I have meet your two store and the people check and say to sim number changed and we are help less to help me. He told that meet the guy where you have buy the sim.

I am extremely irritated from your service because of deducting balance regularly without any reason.
Again there is a deduction of Rs 10 from my mobile number [protected] in between 1 June 2017 to 4 June 2017 even I have not activated any VAS or anything else.

This is regarding disconnection.

I bought corporate post paid connection with wipad device and used it for 1-2 months due to network coverage issues I discontinued using the device after 2-3 months got bill details to be paid for 1000 INR. I delayed it hence got call from an Advocate and paid it immediatly as soon as I completed my payments I sent an email to confirm my payments and to disconnect my connection...

I am paras nath yadav. Last month 28 may 2017 i took new reliance pre-paid sim card connection. But, as per communication with madam mala from rohini reliance store. She sended me 3-sim with plan 199 and when sim activated i came to know from customer care, that plan changed from 199 / to 299, and also 4g sim not supportin my hand set key-pad normal ph, i unmounted all 3 sims and inform the madam, but till today 5th jun 2017 no action taken...

I am very disappointed with reliance store and the customer service. I recently visited 2 reliance stores in chembur and sion and both the reliance store didn't have sim card available l for over 10 days. I had requested for 3g sim card and both had no information of when the sim cards would be available. This is very frustrating for the customers. I had to go all the way from chembur to sion for nothing and they will not give the information...

My name is usha. I am reliance user. My num is [protected]. Mere pass reliance ka msg that km rs93 me 1 gb data per day for 28 days ke liye milega. Par mere recharge karane ke baad 1gb one month ke liye show kar raha hai. Sir kia ye msg fake that please help me custmercare num par many tlme complain kar chuki hu lekin koi solution nahi mila. Every time koi maya executive hota hai wo complain sunte hai large much nahi....

About 3 months back the sim request for deactivation was made by phone to their customer care, and i paid full amount due as on that day.
After two months i keep on getting call your bills are not paid and the sim is active. And i keep on telling them that i have told them to deactivate and i have settled as on that day, why bills are raised.
Kindly note i have requested to deactivate the sim mobile number of [protected]...

Sir, i have no words but only bad words to say about the services given by the company. No revert calls regarding my complaint about dead line from last 15days. Refernce no is[protected].

With regards to my dongle number captioned in the subject, i am receiving message to make the final bill payment (As the service to the no. Has been cancelled on my request) or to face legal consequences.
I would prefer to close the issue, provided my request on detailed bill for the period 25 jan 2017 -24th feb 2017 has not received yet. (Reason being my data had exhausted within 3 days of new billing cycle for which i do not agree,...

I had activated 2 plans, internet pack and call rate plan. But from last 2 nights my balance was deducted while accessing internet. Sum of rs.100 was deducted from my balance in last 2days. What the hell…services reliance is providing…that there customer care numbers never connect…. By luck if connect… customer care does not resolve the issue… they cut the phone call…after some time.

Customer care rakha kyon hai agar call connect hi nhi hota hai..

I have requested to convert my number ([protected]) from post paid to prepaid connections, i have requested at Perambur, Chennai stores and i have paid all my outstanding amount of rs.1075/- and store people told me to call 59059 and activate my prepaid with same SIM, i have submitted all the required documents for conversion,

Now i don't have any signal in my mobile to call 59059 and i am waiting for more than 24hrs for resolution...
