[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Not disconnecting broadband service | |||||
I have been using Reliance Broadband for past few years but since 1st may the broadband line is dead. I complained on 7th may about the issue (service request[protected] but not one bothered to resolve. Then I asked for discontinuing services on 12th may (service request[protected], and again no one processed that request. On top of all this, the company sends me the bill for this month and their employees keep calling me for payment, and have no clue when their technician will pick up their equipment. I have e-mail to the customer care but I get no response there. I will not be responsible for reliance broadband equipment, so collect it ASAP. And I will not pay the bill generated for the month that I didn't render the services. Was this information helpful? | |||||
