[Resolved] Reliance Communications — portability of phone number

I wish to change my reliance number to airtel due my transfer to another state and i already tried a lot to connect with the reliance customer care for lodging a complaint for this. But, i did not get any response from them. It seems they don't want to port my number from reliance to airtel. So, i request you to solve this problem as soon as possible and make me sure to change my number.

I check my bill than saw last 4 month you add late fee 100/- each month. how it is possible.
