The customer care executives of this company cannot solve any problem anytime..They keep on saying to call them after some time..and lately they have found a permanent solution. They are barring the numbers so that no customer with complaints can reach them. My number has been barred and even if I am having queries ao can't reach out to them.Most of the time money from the account is deducted unnecessarily. Internet connection does not work if the balnce is beyond 50 mb. It's more than one problem. Complaint against

    I have been using Reliance Netconnect Dongle (No. [protected]) since 2013 with unlimited plan for a monthly rental of Rs.999.I have upgraded to 4g because they are closing the CDMA service, customer care people told me that your data plan will remain same but after 4G activation they have change my plan without asking me and send me Rs.12383 bill.
    I also registered a complaint but no response from billing department.

      My datacard number is [protected] i was on 999 unlimited plan.there was message from reliance that we should switch our datacard to 4GWipod i bought it for 899rs the datacard started working on aug 1 i was given 10gb free 4g data after that i should i switched to my old plan as they said.but i was not able to use my old plan.please help to resolve my issue..

        I am using reliance 4G wipod. Its started on near abt the date 25th July 2016 after the 1.5 month waiting bcoz they stop the CDMA and was launching the 4G. That time i have a plan of 999/- PM with 40GB Unlimited date. Now they started the service on 25 July 2016 and yesterday reliance dongle showing no network so i call the customer care he said you have exausted 5GB 4G Limit and the nest usage is chargeable and now your bill is 5500/- Lumsum. I[censored] want to start the service u have to pay the amount. So what the hell is going on here no one is here to hear us. Reliance cheating us fraunding very openly. I never told you to switch into 4G. And why u change my plan. How you can change the last plan before 6 months. Who gave u permission to convert my plan who is the responsible for that. Please take care of this matter otherwise i will go to consumer court. I forwarded many complain but trai is taking no action. And in the migration form there is also written that the no rental plan changes.

            I have been using Reliance Netconnect Dongle (No. [protected]) with 5GB unlimited plan for a monthly rental of Rs.599/-. Two months before closure of CDMA services, I was recommended to upgrade to 4G plan. Before the upgrade of 4G I asked the customer care people about data plans and they clearly told me that it's going to be the same plan that you are using before. And I even got an email from Reliance about the upgrade and plan remaining the same and not to worry about it. I upgraded to 4G and purchased the Wi-Fi pod online. My 4G service got activated on 6 July 2016.

            The postpaid bill for the period from[protected] to[protected] came to be Rs. – 107/- (negative; after adjustments). So the total bill payable for that cycle came to be Rs. 0 (Zero). However the E-bill for the period from[protected] to[protected] is being shown as Rs. 1970!!!

            Upon enquiring with the Reliance retailer, I came to know that the monthly rental has been changed abruptly by the company and additional VAS charges have been levied upon. The plan change has not informed to me by either mail or SMS. I was assured by Reliance customer care as well as the Reliance retailer that the same data plan would continue with 5 GB unlimited plan after the upgrade. Even the Reliance 4G SIM voucher as well as the Reliance E-Bill mentions No increase in any item of the tariff for a period of 6 months from the date of enrolment under any tariff plan.

            Complaint:
            1. The data plan has been abruptly changed without telling me about it. No email or message or call was sent regarding the plan change.
            2. I have not availed any kind of VAS from you and now you are overcharging me without giving me any kind o[censored]pdate or info.

            I have been your loyal customer for a long time. Please look into the issue and solve it.

              Before 4g upgrade I have face so many problems like speed, connectivity& Bill related issues. And the worst part is when I call customer care service no response from them automatically call termination by luck I speak with customer care representatives they are not ready to understand my problems they simply says right now applications are down so please call us later sometimes because even they don't know how to solve the issue. Nowadays my friends are kidding me because of I'm still using Reliance dongle service they recommended me switch to act board band.

                I was using pro 3 dongle for last 1 year and my plan was a unlimited 10 gb plan 5 gb day 5 gb night @ 600 Rs per month. Now when reliance upgrade its cdma to 4g it was communicated to us that we need to buy a fresh dongle @ 900 and our bill plan will remain same . Ideally the entire cost of the dongle should be borne by reliance as it was his system requirements not my demand. But still ignore the same and make payment for purchase of the double.

                Now without my acknowledgement how reliance change by billing plan just dropping a mail. Secondly why my unlimited plan should converted to a normal plan and charge impoperly . I got a message at 4:25 that you 100 % data was consumed and within 5 min I stopped my dongle but while enquiring customer service I came to know that my plan was 900 Rs per month and I had consume more than 300mb also which is not at all acceptable by me.

                My concern is that pls stop my billing and service immediately and I am ready to pay only 600 plus taxes which is as per my agreed amount . And I want to return my dongle for which I need the money back

                This is absolutely a cheating to the customer and facing several problem during transition to 4g reliance will not give any loyalty benefit to the customer

                    Dear team,

                    I am using the data card no [protected] wherein i have requested to cancel or deactivate the account on july 30th 2016 as well as 13th aug 2016 but till now the account has not been de-activated. Simply i am getting monthly bill for which i am not using the card any more. Also due to change in cdma to 4g sim which i haven't purchased this existing data card cant be used also.

                    In spite of several follow ups by mail to [protected]@reliancecda.com as well as customer care helpline[protected] and also when reliance customer care people called me to change the sim, i have clearly communicated to cancel or deactivate the no since i am not using it any more and i wouldn't be changing sim also.in spite of all these, there is no response from customer care either on closing the account or what i need to do to close the account. But simply monthly bills comes to me which i have stopped making payment effective 1st jul 2016 on wards since i am not using the card and placed the request from my registered email id as well as we over the phone.

                    None of the customer care person has politeness to respond to my mails if there is anything pending to from my end also. Its creating mental stress for me from last 2 months. Need advice and guidance.

                      Dear sir/madam,

                      My reliance no is [protected]. I got this no. Port fom airtel gsm to reliance cdma in dec last year. At that time in you offered 30p/min call rate for 01 year on recharge of 184 (Approx amount).
                      From jul 2016 you discontinued your cdma services and offered to continued all old tariff plans for next 6 months on continuation of service on gsm. But after conversion of my no. From cdma to gsm now my tariff plan is 1.2 rs/min for std and 1 rs /min for local.

                      I called to customer care 05 times and every time after listening for 15 min they said they are transferring my call to superior but instead they disconnected it. On sixth time i requested to register a complain directly your representative refuse that she cannot register complain. Event after 20 min she did not register complain for my problem and for disconnecting calls. I asked her to connect to her superior and this time she connected successfully. Her superior also said that my tariff plan cannot be changed. Again i asked her to register complain for my problem and call disconnecting she refuse to do so. After 15 min she agreed to talk to manager and she said my problem will be solved.

                      On my insistence to register complain she said she will and i will receive sms of complain. But on asking for complain no of phone she refuse again and on much bargain she only register an request of tariff change. After that she pretend that my voice is not clear and i should call back.

                      I am a customer and it is my right to get an complain register. To lower you no. Of complain you should provide better service. Using cheap trick does not work for long term. If i cannot get an complain registers even after wasting my 2 hours it is complete negligence and denial of my rights. You are requested to look in this matter as i am preparing to raise this matter in other forums also.

                        For my reliance netconnect+ data card [protected], i did a recharge for 1 gb data on[protected] and the validity is up to[protected]. On[protected], netconnect+ has been upgraded to 4g by reliance communications but my data balance of around 1 gb was not carried forward to 4g account. When i spoke to reliance customer care, they are telling it cannot be carried forward. Then why are they taking money from us. Either they have to return my money or carry forward the data balance. If they are upgrading to 4g means, it is their problem not our problem. Moreover, while registering for 4g upgrade, reliance communications has promised all its netconnect+ customers to provide 10gb free 4g data along with the existing balance. That promise was not fulfilled. We spent our money to buy netconnect+ data card but it is of no use now because of 4g upgrade. Anil ambani and his reliance communications is cheating its customers and loot the public money. Can you please take stern action on reliance and resolve our issue as soon as possible?

                        I got the following SMS from Reliance.

                        Dear Reliance Customer
                        As per your SR[protected] your prepaid account has been updated with remaining DATA. Thank you.

                        But this is not true. I didn't get my balance data and it still shows 0. I am unable to browse the internet. The Reliance cheaters are still cheating the customers by false information and not giving any resolution.

                        Cheater means Someone who leads you to believe something that is not true. This is what Reliance Communications is doing. So Reliance Communications is the real cheater.
                        Reliance will just give a call and close the complaint without resolution.

                                  I have been using reliance netconnect+ internet connection since almost 3 years with the plan 40gb unlimited for 999/-. Recently, i was told that they are going to discontinue reliance cdma services and asked me to get a reliance 4g sim and purchase wipod from them for the cost of 899/- so that they can provide me 4g services of the same plan for the same price. I confirmed twice with the customer service representatives via chat and i have the chat transcripts as well. Now, they have changed my plan to 5gb 900/-. When i asked them why it was changed they don’t have the correct answer. Before purchasing the wipod, they promised me some thing and now giving some thing. I unnecessarily invested 899/- to purchase the wipod and i would have opted other service provider if i knew the 4g charges earlier. They cheated me giving false information before opting the 4g services and after opting they have changed it to a different plan which is inconvenience for me.

                                  The customer service people are not even ready to escalate or provide the managers details to escalate. They are behaving like they are the complete authority, in that case why are they not sticking to their words which were promised earlier.

                                  I am not going to pay my outstanding bill (If any) until my concern is addressed. Also, if it is not addressed then there is no point it sticking to reliance.

                                  This is really a cheating and i want justice in this regard.

                                    I have been a long loyal customer of Reliance with multiple service and different line of business. I have been facing a very hard time by reliance and its activities. I have many issues but have no evidence for the previous issues so never raised it but now it has become so frustrating and I want complete justice.

                                    There has been an auto generated service that has been activated on my account. Which keeps getting activated on its own. Some VAS service which I have never subscribed too. Reliance has a pre generated system where even if the customer doesn't want subscribe to it regenerates on its own and activates. So an amount keeps being deducted from my account, if one does not keep a track of it you will never know. If that was by a technical glitch then here is the worst of them all their illiterate customer service. Employees who have limited thinking and are extremely rude.

                                    Some of the names are SUBHAJIT MONDAL, DIPANWITA DAS, ANITA JADHAV, RAJU, RAVI and many more. Most of them are dumb!!! There is no ownership taken for a resolution to be provided. I called multiple times and every call I make I am charged for it, so I am paying for your salary and I expect professional service for the money I am paying. The system's are down so agents do not take the complaints, they keep transferring the calls or provide incorrect numbers that are not in service. When I request to speak to a manager I am denied to speak to them saying there is no manager available or we do not have the right or authority to transfer calls. When a request is put for the internal system failures for a manager to call back there is no manager or authority available at work to take a bloody ownership and be a professional. Why are such people even employed?

                                    They have still not registered a complain and given me an official complaint number and neither have they taken any action against these employees. I want to be credited for the entire amount of my balance cause my grandmother is in serious critical condition in the hospital and it is not possible for me to be running around in such emergencies. It is a matter of life and death here and people seem to be inhuman making a fool out of it. I want strict action to be taken against reliance and i want to be credited for every single minute i am charged for with the customer service and also for the harassment reliance has caused to me under such critical times and situation.

                                    I wish to upload all the calls recorded but there is no option to upload an audio file. Kindly introduce that option too.

                                    Yes Sudharr, they did that, infact i still have no received any credits nor have i received a closure of the time 48 hours mentioned. Just pathethic crap. When I went there complain to the corporate office is park street, i was man handeld by 4 security gaurds saying I have come here to bomb they when i took pictures of the men behaving so rudely with me, he even tried to snatch my phone and said would put me behind the bars.

                                      My 4g wipod got activated on August 7 and now it's been barred because I have exceeded my credit limit itseems.. I am totally shocked that my plan for 40 gb has been exceeded in a week's usage that's when the customer care people tell me that my plan is for 3gb.. and how can I get a message last night from reliance that I consumed 50% of my data when my plan is for 3gb.. I consumed 13 gb.. which basically applies for my 40gb plan.. does it even make sense? how can you guys change my plan usage without telling me about me? Before the upgrade of 4g I asked the customer care people about that data plans and they clearly told me that it's going to be the same plan that you are using before. And I even got an email from reliance about the upgrade and plan remaining the same and not worry about it. So I trusted and bought the 4g device. And now you are overcharging me without giving me any kind o[censored]pdate or info. No email or message or call was sent regarding the plan change. Why would I pay 4000 rupees for my 13 gb usage when I know my plan is for 40 gb for 1149? Reliance cannt blindly charge people to pay .. This is totally an unethical business for money grabbing. Not at all acceptable. When reliance can make your customer service people to call you 1000 times to make them buys you reliance upgrade products don't you have the courtesy to tell your customer about their plan change. Now reliance is making us adopt another plan so we could pay half of what you have charged us.. what makes reliance think that after you cheating us like we will trust with you and stay. I have been a loyal customer for 6 years to reliance not anymore.Reliance is going to lose all the loyal customers with this fraud for sure.

                                      I see so many complaints similar to this. This problem should be solved as soon as possible. Nobody else should be cheated this way.. Reliance should consider customers as their first priority .

                                        I was a user of Reliance CDMA services vide Pro 3 Datacard no. - [protected] with the unlimited bill plan of Rs 550/- giving 5GB day and 5GB night free bundled HSD usage and unlimited usage at 1X speed beyond this limit.

                                        After continuous intimations through letter, e-mail and SMS from Reliance that they are terminating CDMA services, I was forced to upgrade to Reliance 4G and buy the WiPod.

                                        In all the communications from Reliance, it had been assured that upon upgrading to 4G there will be no escalation/change in my current data plan rental and benefits (It is mentioned in the Letter I received from Reliance, in all the e-mail communications that Reliance sent to me and even mentioned on the websitewww.rcom.co.in/Rcom/personal/4G/ under FAQ section). In addition to this 10GB of free data was also offered to lure me to upgrade to 4G.

                                        Hence, left with no other choice, I had to upgrade to Reliance 4G and buy the WiPod. Upon activation of WiPod and 4G services, I kept using them as per my bill plan and above Reliance communication/commitment/offers.

                                        Suddenly on 27th July, the datacard stopped working and when I inquired on Reliance Call Center, I was told that my services have been terminated as the generated bill is beyond my Credit Limit. When I got the bill, I was surprised to find that I have been charged as per Rs 1100/- bill plan having only total bundled usage of 5GB and then also charged for addition usage. When I again inquired about the same at Reliance Call Center, they were not able to clarify above points and only thing they has to tell me was that you have to pay this amount.


                                        Please note that my usage was based on the commitments from Reliance that there will be no change in my current data plan rental and benefits plus an additional 10GB free data has been offered.


                                        There was no intimation from Reliance by any means i.e. through call, e-mail, letter or sms that the bill plan is been changed. Then, how user will know that what is his usage limit and how he will be charged. This is really unethical and cheating practice by Reliance to lure users with false commitments, use their services and then charge them undue hefty amounts after that.


                                        Now, please note that I am not going to accept this cheating and request you to please terminate my connection/Services with immediate affect.

                                        In case if Reliance accepts mistake at their end, I need resolution to my following grievances:
                                        1. The bill generated on 27-Jul-16 needs to be corrected as per above commitments to enable me to pay accordingly.
                                        2. I am not liable to pay for the period from 27-Jul-16 till the issue is resolved and services are resumed. (As my services has already been terminated w.e.f. 27-Jul-16).

                                        Else, terminate all my services with immediate effect and I will not be liable to pay for any services beyond the date of this e-mail.
