Hi, i am mangesh. I am using reliance gsm sim card. Mera 1 mahine main 2 baar balance cut hua hai. Mere no par koi service bhi chalu nahi hai phir bhi balance cut hua hai.. Pata nahi kyu c. Care phone uthate nahi lekin c. Care ko phone lagane ka paisa bhi cut ho raha hai.. Please reply me nahi toh main no. Port karne wala hu. Mera reliance no-[protected] hai. Main ye no. Bannd karne wala hu, so i[censored] contact mi, contact [protected] this number....

I have 2 no [protected] & [protected].
I have converted to prepaid in june. At that time they asked for total due of 640 rs i paid 650 by cheque which they got cleared on 20th july from my bank. But now they are saying pay another bill of 739 which is not applicable on prepaid. I have got call from [protected] to clearify the issue they are saying due to servor problem they have not credited 650 rs in my account. My numbers are blocked....

I request the company to change my billing address 2 months ago but still there is no chnge in address for this company cut my outgoing n incoming for 8 days after that same senario n i called customer care last month 5 time they said ur new address will reflect in ur next month bill but now there is no change i m not satisfied with co n customer care also...

Aj he recharge krvaya aur balance deduct ho gya ki koi service activate hui h mere number pr jbki maine koi service activate nhe ki. Jb tak balance nhe dalavaya tb tak koi service activate nhe hti aur balance dalwate he koi na koi service apne ap activate ho jati h.. Na he customer care se baat hti h har baar yahi hta h. Fraud company.. Return my balancs otherwise i file a complaint in consumer forum....

Hii i am abhishek ghosh mob no [protected]. I have continuously mail to customer care about data issue for more than 8days. I have recharged rs 147 on 12th august 2017 but everyday after 12pm i got no data balance for the 3hours. For that my account balance wrongly deducted by amount rs. 28 on 18th august. Please refund my money back immediately & solve data issue immediately so that i can get data after 12pm without any problem. I repeatedly...

The worst customer service i ever received. Its a day light robbery. I am using wifi on my iphone and my data is truned off i slept and wake up in the morning and found they took ₹300 saying i been using mobile data. My iphone shows no trace about data usage. Never ever go with reliance if you are an existing customer please change to different company....

I would like to inform you with regret that your service is not up to the mark and is substandard. I was having 3g connection on my mobile no.[protected] under 499 plan which was upgraded to 4g under 599 plan without informing me. I got a4g sim which i installed on 27 aug.2017 and it worked only for one day., after that i talked to so many persons at customer care. Regarding my problem but none of them was interested or knew how to solve it...

Yesterday i got a message from reliance about a special offer data89 - 28gb data for 28 days (1gb 3g data/ day). After i get the confirmation from the reliance customer care, i recharge my number with rs.89/- and i got the successful data pack plan activation message and the internet is working fine. After 12am they should have provide me another fresh 1gb data for the day, but i didn't get any data and my data connection was on so rs.44...

I have terminated my landline number [protected] which belongs to mumbai circle and i was informed by customer care that refund will be processed and sent to my mailing address within 60 days. Since october 2016, i am complaining reliance customer care that my refund is not arrived and everytime their executives read my complaint email and send apology reply mail but none of the authorised person is willing to process my refund. I had no outstanding...

My mobile no is [protected] recharge is 93rs for data benefit 1gb per day 2/3/4g data per day by company message and check company code my best offer *129# before check for recharge but data receives only 7 days data stop dated 14.08.2017 only for seven days recharge date 07.08.2017 as per attached images for recharge benefit so pls help me provide this offer....

I have been getting the message "56 gb data at rs 93... Get 1 gb /day 3g/4g data daily for 56 days only at 93. Offer only for you. Reliance" i recharged with rs 93/- on 14/08/2017 and have got internet for only 4 days. I called to reliance customer care several times, but it is not responding. My reliance no. [protected] is not porting into jio
I paid all dues 4 to 5 times i message to port but reliance network is not porting into and not giving any reason why they are not porting and stating technical issue. They are just ignoring my porting i am trying to port in jio by last 2 months but porting is done by reliance please tell reliance company to port my number in jio...

My name is azhar mansuri and i am having reliance communication post paid connection since last 2-3 years, my number is [protected]. Last month in july 2017, i got message from reliance that my current services has been upgraded, i never have any permission to change or alter or modify my current plan or services, but they did on their own. Now, i received the bill for july 2017, they are asking me to pay for one months services in advance....

I recharged my mob no on dated 3 aug 17 with rs 86 but plan not activated. I contacted to costomer care on dated 9 aug 17 and booked my complaint. Customer care representatives tell me you will get your plan within 4 days. I got a msg with complain no[protected] that my plan will start within 4 days. But now its 17 aug and i dont got my plan. I am trying to contact customer care but there is no option to contact them....

By mistake i have made a payment on 18/08/2017 to reliance communications ltd against an unregistered mobile number[protected] twelve digit) which is not in service through internet banking. My account has been debited. I called several times to reliance customer care also mail them about the issue and request them to refund the money but i din't get any response. I have attached the bank transaction details....

I have used reliance net connect (Num: [protected]) in 2012-13. And i have disconnected sometime in 2013 and made all the payment at that time. Still after that, i used to get email/message for the payment for months (After disconnected), not for one, it happend for multiple months. I went to reliance care and complained multiple times and they said its completed and i dont have to pay anything. After 3 years today (19/08/17), i got a message...

I have recharged my sim card ([protected]) after 20.7.2017 with 150 rs. For top-up and 198 for data balance (1 gb/ day). My main account balance deducted by 120 rs within 3 days after recharged. Customer care centers are useless nobody can connect with customer care without his fortune. They do not have any records. They get time-pass with customer like says technical problem or i am transfer your call to my senior or call again after 2 hour....

I took an iphone 5s along with reliance unlimited plan for two years, after which i stopped using the plan. Billing account number is[protected].

It was 2999 monthly installment for 24 months which has been duly paid. Suddenly i am receiving a bill of 7600 unpaid from reliance. I cannot understand why it is being imposed as the plan was for 2 years and i paid 2999 every month for 24 months. Please look into this matter urgently....
