I had some bill descrepancies and i have already posted a complaint on this forum about the rcom. They suggested me not to pay the bill and wait till they solve the problem.

Even by that time, i asked them whether i will be charged any overdue fees or network interruptions. They said there will be no late fee or network interruption.

Now they have disconnected the out going services from my phone, also they have disable the feature for my number to contact customer support.

Since i am in need of out going service, i have even paid the amount which they have generated. Even after paying i am not able to make out going calls.

Such a cheap fraud network.. The main thing frustrating is, they have disabled my number to call customer service.

    Recently i lodge a complain and its marked resolve without my confirmation.
    Below is the link of previous complain.

    Please look into the recent comments for this.

    My concerns is still not been addressed. I raised 15-20 complaints after this. No one is ready to help and all are saying we cannot do anything. I am going to lodge a complaint in consumer court.
    My services are stopped from 20 days and they are still sending me bill for that period and charged advance for this.

    Now i got a bill of rs. 641 and i am not going to pay a single penny because my services are barred from 20 days.
    Security deposit rs. 300 still not reflecting in my account.

    Concerns:
    1. Security deposit rs. 300
    2. Advance rental rs. 299
    3. Charges for inactive connection rs. 366

    I am fed up from them, now i thing this the time to spend some time and money to get this resolve.

      Some of your subordinate had call us for some of your best plan n we told that we dont need it tab bhi btane mai lage pare the jabke i told him i have better option of it than ahe is tellling "bhard mai jao na nhi lena toh" n jab maine unko msg kiya ke "hey u baat krne ke tamez nhi hai toh call centre mai job he kyu kr rhe ho n uss company ke reputation kyu barbadh kr rhe hu tum jaise log ko toh job se nikal dena chaiya" toh bol rhe hai shut up your mouth n jab mai kha complain kr du gi toh khe rhe hai ja kr jo krna hai. Aise logo ko handle krna aapke dury hai customer k sth aise baat krna is not gud name toh nhi pata but i have no. Jis se mujhe call aaya tha [protected] plss look after it

      Reliance Communications Customer care is worst than everything. Don't expect any resolution from there side. You need to suffer in every condition.
      This type of business should be closed. Or it will be close after some time if people start going away.

        I am rumela mohanty frm jharkhand...
        I spoke to customer care that my internet balnce is showing 0, when i had rechrged my numbr with rs.93... Which i hav seen in my mobile *129# in "only fr u benifit" the offfer was in rs.93 they will provide 1gb data per day for 28 days... The customer care represntative were saying dat no offer like that is present fr ur numbr... Thn i askd to check my number offer in 129 then they agreed after seeing it and also registerd my complaint., he said that he has processed my requst with service no:[protected] it will b resolved..
        Bt till nw it hasnt resolved yet...
        I am loosing my offer days without any internet benifit for my rechrge...
        I want it to be resolved immediately as soon as possible...
        Nd as i asked him for the balnce which is being deducted due to using net for ur company to refund he directly said that it was my fault that i didnt check my net blance before using...
        Bt is it fare for a customer to regular check his net balnce each tym before he use it? Not at all...
        1st day i got that facility of 1 gb per day... So i was sure dat i got my offer activated dats y i continued using it...
        The blance deducted for my usage of net should be refunded to me... As it was ur company's fault...
        I will b very grateful to u i[censored] consider my problm and reslove it as early as possible..

          Sir, my first request for port out from reliance communication on 05/07/2017 and prc no. Was rm349719.
          My second request for port out on 25/07/2017 with prc no. Was rm 436911
          Till date service provider reliance communication is not disconecting their network from my mob no.[protected]. Hence my request for port in with idea mobile is getting unnecessorily delayed to provide me idea's
          Network. Kindly do somthing for me.

          My reliance network is blocked
          My no. [protected] I got offer today rs. 93 m 1gb 3g data per day for 28 days.

          But when I recharged with rs. 93 I received SMS 5gb 4g data for only 5 days

          I request to u please resolved the issue as soon as possible for 1gb 3g data per day for 28 days.

            Reliance gsm create many problem with my number [protected]. Previously i complaint & they refunded. But present again they do this. When i complaint their number[protected] on 28 july, 2017 morning 10am arround for balance deduction they didn't write complaint, after my request they passed call to senior executive mr. Kamal, he also not take my balance deduction request, have some discussion about this matter. Morning 11am july, 28 2017 i saw that my no. Is barred. Have no outgoing, no message, cant use my net facility. They told me i rise the complaint but i never complaint to get my no. Barred. I have my number, no stolen. I am regular user of reliance gsm number, 11 year going to passed i used this number 2006 to present i used. M going reliance store they confirm me that my number barred & suggest me to contact customer care for unbarred. But when trying reliance helpline no. 198 & [protected] my call disconnected before reached executive. But when i am trying another reliance gsm number call connected to executive. But they always repeated one thing when i called my no. [protected] then they unbar my no. I requested many times 7 clearly explained customer care cant connect with my no. This incident 2 days passed. What can i do, its my personal/ official & very important no. I know that mr. Kamal was barred my number & he is do something, so only my number call not connected to reliance executive. One another senior executive mr. Sriram is involed them, because when i tried another no. He not give solution & disconnected call. Why they are do this i dont know, but i am getting mentally harasses by reliance gsm.
            They always deduct my balance to the net used but i already have net packs. Please resolve it. And unbar my number. Take action against such like customer care executive who didn't understand customer problem give tension, mentally harassing.

            I received call from reliance. But your executive not give proper solution to me. And can't solved problem.
            Problem remain as it is. So I Fire complaint on national consumer. My barred no. Is didn't unbar. But one thing is that why my call did not connect your executive but when tried another no. Call connect to reliance executive. It means your company do something so only my no. Called not reached.

              I received a bill of 1000+ from rcom in which they added an advance rental of rs. 500-600 for some upgrade that i didnt ask for. We are continuously contacting their customer care who are forcing us to pay the advance rental even though we have not asked for an upgrade. We are telling them that we are willing to pay our bill within our original plan with which we are satisfied and not willing to pay the advance rental. But, they are forcing us to pay it. We have recorded all the calls and are extremely unhappy with what this company is doing with our old and regular customers. Anil ambani is running a fraud company and either he is doing this intentionally to fill his coffers or he is not aware about this. We want our bill revised and we will be happy to continue otherwise, we will not pay the bill with the advance rental. We will take this to the court.

              I have sim no [protected] of reliance, which are lost from March 2017 onwards & same i complaint to close sim and do not make any payment.
              But the neither closed Sim nor stop bill payment. after that i Paid all payments on 26.7.2017, & inform them, but still they not closed the sim & make payments to still now.

                  I am the old customer of reliance communication and using a postpaid number from long time, regarding my july month bill, reliance changed my plan without information/confirmation or any kind of intimation with to deposit extra advance amount for the changing plan. I tried to present my issue with reliance customer care, they said it will applied on whole region. I also asked him to wave off this advance rental from bill he said no they don't have any rights of this. I also request to register a complain regarding the same he said he can't able to do because "this is not a reason to register a complain". Such a stupid answer.

                        I am the old customer of reliance communication and using a postpaid number of this, regarding the last bill, rcom changed my plan without information or any kind of intimation with to deposit extra advance amount for the changing plan, i made many called n follow-up for the same to reliance customer care (*222) or rcom secretary office ([protected]) but all-in-vain.

                        Request you to remove the advance amount and let me have the revised bill asap worth rs. 499/- cum gst 18% i. E. - 588.82 from reliance communication so that i can pay the same and continue with the reliance.

                            I had previous plan 399+GST Freedom Plan after that i got call from reliance stating as a being valuable customer we are providing plan 4 month advance rental plan of Rs 897+ GST + 1058 it means I should received bill of amount 1529 but I received bill of Rs. 1968 which is wrongly charged by reliance and after that my service is also barred by Reliance.

                                "you have been successfully subuscribed to hdygoddostisub7 service for 4days. To unsubscribe sms unsub 4024 to 155223 (Toll free). Dated 30/7/2017

                                And balance detected from my balance. And when i try to call in 198 customer care no connected to customer care.

                                Last time i got msg "you have been successfully subuscribed to hdygoddostisub7 service for 7days. To unsubscribe sms unsub 4024 to 155223 (Toll free). Dated 27/7/2017

                                And you was detected my balance. And that time 198 not working too.

                                I was that time also write mail to you but still its not resolve and again next problem raised what the # it is???

                                I want my money back and working 198 properly. Else this time i take strict action again reliance communication ltd.

                                And tell me the, why its subscribed in my number and why deducted my balance. Always this kind of issue in your company. Last month i have same issue balance deducted this time this too. Which kind of service your company provide???

                                Hope this type you take proper action against this issue.

                                  Thanks a lot to realise me that releince telecom limited is a big name and can cheat anyone with there trained staff.
                                  Many mails i did but i didn't get any single response from your side.
                                  In this last mail i will tell you how your trained staff cheated me. Threads me.
                                  My first mistake i give request to port my [protected] vodafone no to relience.
                                  After few days i received call from releince communication that they are providing free sim.
                                  But i refused because i am having one sim of releince that i ported and 1 was jio.
                                  Your staff said "bhaad mein jaa" means (Go to hell).
                                  I complained that into my mail and provide you the no. Also.
                                  But after 1 month your releincecommunication call me and asked me to pay bill of no. [protected].
                                  I told them it's not my no. And i am not using this sim. And if it's with my name just blocked the sim.
                                  After 1 month again i received call from releince communication and they asked me to pay 682. Of same no. That i never used.
                                  They thread me and said "tu kya tera baap bhi dega".
                                  This threatening to mention in my mails from homesolutions93 also.
                                  Now 15 days back mr. Mehta who introduce himself as a advocate. Told me that this is a criminal cause and will suffer for only 682rs better to pay.
                                  And today on dated 24.7.2017 at 4.20pm i paid 682 rs whit reciept no. Ib[protected]
                                  It's means your well trained staff first asked the custmer to port their no. And take there documents and then forcibly they issue the new sim with photocopy of there documents which they already taken by the custmer.
                                  And fool custmer have to pay the amount for that sim which he never used.

                                  After posting my complain i received a phone call and he introduce himself from Relience complain Department. And he asked me to deposit 20rs online payment that I refused .I will provide you that no. From where I received that call [protected].
                                  True Caller said it's fake. That's y I refused to pay any amount.

                                    Please problem ko solve kro.

                                      Reliance gsm create many problem with my number [protected]. Previously i complaint & they refunded. But present again they do this. When i complaint their number[protected] on 28 july, 2017 morning 10am arround for balance deduction they didn't write complaint, after my request they passed call to senior executive mr. Kamal, he also not take my balance deduction request, have some discussion about this matter. After some time he barred my number, have no outgoing, no message, cant use my net facility. I am regular user of reliance gsm number, 11 year going to passed i used this number 2006 to present i used. M going reliance store they confirm me that my number barred & suggest me to contact customer care for unbarred. But when trying reliance helpline no. 198 & [protected] my call disconnected before reached executive. But when o am trying another reliance gsm number call connected to executive. But they always repeated one thing when i called my no. [protected] then they unbar my no. I requested many times 7 clearly explained customer care cant connect with my no. This incident 2 days passed. What can i do, its my personal/ official & very important no. I know that mr. Kamal was barred my number & he is do something, so only my number call not connected to reliance executive. One another senior executive mr. Sriram is involed them, because when i tried another no. He not give solution & disconnected call. Why they are do this i dont know, but i am getting mentally harasses by reliance gsm.
                                      They always deduct my balance to the net used but i already have net packs. Please resolve it. And unbar my number. Take action against such like customer care executive who didn't understand customer problem 7 give tension, mentally harassing.

Of its unnesery deduction on main balance such types of problem occur frequently at that tym when i have data balance in my account i have chooses the plan of rs 93 1 gb data per day for one month and did the recharge of rs 150 on 12 july but the balance has been deducted from my ac on regular basis i did the complain many times on coustemer care and they refunded my amount but this time they have not refunded my balance i have my complaint no as[protected] but no action has been taken and i am fed up calling on reliance customer care no but i am not able to connect sir plzz solve my query i m relly very tensed of deduction
