This was my corporate number i am highly frustrated from the pathetic service of reliance postpaid customer care people and services.
First of all it had been 8 months that i had not received any hard copy or soft copy of my monthly bill even after requesting number of times. I receive messages to pay particular amount as bill and after payment again after few days i use to get the messages and i have to pay or else they disconnect my outgoing. I have requested many times to mail or either provide hard copy of my bill but still they failed.
Now 10 days back i had activated 3g in mobile and after continuous follow up my 3 g was activated after 7 days which i faced a lot of loss as i am using only 1 service provider.
Now customer care had blocked my number as i want to change my plan. I even visited reliance store but the people working behaves like a agent as they told that i have to call to customer care only to resolve any problem. I don't know they why that fool is sitting there as he doesn't have any knowledge about the company and services.
This is very unethical behaviour which reliance people are misguiding the customer.
I am highly disappointed from this pathetic service and if any action is not taken them i will switch my service provider to airtel or vodafone and submit a complain to my organisation also who has a corporate tie up. Was this information helpful? |
