Mr raj of communication deptt of reliance communication used abusive language against me. The company has not responded to my complaint. Such rude and abusive behavior of an executive of service industry is very much annoyance and intolerable.

I was given an information about internet plans and i cross checked it on *129# which showed the same plan (Before recharging) and i got all together some new informative msg about my recharge just after the recharging process was completed. I recently converted my reliance prepaid number to postpaid at a reliance store in shastri nagar, ludhiana. wrong balance deduction

I activated reliance internet pack of 89 rs. That gives 1gb 3g data per day for 28 days. The confirmation message came and then only i switched on mobile data. But all the balance was deducted from my main balance. It was 139 rs. The customer care representative did not help at all. He talked very unprofessionally and said my balance won't be returned. He even refused to transfer my call to his higher officials. Worst customer service ever....
