Reliance gsm create many problem with my number [protected]. Previously i complaint & they refunded. But present again they do this. When i complaint their number[protected] on 28 july, 2017 morning 10am arround for balance deduction they didn't write complaint, after my request they passed call to senior executive mr. Kamal, he also not take my balance deduction request, have some discussion about this matter. Morning 11am july, 28 2017 i saw that my no. Is barred. Have no outgoing, no message, cant use my net facility. They told me i rise the complaint but i never complaint to get my no. Barred. I have my number, no stolen. I am regular user of reliance gsm number, 11 year going to passed i used this number 2006 to present i used. M going reliance store they confirm me that my number barred & suggest me to contact customer care for unbarred. But when trying reliance helpline no. 198 & [protected] my call disconnected before reached executive. But when i am trying another reliance gsm number call connected to executive. But they always repeated one thing when i called my no. [protected] then they unbar my no. I requested many times 7 clearly explained customer care cant connect with my no. This incident 2 days passed. What can i do, its my personal/ official & very important no. I know that mr. Kamal was barred my number & he is do something, so only my number call not connected to reliance executive. One another senior executive mr. Sriram is involed them, because when i tried another no. He not give solution & disconnected call. Why they are do this i dont know, but i am getting mentally harasses by reliance gsm.
They always deduct my balance to the net used but i already have net packs. Please resolve it. And unbar my number. Take action against such like customer care executive who didn't understand customer problem give tension, mentally harassing.

Updated by Shailesh.shona I received call from reliance. But your executive not give proper solution to me. And can't solved problem.
Problem remain as it is. So I Fire complaint on national consumer. My barred no. Is didn't unbar. But one thing is that why my call did not connect your executive but when tried another no. Call connect to reliance executive. It means your company do something so only my no. Called not reached.
This type of business should be closed. Or it will be close after some time if people start going away.
