I recharged my mobile no:[protected] with rs.85. This was a full talk time offer for 4g users. My sim is not 4g but still i must have received any topup (Not full talk time). I haven't received any offer as well as talktime.
I want my talktime or full refund of my money in my account. This is not my fault if you just want to have customer's money in this dirty way.

    I was using a reliance communication's number which i ported to airtel on 12th may, 2017. Its been more than 3 months now & despite several complaints with reliance appelete authority i have yet not received the security amount of ₹271.19
    The complaint numbers with dates & modes of complaint are as follows:

    1. Service request id: 58120424 dated: 8th aug, 17 through call
    2. Service request id:[protected] dated: 25th july, 2017 through email
    3. The first complaint was made on 7th july, 2017 through email but no sr number was given.

      I had requested to terminate my data connection (No. [protected]) on 29/05/2017 and made an additional payment of rs.129 above my bill amount of rs 1710 (Total: rs 1839 paid) which i was told the amount to be paid up to date and my connection will be terminated within 15days. I requested for termination of my connection due to poor connectivity service only.
      To my surprise even after 15days they have not terminated my connection and they asked me to give a fresh request of termination. After giving fresh request again they have sent me a bill for the current month and threatening that they would take legal actions against me.
      Inspite of making full payment and not using their service, i am being forced to make payment repeatedly from their end which is creating me a lot of mental agony.
      Kindly resolve me this problem.

        I am trying to upgrade my sim in 4g network from. Last 2 months but reliance store and customer care people are not solving my problem. I took 4g plan but then also my sim is not able to use 4g network. My data is wasting every month. I took two time new 4g sim for that also they charged me instaed sim is free. Even they charged me for plan change. I really frustrated because of this service. I want to use 4g network and i want solution 9n this asap. I visited reliance store in ichalkarani and sangli. Pincodes are 416115 and 416416.

          Hello,

          In may 2017 i have paid my bill for [protected] after 3 days reliance has blocked my number for outgoing as well as for incoming calls. Was totally black why they did like this?
          After conversation with customer care i get to know that there is one more number is activated on my name and bill is outstanding from long time. After some analysis they accepted that some mistake was done from reliance gallary. For this is issue they have blocked my number for 15 days. Now question is here why should i pay my rent for 15 days bcz this is mistake form their end also i loss lot of business opportunity and important communication. Company should pay by bill.

          After that my number is not working still they are mailing me bill for everymonth with all rental charges.

          Requesting pls look into this.

              My mobile network service provider is reliance communications and i am not satisfied with their services, so i applied for mobile number portability but they are not sending the upc code required for portability, i called customer care to ask them to send me the code but not able to do that because as soon as call gets connected to the customer representative it gets disconnected automatically (After a single ring), i have tried this many times.
              Then i called the appellate authority but from their also no proper response was given saying this is not in our jurisdiction.
              Now don't know what to do, request you to solve the issue as soon as possible.

                I had purchased a dongle from reliance communications store on neelam bata road and suddenly internet had stopped functioning. I had stopped paying the bill. The reason that i had discovered that my dongle had updated for 4g and i had to pay again for the same dongle to run internet on that. After few months, i had received a call from a girl which was stating to be from tees hazari court and was demanding the final payment of my closed dongle. She is having some relations with suraj, a representative of reliance communications. She told me to do the payment by billdesk and told me to provide her the transaction number for the same. I had done the payment. But till now, i am receiving calls from reliance communications for the again payment of the same bill. I had done the final payment of rs. 1220. My closed rcom no. Is [protected]. I had already provided the transaction receipt of the same to many representatives of the reliance communications but they keep on sending me messages and keep doing calls. My transaction identification number is[protected] and date is[protected] and time is 14:19:01. Dongle number is [protected] and relationship number is[protected].

                  I, had stopped using a reliance broadband connection in feb 2014, after using it for 2 years. I had informed their customer care executive regarding the same. However they continued to bill me for the same even after informing them. I never received any written intimation about it for the next 3 years, till i got a call saying that i was expected to pay 980 rupees in the next 3 hours or else legal proceedings would be initiated against me. They have now started calling me to pay a fine of 8500 as penalty for the same. I have never received any written or printed communication from reliance for the same. I have only received calls from two different numbers. Also, as a part of their strategy to harass the consumer further, they insist that the case will be settled only in delhi despite of the fact that the consumer and the connection were both based in bangalore.

                    I had been using a reliance 3g datacard from 2015 which was suddenly disconnected and when i enquired at the concerned dealer i was told that the 3g service has been disabled and i'll have to buy a new datacard with 4g upgradation. This was done without any information and my datacard was made redundant. I had paid all my dues till the point of disconnection. Still i have been getting continuous mails regarding balance payment to be made or else action will be initiated against me. How can reliance do this? On one hand you disconnect my service abruptly without any information and force me to purchase a new dongle in the name o[censored]pgradation and when i don't do that i am being sent mails for default payments. This is not acceptable. Please look into the matter.

                      Actually i was activated 299 postplan but i received more than 700 rs of bill. So i was not pay. And i have also deposit 300 rs as security. 700 rs is only my 1 month bill. It's not possible. And i receive messages for actions. I received messages of legal action. Don't send me messages and close my sim[protected] because i have already deposit 300 rs as security. Clear it. Now it's 934 rs bill i can't pay.

                      3 days ago i recharged 193 promo evry thing s ok bt problem is after 12 am internet not workng and auto renual at 2am every night. So i cant use internet 2 hours even i have net pack . So i request to pls renual at 12 am autometicly which i get 1 gb evry day..
                      Pls solve this problem.

                        I ratanbir singh chahal have not been a reliance customer for many years, i am a airtel customer.
                        And to further complain please note that the number mentioned is a fake one as no one picks up the call.

                        Please make arrangements and rectify your records so that i do not get any further such sms in any case.

                          I have recharged for a mobile no twice via paytm. PFB the operator reference numbers:

                          1. [protected] for INR 302
                          2. [protected] for INR 77.

                          Both the recharge were successful in paytm however the balance is not received in the given number.

                          I tried to connect via email but no reply.

                            I have unfortunately get postpaid connection of reliance mob [protected]. After frequent problem and unnecessary bill i stopped using this no after final payment of 1400 in spt 2015 and these people issued to sh vicky as prepaid no. And i am still getting bill of rs. 1395.00 and no reliance outlet is able to fill the bill of this terminated number.

I recharged twice with rs. 300 each time and the balance got deducted every time the next day and i have a zero balance each time without any usage. I called up customer care *333, 198, 30333333 and never in last 3 years a customer representative have talked to me. I am sure u have blocked my number for a representative talk from your end. This is very serious and u have no idea how bad i am feeling. I spend 2 hrs each day try calling your representative but somehow the call does not reach them.. Please do something if you have any feeling.

                                  Sir, i am regular customer of reliance services, i am using this reliance number from last 6, 7 years. But nowl a days i am facing balance deductance again and again from my this no. Without any reason. Yesterday i had almost rs 25 as balance but when i checked my balance today i was just 5 rs left. I not called anyone still my balance was deducted without any message or reply. I even not using any service which can cost my balance,. Please sir see the issue as soon as possible. When i tried to call customer care from my no. Their are not responding from my reliance no. I am in urgent need of this balance. I am feeling cheated and trust broken from this deduction of balance without any reason.

                                    I am Sweta Kedia and I bought a new reliance wifi pod from Mr. Anand Soni- Sr. Account manager - Reliance HR Services Private Limited.

                                    Circle Mumbai.

                                    The device was purchased by me on 13/06/2017. The plan described to me was - Unlimited data for 4 months. Post that I will have to recharge.

                                    The amount paid by me was Rs 3600 + Rs 300 as deposit.

                                    I am not getting the network in the device since past 20 days.Please check and do the needful asap.

                                    The person who supplied the device is not answering the call as well. This is a complete cheating case.

                                      Hello, Since today morning (15th August) I cannot recharge my Reliance gsm number nor can I connect to customer care via 198. I am asked to get self help from *111#. My number is [protected]

                                      I last spoke to one of your customer care executive MD Akram on 14th August. I was facing issue in configuring my email in my phone and asked for the reliance outgoing port number which I later found via simple Google search. I was told there is nothing like that available in Reliance communication. Now I have been blocked from recharging and connecting to customer care. Please help. This is very urgent.

                                        Hii i am abhishek ghosh mob no [protected]. I have logged a complaint having reference no[protected] on 13.08.2017 but still now i got no solution. I have recharged rs 147 on 12th august 2017 but everyday after 12pm i got no data balance for the 3hours & for these rs 21.95 has been deducted from my account. I have logged a complaint for that & they promised within 24 hours issue will b solved, but till now problem remain same. I continuously mail n sms to customer care services but no one response. Please do needfull at the earliest & rectify my problem. Please these time do something positive & please don't disappointed me. Waiting for your quick response.

                                        Basic of these complaint I have received some fraud calls asking 4my debit card details n otp. I fail to understand is it site is fake one? I will definitely punish them... Guys b alert

                                        I have not got any amount to my account till now.Please call me as I have not got any response from *333.Everyday after 12 pm There is no data for 4/5 Hours.Please rectify these urgently at the earliest.

                                        Again on yesterday night (16.08.17) Rs. 20.35 has been deducted from my account wrongly . Please first solve unavailability of data after 12pm otherwise problem will continue. Please rectify these problem 1st so that I can get data after 12pm everyday & please refund my wrongly deducted amount Rs. 20.35.

                                        I have Recharged mobile no- [protected], Rs-93 for 56 days for 1 GB data per day on 28/07/2017 . But after 5 days the service has stopped. Later we called to customer care but they did not solve it .
                                        My request is that please continue my offer as per offer SMS as soon as possible.
