I have been getting the message... "56 gb data at rs. 93. Enjoy 1 gb /day 3g/4g data daily for 56 days only at rs.93 offer only for you. Reliance"... I recharged with rs 93/- on 14/08/2017 and have got internet for only 4 days. Since 19/08/2017 i am not getting any internet service. I called to reliance customer care several times, but it is not responding. When will the data service be activated? Is there anyone to solve this problem? My mobile no is [protected]. I recharged on this number. Here i am enclosing the screenshot of the message. (The message in the middle.. I got on[protected].

    Dear sir/ madam,

    I was using reliance postpaid number [protected] for few months. I have always paid the bill on time without any delays. When i thought of converting from postpaid to prepaid after 3 days of my bill generation date, i have completely paid rs 400 (Bill and 3 days charges) in reliance store.

    After the bill payment, i was using the other sim of other network and continued with that.

    When i had completely paid the bill my outgoing was barred without any intimation or message and from couple of months the network has also gone but that is not an issue.

    Now after all this the reliance legal team is sending me messages to pay rs 280 extra with warnings.

    Why should i pay rs 280 when i haven't made any calls on my [protected] number and also i had already payed rs 400 in advance and my outgoing was also barred.

    Now they have started sending threatening messages that "u must pay this amount otherwise we will put on u a case under section ipc 406 & 415-e."

    Please take the serious action on this even though i have paid the full amount and also the extra charges they are blackmailing me.

    Whenever i recharge my phone my balance gets deducted and comes to 0 rs. i have not applied for any additional packs but it still applies any unnecessary pack without my permission

    There is unnecessary deduction of money from my balance, even though i have paid money for internet. firstly there was deduction of 80 rupees while using internet, then 20 rupees and then 89 rupees. I cant able to contact customer care.
    I have purchased a sim of 4g but my sim is not activated the executive said it will be activated at 9pmand till now it is not activated.
    I have purchased the sim on Saturday 12 August at 7:10pm

      My no. [protected] is not working since 20 days... Problems persist with both outgoing and incoming calls... I have complaint them through mail many times but they havnt taken the issue seriously.
      My alternate no. Is [protected].
      I cant call the even the customer care becoz outgoing is not working. As u know many of the works are done with the mobile only and is not working since 20 days.

        My reliance gsm no has "data ki azadi" pack subscribed (rc 70) which gives 1gb 2g data daily for 365 days.
        And as of 18/8/2017 i had around rs 209 as my account balance but the next day i.e. 19/8/2017 i saw that my account balance is zero and it seems like it had been deducted for data but i didnt even use that 1gb data.

        While i didnt know the cause for deduction i tried to contact customer care but there my call is not connecting. I even tried reaching through online chat but it seems that the online service is down too.
        Today i had alot of problems due to insufficient balance and would really like my balance back.
        Further more as i have been a loyal customer for a long time i didnt expect the company to have mistakes like that now and then..
        So i want the resolution of my problem i.e. My balance back as soon as humanly possible.

          Hello,
          Sir,
          My name is bipul das, i had a reliance gsm connection ([protected]). I did recharged with rc 70 voucher in 16/08/2017. The voucher gives me about 55 rupees main balance, since then i only make a single call of 6 minutes duration using the main balance, but reliance deduct about 20 rupees unfairly, then i call them & talk to their customers care representative, he said my i'll get my refund in 24 hours. But i didn't get any refund, more over that they deduct the remaining main balance. I call them again about the deduction, the customer care representative told me again that i'll get the refund but since then i didn't get any refund, & now they don't even took my phone call to customer care number,
          So now i'm contacting with you, hoping you can help me with this concern.

            I got this massage - "you have been successfully subscribed to skywaygamewsub service for 7 days. To un-subscribe sms unsub 4071 to 155223 (Toll free)."

            But i didn't subscribe this, also balance is deducted. I tried more than 50 times to contact customer care but this is worst experience i have. Tried 198, *222 and also by email but stil not get any response. Can anyone reply here and unsubscribe this bloody thing and return my balance deducted??

                  I have 2 no [protected] & [protected].
                  I have converted to prepaid in june. At that time they asked for total due of 640 rs i paid 650 by cheque which they got cleared on 20th july from my bank. But now they are saying pay another bill of 739 which is not applicable on prepaid. I have got call from [protected] to clearify the issue they are saying due to servor problem they have not credited 650 rs in my account. My numbers are blocked. I have already sent them copy of my bank which shows payment cleared on 20 th july. Now. For last three days i am trying there no they are not picking it up. Iam getting message please pay bill else they will enter into legal procedures. Its a big harassment to me please help me to get my no activated.

                      Aj he recharge krvaya aur balance deduct ho gya ki koi service activate hui h mere number pr jbki maine koi service activate nhe ki. Jb tak balance nhe dalavaya tb tak koi service activate nhe hti aur balance dalwate he koi na koi service apne ap activate ho jati h.. Na he customer care se baat hti h har baar yahi hta h. Fraud company.. Return my balancs otherwise i file a complaint in consumer forum.

I have recharged rs 147 on 12th august 2017 but everyday after 12pm i got no data balance for the 3hours. For that my account balance wrongly deducted by amount rs. 28 on 18th august.                           The worst customer service i ever received. Its a day light robbery. I am using wifi on my iphone and my data is truned off i slept and wake up in the morning and found they took ₹300 saying i been using mobile data. My iphone shows no trace about data usage. Never ever go with reliance if you are an existing customer please change to different company.

                            I would like to inform you with regret that your service is not up to the mark and is substandard. I was having 3g connection on my mobile no.[protected] under 499 plan which was upgraded to 4g under 599 plan without informing me. I got a4g sim which i installed on 27 aug.2017 and it worked only for one day., after that i talked to so many persons at customer care.                               Yesterday i got a message from reliance about a special offer data89 - 28gb data for 28 days (1gb 3g data/ day). After i get the confirmation from the reliance customer care, i recharge my number with rs.89/- and i got the successful data pack plan activation message and the internet is working fine. After 12am they should have provide me another fresh 1gb data for the day, but i didn't get any data and my data connection was on so rs.44 deducted from my main balance. After that i tried to contact with the customer and they hanged up my call every time i get connect, total cost me rs.5 (10 times 50p/3min). I don't know what the hell wrong with the reliance. I am using reliance since 2006, this is kind of embarrassing. Stop lying to your customer and stop harassing them with your cheating policy.
                              My money goes in vain. Screw you reliance and your customer care guys.

                                I have terminated my landline number [protected] which belongs to mumbai circle and i was informed by customer care that refund will be processed and sent to my mailing address within 60 days. Since october 2016, i am complaining reliance customer care that my refund is not arrived and everytime their executives read my complaint email and send apology reply mail but none of the authorised person is willing to process my refund. I had no outstanding dues then why is this torture from reliance?

                                    I have been getting the message "56 gb data at rs 93... Get 1 gb /day 3g/4g data daily for 56 days only at 93. Offer only for you. Reliance" i recharged with rs 93/- on 14/08/2017 and have got internet for only 4 days. I called to reliance customer care several times, but it is not responding. When will the data service be activated? Is there anyone to solve this problem? Mobile no is [protected]

I called to reliance customer care several times, but it is not responding. When will the data service be activated? Is there anyone to solve this problem? My Mobile no is [protected].                                       My reliance no. [protected] is not porting into jio
                                      I paid all dues 4 to 5 times i message to port but reliance network is not porting into and not giving any reason why they are not porting and stating technical issue. They are just ignoring my porting i am trying to port in jio by last 2 months but porting is done by reliance please tell reliance company to port my number in jio

                                      they call me and asking to pay Rs.20 for port charges and asking for debit or credit card no. i said i dont have i will pay you by online banking or will pay in reliance gallery they said no then your port out will not be done if you are not giving debit card or credit card number

                                        My name is azhar mansuri and i am having reliance communication post paid connection since last 2-3 years, my number is [protected]. Last month in july 2017, i got message from reliance that my current services has been upgraded, i never have any permission to change or alter or modify my current plan or services, but they did on their own. Now, i received the bill for july 2017, they are asking me to pay for one months services in advance. Why i should pay extra in advance, when i did not ask them to change my plan. I have paid one months bill which i normally receive every month. They are asking me to pay for remaining as well. They are cheating me. They have stopped my outgoing services, i am not able to call anyone. Please look into the matter and do the needful
