I have received a legal notice from reliance communications ltd. On 22nd august 2017, regarding pending amount to be paid 0f approx 4400 rs. The said billing account no. Shown is [protected] (Mdn – [protected]). The aforesaid reliance number is already closed when i was in delhi between 2010-11. From six years i have not received any notice and in my knowledge, i have already deposited the amount after terminating the number. This legal notice is without the backup of bill and unable to check online also. Is it a scam?

    Dear reliance customer care,
    My mobile number is [protected] (Jalsa 599 plan). I have been using same number for more than 3 years. I am usually paying bill of about rs.750/- per month. I was extremely disappointed to notice inclusion of advance rent of rs.618 in my bill for 18.6.17 to 17.7.17. Customer care told that this issue would be resolved in my next bill but in vain. This has really concerned me as i have been a loyal customer of reliance services for considerable period in this volatile competitive era. My total bill for duration of 18.6.17 to 17.7.17 was rs.1487.51/-. I paid an amount of rs.900/- with in time limit. The customer care had told me that this remaining amount of rs.587/- would not be included in the next bill and any excess amount would subsequently be adjusted in the next bill. To my dismay, even the next bill for duration of 18.07.17 to 17.08.17 had inclusion of this arrear of rs.587/- without any adjustment of excess amount paid last month. This is contrary to what i was assured by the customer care team.

    I hope that reliance customer care would be taking note of the issue as mentioned and would be able to resolve same at the earliest.

        Hello,

        I have lodged complaint against reliance communications on 11th august for deduction of balance automatically from the account.

        The message was as below.

        "i am using a reliance mobile number.
        The balance of rs. 21 was deducted automatically from my account for the
        Subscription of the service on skywaygamewsub which was neither subscribed nor requested by me.
        The balance got deducted on 9th august 4:30 pm.
        I had called the customer care and i spoke with izhar for this. He was unresponsive and not willing to help me in getting the refund of my money.

        He said if you want refund, you need to call within 24 hrs and i tried calling customer care within 24 hrs but it did not redirect me to the customer care.

        Izhar then said that due to high volume, i may not be able to connect to the customer and so i had to wait for few more hours and then try calling them as i do not have any other work.

        Regarding refund he said, you will not get any refund past 24 hours.

        I kindly request you to take it on high priority and help me in refund of my money which was deducted by reliance.
        This is not at all expected from the company like reliance. It is a big loss to the customer for such automatic deductions.

          I have used reliance net connect no [protected] 3years ago but i canselled it by psying the final settlement due to network issue. But now they are sending demand notices to avoid legal action... Every month i paid the bills in due date. I was a promosing custemer at that time. But due to relocating city and there i didn't get the proper network tha is the reason of canselled connection.
          Please help me by look into this...

              We have rented reliance tower in 2005. For lease of 10 years. Reliance tower situated at chandkheda site dist. Gandhinagar ahmedabad on the land survey no 453/2. We have not received till date mou signed with us. They are crediting our rent by neft after completion of 2 years. At the rate of original which is 12 years before. We have sent 8 to 10times by regd ad post to vacant our land after completion of our lease. But they are not intresred to reply or vacant our land. As they are changing their offices and there is no responsible person in their office who is handlo=ing our problem. Their first office at c. G. Road ahmedabad. Then they changed at prahladnagar office at judges bunglow ahmedabad. Now they changed their office from prahladnagar to shahibaug ahmedabad. Their behaviour even their watchman insulting and sitting there more than 1 hour. Then by intercom they said go for third floor. Then again another watchman consult in office says wait here. After half an hour one unknown sir came say what is the problem. Though we have show every time to their new officer and every time time showing file with regd ad post and our demand to vacant the tower and give our land as origin we have before mou. They say its ok we will discuss our higher authority and please come after 15 days. Then we go after 15 days one new officer come yes what bis problem. Then we have to clarify all our history from beginning. But there is no solution. We have more than 75 years old land lord smt champaben dhanjibhai parmar and another partner sushilaben mulchand solanki aged 58 years. Sir how we are facing problem with this giant company. We are unable to court case against them. Till date they are crediting rent of tower at the rate of 17 years ago. Which is so cheap as our land is cost more than 2 crore and they are giving rent only rupees 8000/per month. Think we have to sold out our land at the abovesaid cost. If that cost came in our pocket and we deposit in nationalised bank we will get more than 1.60 lacs intrest on that deposit. How we are loosing financial support. Please we once again request your good office to solve our problem. As we are aged persons and we have trouble to going here and there. Although we are going but sence last two yaers no result at all. As we have no original mou agreement. But their communication letters are with us. Lastly they demanded from us to increase rent but we totaly denied and vacant our land as agreement and lease is completed. One officer from their side named vishal thakker contact with us for rising rent but after that he also missing as we demanding to vacant our land. We will show our file papers as and when demanding. We dont want their rent though they are crediting. We have said them in strictly not to credit any amount in our account but till date they are giving amount which is too low as today`s market but we are deniying to accept rent our demand is only and only to vacant our original land.

                    Dear concern,

                    My name is mahim burman, i am using this prepaid mobile ([protected]) for last approx 9 years.
                    In the last month bill i notice that my plan has been change from monthly rental 199.00 to 299.00
                    Without my consent. Also i have not request to change my plan. When i called up at you r costumer care
                    I have been informed that my plan has got changed automatically without any service request (Also they are not able to give me any srn)

                    In current month bill they charged me current bill and advance rental for changed plan of 299.00 and a high amount bill of rs. 584.00
                    (Which i am able to pay) but the customer care executive forced me to pay the bill instead of rectifying there system mistake and harassing me.
                    The comp lent was loge on 10/08/2017 but till date no salutation has been made.

                    Why should i pay for the services which i have to availed

                      My user id is[protected]. I am from vadodara, gujarat. From last one month internet was not working at all even though too many complaints. Even i visit personally reliance office in vadodara for internet. But still there is no any response from your side. Even online customer service center is also not receiving call from last one month even 1 hour call holding. When i visited vadodara's office everyone put aside all phones.
                      This was bad experience of my life which i never face before. Such poor service you have.
                      Due to your service i have to bear loss because employee was not able to work.
                      Only name is not enough but good service is also necessary.

                        I was using a reliance post paid number ([protected]). I was not happy with the services offered and cited to get it cancelled. However, making numerous calls to their customer service from my number, it was not cancelled.

                        Then i decided not to use the number so that it gets cancelled automatically. When there were no usage on phone, i was contacted in mid april/may by a reliance representative and was offered to cancel the number with an immediate payment of rs.300 which i did the same day.

                        I thought now i have got rid of the number but to my surprise, i got a text in august to inform me that there is a due of rs.289.83 to the same number which was not used for the last five/six months.

                        Even there was a deposit of rs. 300 which has still not been refunded.

                        I am a person with acute heart failure and have been given so much run around by this company. I initially thought to let it go but now they are threatening to take legal action against me which is utterly their fault.

                        I am now planning to take this issue to consumer forum and seek a compensation for the inconvenience that i have to go through the messages that are coming to my other phone (Sometimes seven/eight messages a day).

                            Dear concern,

                            I am facing a serious issues regarding my broadband where i am taking services from reliance company. My connection is not working since 9th june 2017 and i have registered complaint on 10th june, this was resolved after 15 days but again after 4 days issue again started. I again raised the issue which was resolved after 20days then again my connection was shut down on 4th august which is still not resolved. I have called customer care so number of time and all the time representative insure me that this will resolved in 24 hrs, i dont know how many 24hrs have been completed but issue is still persist. I have send so many mails to reliance customer care [protected]@relianceada.com & cercomappellateauthority. [protected]@relianceada.com so many times but till today i didn't received any revert or call from there side.in short since june to till date my connection was worked only for around 8days and no technical person or any authorized personal didn't bother to make a call to me to explain the issue, its really irritating as its hammers my work as well. I have to other option left to left that issue to the higher authorizes of reliance as may be they are not aware what their customer is facing... Request you to please help me in this.

                              Respected sir/madam,

                              My reliance gsm no is +91-[protected]. My account balance has been deducted three time in last 20 days, and the total deducted amount is 114 rupees (53+52+09=114).
                              I don't know why it has been deducted, and i am trying to talk to customer care for 20 days by dialing 198 and *333 but the call isn't connecting.
                              So i am requesting you to refund my full amount. Please solve my problem.
                              I am very disappointed.

                                My number [protected] is already permanently disconnected and whenever i tried to paid the remaining outstanding bills through different app i'm unable to pay and for quiries a contact person sunil [protected] is given.. I've tried calling him for a number of times and can't reach him and i didn't pay because i don't know how i will pay that amount and now i'm getting a message that legal action is initiate. Tell me how i will pay the bills because the number given can't be reached. It's not that i didn't want to give the bill the problem is that you are not giving a valid phone number for quiries.

                                    My motog3 handset was stolen near srm nagar potheri. So, i urgently want to block my reliance gsm sim card. Two thieves came on a bike and stole my handbag which had a lot of cash around 12k and my handset moto g3. I called directly to the customer care of reliance communications to block my sim but they are refusing to do so as they are not able to find the user name for that sim. Kindly block my reliance gsm sim (Number: [protected]) it's very urgent.

                                      Dear reliance customer bill pymt of rs.255/- your hsd no.[protected] case file against under section 406 & 415-e of ipc make pymt today avoid legal action

                                      I have already paid the final bill amount of 255 in 2013, don't know why i am receiving this messages, after 3 years.
                                      They don't even have the bill details at reliance store, why should i make the payment

                                        Hi this is b rl prasad, and i was used my number i. E [protected] with reliance as a post-paid customer during feb-2016 to jul-2017.

                                        I paid my last month mobile bill rs:590/- on 23-july-2017 but once again it has been auto debited from my hdfc-credit card rs 589/- on 03-aug-2017.

                                        For this regarding i mailed to [protected]@relianceglobalcall.com, [protected]@relianceada.com, [protected]@relianceada.com with the details.

                                        As of now haven't got any reply from reliance-tel network.

                                        So kindly do need full. Now i was with air-tel from since from july 26 2017.
                                        My amount details are below.

                                        So total 589+300=889/-

                                        So kindly let me know the status on this.
