1. My landline[protected] changed from cdma to gsm last year. Cdma (A/c no.[protected]), now this no. Is not appearing in your monitor. When it got changed to gsm, a/c no. Got changed and showing always no dues.

2. Reliance network is not clear and not good. This is because of instrument/network is like that

3. Customer care call is either not hearing/not clear.

Mr raj of communication deptt of reliance communication used abusive language against me. The company has not responded to my complaint. Such rude and abusive behavior of an executive of service industry is very much annoyance and intolerable.
Please take disciplinary action against mr raj so that he may not repeat the same behavior in future.

Sir, i would like to bring in your kind notice that reliance customer care number is of no use to your customers these days. I was given an information about internet plans and i cross checked it on *129# which showed the same plan (Before recharging) and i got all together some new informative msg about my recharge just after the recharging process was completed. I recently converted my reliance prepaid number to postpaid at a reliance store in shastri nagar, ludhiana. I have tried calling on your service center but no one bother to pick of the call. This unethical behaviour from your company is shameful and unacceptable. We almost every one should get a msg for recording heard when we dial customer care, such as dial 1 for language dial 2 for so on... Because we need perticular information for that if we have msg stored in our mobile. By simply dialling c. C and desired facility. This request is for saving time and unnecessary delay if we want to talk to customer executive. Also it is very difficult to recall number and destination while traveling or lots...

I activated reliance internet pack of 89 rs. That gives 1gb 3g data per day for 28 days. The confirmation message came and then only i switched on mobile data. But all the balance was deducted from my main balance. It was 139 rs. The customer care representative did not help at all. He talked very unprofessionally and said my balance won't be returned. He even refused to transfer my call to his higher officials. Worst customer service ever....

I am using 5 mobile for my family member in this month reliance demand advance rent from each one. When i ask they not response properly. Then i want to convert postpaid to prepaid they charge me rs.200 charges each mobile number and also take advance rent for next month. And tell me that reliance will repay you whatever extra amt received by.
