[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Offer services not received | |||
Saw a offer on insta care app, in which i saw data offer, in which in rs.156, reliance provide 1 gb 3g net, with 30days validity But when i clicked on 20th july 2016, i got only, 800 mb data, with 13days validity. when i called to 198 then, there is no option for, complaint available. Same type case, i filled before one year ans problem resolved. This time i need resolution and compensation for harassment rs.10000, if problem not resolved then, i go for consumer court because reliance doing this type of wrong practices again and again. I got the data, but what about problem faced by me :
1. Mailed 10 times to your customer care mail ID, - BUT TILL NOW no revert
2. Complaint no. 198, have no option to lodge a complaint regarding issues.NO IVR OPTIONS AVAILABLE THERE
3. When I talked with chargeable no. Then your executive said that, we can't help, we can't register your issue. I HAVE A FULL CALL RECORDINGS FOR THIS CONVERSATION .
4. Same issue faced my me before 1year, reliance doing this type of mistakes again and again, to HARASS the public.
5. Mental pressure created by co., Because
Every one is money minded same as co., If co. Provided services in exchange of money, then why user suffers always.
6. Mailed to your appellate care many times, but no response received till. Is this service of appellate authority ??? VERY SHAMEFUL services provided by appellate authority.
