Dear Sir/Madam I had purchased a reliance data card on 3rd june 2014 but it is not activated till date.I have submitted all the related document to the agent but still waiting for the activation of Data card. No one is responding from the reliance side, agents and the related agency is not picking up the phone or just giving the fake reasons.       Hi, I am using reliance netconnect from past 6 months but from 5 days there is no network coverage in my area. So I called reliance customer service to register the complaint but all the times while calling my call went in queue and I was there in queue upto 30 minutes and then my call get disconnected. From five days I am calling each day three times but there is no single call was answered by reliance customer care. Its very painful to me, so i planned to quit from reliance. I feel that the worst customer service in INDIA is reliance and I planned to throw out the datacard and purchase some other data card. My reliance data card number : [protected]

      Hi All,
      I received a call from reliance customer care on friday[protected]
      and they said : A customer care executive will call you shortly and
      they will fix your issues within two days likewise they said but till
      today I did not received any call from customer care executive and my datacard
      never worked from past ten days. I don't know what to do I have
      recharged on Jun 1 for 1400 rupees for 15 GB of data card and I cant
      able to use the datacard from past 10 days and its very painful for me.
      Even if I try to contact customer care executive, my call is always in queue upto 30 minutes and then its automatically got disconnected. since from past 10 days I have called more then 50 times to reliance customer care and even a single call they never answered. Reliance is the only service provider which is not giving a service while compare to other service provider. This is too painful to me and I am heart broken now
      that my money has wasted in investing in reliance.

        I am from Gujarat I recharged online on 11-JUN-2014 with 66rs & also cut 66 RS from my account.Promotional Benefit get for new customer 10p/min for 90days but I did not get any benefit.My local call charge being 2p/sec after this recharge.I did not understand what happened.Please do needful or get mt balance back in my main account.

            Hello. I have sent several Emails to customer support of Reliance broadband for termination of my broadband account. But they are never responding & still sending me the invoices. I am not getting any reply from them & their Collections agents ( almost like goons ) are calling us daily & talking to us like we are the cheaters.               Im a broadnet customer in reliance communication from madurai, tamilnadu. Past one months reliance customer care service inactive on this number[protected]. Whenever i tried it say please wait our customer service executives are busy. then i have tried in online complaint register in my reliance ada account. After form submit it shown system error often. After that i have tried to contact madurai reliance outlet all phone numbers. But no one attend the call. what the hell doing all reliance people... i[censored] cant do customer care service then go and shutdown your reliance company.

                From past 2 years i am using reliance netconnect+( Its my fate). I adjusted with 1x signals only compare to this any other mobile net is very good. But from past 2 months signals are very good, shame on this Reliance company and their officials for this services. I made a complaint on consumer court also, no reply from them too. from 9/06/2014 onwards no signals even on mobile. Customercare number[protected] is also too worse, not connecting hours and hours, may be it wont connect in life long. Is that the people responsible for this problem is born from Only one Father... Its shame on your mothers. I didnt have words to lace. Simply awaking other ppl from this company.

                  Hi, This is to inform you that, though I have requested and made the payment for the reliance broadband connection I haven't received the connection even after 3 weeks. The agent, Mr Shankar ([protected]) to whom I have paid the amount promised me to give the connection within 2 days, but he changed his promise and cheated me. I believed that since the payment is done to reliance communication, the service will be genuine, but unfortunately I have concluded that the entire organization is cheating the customers like this. This is really disgusting and unfair from Reliance. Also the contact number mentioned in your database is wrong, my actual contact number is [protected]. I was waiting for a full month for the same, but was completely cheated by Reliance. I expect to get the problem resolved as soon as possible, or need to move on with legal formalities.                     I Have Reliance GSM connection... when i Recharge it then company cut my balance.. sometimes rs.30 sometimes rs. 20 sometimes rs10 sometimes rs5 sometimes rs3 sometimes rs1 & when i call in customer care the company send my balance back and says to me that this problem never will happened again but next day ill face same problem... I'm facing this problem past 4 of months... so please help fast as can u do..

                        I took a broadband connection and since the day one I have been a worst experience. It is not at all working. I tried to reach to Reliance customer care but the phone went for a infinite waiting state. Every time I was waiting for more then 40 minutes. After trying several time then I tried sending mail customer care. But I just got reply similar response with no action at all. Even today my connection is not working neither I got any service call from Reliance. This is really a very worst experience I had with Reliance. Finally I got frustrated and requested to close the connection But they are still not responding positively. 1) In case you are closing the connection, Can I get the money back as a recovery which I paid to Reliance ? I cannot pay the money for no service from your side. 2) In case you are getting it fixed, Can you adjust the money for last 15 days during which the connection was not working ? I am in a bad state now waste of money and time and with No Internet @Home :( thanks, Samar [protected]

                          Hi I am Prem nath P, using data net (subscriber #[protected]) since three years. Now i would like to deactivate my data card as i am leaving chennai. I visited your webworld office many times for the same issue and they forced me to change it for prepaid, so that i can use it when ever i come back, i Too agreed and paid some extra amount but no use. Today when i receive the bill for this month i visited again the same webworld and they are cool and saying me that they are not responsible for all these issue( they are only for take the request) and asking me to file the complaint against reliance, Here i am declaring that i am not responsible for any future bills and not to pay single rupee as i have given early notice in customer care & paid all bills. So pl deactivate/cancel my data card. I Spoke to customer care persons several times and finally found it is waste of my time & money... they are asking me to visit the webworld and explain the quiries... Today i received a call from the above said webworld and they are asking me to pay the dues to change it to prepaid. just tell me how many time should i pay?? If everything is going to be sought out by reliance complaint board, then what is the use of local web world??? better they can divert all the quires to HO atleast we will be relieved.                             My No. is[protected] On 31/05/2014, I received the following message on my mobile: "Amount charged for VAS One97STalkDP Rs.30:00." I am not sure what kind of message is this and what is the meaning of "One97STalkDP" and why my account was debited with Rs.30/-. This is absolute nonsense and causing a great amount of inconvenience. Sometime, I feel that Reliance Telecommunication seems to have gone awry for cheap money minting techniques.. Can anyone from customer care department (if it really exists) look into it and arrange for a quick refund of Rs.30/- without wasting my further time?

                              My netconnect+ number is [protected]. I seriously regret investing so many bucks in reliance 3g dongle as I am highly frustrated with their services and customer care unit. The speed comes so slow, that it takes 5 min to open google sometimes. Despite repeated complaints nobody responded. I called to their customer care service and I also went to reliance outlet to make the complain. But no response. They will just assure you that it will get resolved within 24 hrs. Nothing else. Recently, I made a request of change of my current postpaid plan. The customer care person has assured me that it will be changed this month. And now when I am asking whether it is activated or not, they are telling it will take another one month. I have so much of important work on net but its all stuck now. They are just making fool out of the people.

                                    Sir, My Name is Kuntal Dutta, Burdwan. My mobile no is [protected]. Now its not working. i want to use this number if company gave me last 1 month Call Details. I go reliance world Burdwan and talk with employees but they dn't gave me call details. I show all my proof & Sim also but they tell me not possible. then I do not use this number. I[censored] do something for me then pls help me.I am very thankfull to u. Now my current no is [protected] (Reliance GSM Postpaid) & My Email Id is [protected]@gmail.com. pls send me propper way for call details. Thank You

                                      I am not using reliance service (Mob no: +[protected] anymore so i have terminated the service.As a result i m suppose to get my refund back within 90 days.I enquired about the refund amounting rs.250 /- from the nearest gallery in vasai road, dist:thane, state:maharashtra.The personnel there informed us that the refund cheque would be delivered to us by the end of may 2014.There is no sign of the same.So i request you to look into the matter.Thank you.

                                        My Number are [protected], [protected]. I staying in Jaggam Peta, East Godavari District, AP State, Pin:533435.Since 2 Months Whenever Power Cut, Your Network is stopped.and after power came, Its restarted. It means No tower is working under deisel.Same problem is there in Mallavaram, East Godavari District, AP Pin:533 285 also. Kindly look into the matter and sortout the problem immediately.
