I got my number [protected] recharged on 13th feb 2015 by Rs 500. Then didn't made any calls since there was network problem.. when i called customer care on 16th feb they told me the problem will be resolved by 10 pm.. but the problem continued.. then i again called customer care on 18th feb.. they told me i have no balance.. though i didnt made any calls they deducted my Rs 500.. please help as soon as possible
