For this i had sent multiple complaints and emails to which i didn't receive any reply. I tried calling them up on their customer care helpline number where i was put on hold for around 15-20 mins (A couple of times) and then they disconnected.

                              Post all this trauma caused by reliance, the 4g services finally started in august 2016. Well the trauma still didn't end. The initial mails and letter sent by rcom stated that my 3g plan would be continued over 4g which was 40gb at rs. 1100, however when they started my 4g service they without any intimation converted my plan to 3gb at rs. 700 with high charges post complete 3gb consumption. Luckily i kept myself aware of this and sent multiple mails for the same, to which they clearly refused that any 3g plan would be converted to 4g and blankly asked me to follow the 4g plan of 3gb at rs. 700.

                              I am also attaching the initial mail where it stated that my 3g plan would continue on 4g and also the mail where they state that my plan has been changed as per their own wish. This is sheer cheating against the consumers and a false advertising done by rcom to gain customer share.

                                    I had a reliance netconnect dongle. Without any call/mail the dongle was disconnected and changed to 4g sim card. I was given the sim for trial usage which i did and found was not useful. Total usage charges for 2 days trial was rs 162 and i requested for disconnection as sim was not useful to me. It was then that i was informed that the sim had default 5gb plan with 1100rs and i am now asked to pay rs1018. I have been writing to the support team since july and also to appellate but am not getting any resolution to this issue.

                                      My reliance netconnect no. Is [protected] and i was using this cdma service for last 3-4 years. Last days they decided to upgrade cdma to 4g and offered same plan for their 4g service via email. Today i have received my first bill against 4g... This is rs.1601.95... While last bills were for rs.686/.

                                      On querying i have found that my free data limit has been reduced to 3gb instead of 5 gb (In original plan)... And over this free limit they are charging per use basis.

                                      Who did give them right to change my data plan without taking my consultation? Moreover, they didn't inform via any means of communication about this plan. This is simple cheating with customers.

                                        I'm extremely upset as i'm being billed wrongly for the past 3 months.

                                        My dongle no is [protected] which i've been using for the past few years. On march 4th 2016 i paid the february bill at the karkhana reliance center and asked them to discontinue the account.

                                        The service request no was[protected]. The call center people called me up and asked me the reason for discontinuing my connection and suggested i go in for another connection. I informed them i had no interest in continuing. However on 24th march i got a message saying that my request could not be processed.

                                        I've surrendered my dongle, however i've been billed for march, april, may.. I called the customer care and raised the matter. I was told to make the payment and they told me they would update it in the system. I made the payment however i've been billed again for the month of june.

                                        I want to know if this is the business strategy of reliance communication to keep billing the customer even after he/she discontinues the service and keep him forcibly as a customer.

                                        I want my issue to be resolved, otherwise i plan to take legal action. If the bill is not waived off and i don't stop getting messages regarding the dongle i will ensure that strong action will be taken.

                                        They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call ...Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY
