I recharged my mob no on dated 3 aug 17 with rs 86 but plan not activated. I contacted to costomer care on dated 9 aug 17 and booked my complaint. Customer care representatives tell me you will get your plan within 4 days. I got a msg with complain no[protected] that my plan will start within 4 days. But now its 17 aug and i dont got my plan. I am trying to contact customer care but there is no option to contact them.

    By mistake i have made a payment on 18/08/2017 to reliance communications ltd against an unregistered mobile number[protected] twelve digit) which is not in service through internet banking. My account has been debited. I called several times to reliance customer care also mail them about the issue and request them to refund the money but i din't get any response. I have attached the bank transaction details.

    Reliance communications ltd, customer services are becoming worst now, their toll free numbers( 198, *222, *333) are also not working.

      I have used reliance net connect (Num: [protected]) in 2012-13. And i have disconnected sometime in 2013 and made all the payment at that time. Still after that, i used to get email/message for the payment for months (After disconnected), not for one, it happend for multiple months. I went to reliance care and complained multiple times and they said its completed and i dont have to pay anything. After 3 years today (19/08/17), i got a message saying that outstanding amount is pending and need to pay, to avoid legal issues.

      I tried reaching out the customer care and received very worst experience by rude behavior of the executives. below is the response from them,

      we haven't seen any bill on the number([protected]) as its terminated. since you got the message either pay the amount or goto reliance communication center. I told its 70 km away and how could I travel because of your mistake? response from the executive, its up to u.. as they said you will get a legal notice be ready to face. but our database shows no such outstanding amount so we cant help . Spoke about 22 minutes and they have no escalation/complaint mechanism to accept complaints. Is this the way to respond back to the customers when they need for support?

        I have recharged my sim card ([protected]) after 20.7.2017 with 150 rs. For top-up and 198 for data balance (1 gb/ day). My main account balance deducted by 120 rs within 3 days after recharged. Customer care centers are useless nobody can connect with customer care without his fortune. They do not have any records. They get time-pass with customer like says technical problem or i am transfer your call to my senior or call again after 2 hour. This process is running continue after 2 hour no-one can pick up your call. You want to talk with customer - care but you can not connect with customer care services. Time passes min convert to hours, hours to day and day to week. And after long time when you connect with your center they have only three day records. This is end of story. Industry grew with customer money. This is illegal way to collect money. Plz stop this type of game. Plz refund my money and clarify why balance has been deducted.

          As per communication with your staff member i opted for adv rental plan of your company for 4 four month but to my bad luck i opted for reliance i think it is my biggest mistake in july the month of jun bill was rs 668 i paid rs 1675 dt 8/07/2017
          You raised bill for jul paid in aug for rs264 this bill should have been exempted for payment as per your plan instead of this you people disconnected my no now. Give me the solution or i will port my no to any other network and more over your customer care service is very very very poor and this will lead you to shut down. More over you will also refund my money question is not of money i am beeing disconnected with rest of world and loses i am suffering in my business who will pay for it

          So you are requested to do some thing as soon as possible

            My phone is showing the offer 349rs recharge but when i do the recharge its not getting done so i went to costomer care at ajmer kuchery road branch he check and told me tht better i change my sim to other company or port my number to other operator...!!
            Instead of giving me soultions he is suggesting me that! Which kind of workers u keep in ur company..!! Plz give me the solution of my problem..! And take a action against tht guy.!

              I took an iphone 5s along with reliance unlimited plan for two years, after which i stopped using the plan. Billing account number is[protected].

              It was 2999 monthly installment for 24 months which has been duly paid. Suddenly i am receiving a bill of 7600 unpaid from reliance. I cannot understand why it is being imposed as the plan was for 2 years and i paid 2999 every month for 24 months. Please look into this matter urgently.

                1. My landline[protected] changed from cdma to gsm last year. Cdma (A/c no.[protected]), now this no. Is not appearing in your monitor. When it got changed to gsm, a/c no. Got changed and showing always no dues.

                2. Reliance network is not clear and not good. This is because of instrument/network is like that

                  Mr raj of communication deptt of reliance communication used abusive language against me. The company has not responded to my complaint. Such rude and abusive behavior of an executive of service industry is very much annoyance and intolerable.

                    Dear sir/madam

                    As per migration of customers from reliance cdma to reliance 4g my connection of number 32414139 was changed to [protected]. For the above said connection as per company policy we where suppose to receive our deposit amount for the said connection within 90 days of migration. Inspite of various follow ups with various stores we did not receive deposit amount and hence where forced to file a complaint against rcom secretarial department on 22.03.2107 complain no.[protected] and various follow up was taken and new complain number where issues with following ticket id ([protected] on 12.04.2017), ([protected] on 25.04.2017), ([protected] on 28.04.2017). After this event we finally did receive our deposit cheque amounting to rs.1000.09/- cheque no 013580 issued by hdfc bank ltd. On 08.07.2017 with issue date mentioned on the same as 06.04.2017 with a validity of 3 months. As a result of which we where unable to deposit the same as grace period for cheque had already expired. After from this we had already made several complains related to network issues and neither of them where resolved from jan 2017 - march 2017. As a result of which we have not continued with said connection and have unpaid bill amount against deposit still receivable from company.
                    We are currently recieving calls & messages from company regarding payment inspite of explaining the entire scenario which has mentally disturbed me inspite of explaining and non of them have any answer for pending deposit amount.

                    I would like you to escalate the matter and if any my query remains pending i will be forced to lodge complain against company to various customer grievance forum and government authority.

I was given an information about internet plans and i cross checked it on *129# which showed the same plan (Before recharging) and i got all together some new informative msg about my recharge just after the recharging process was completed.                         I recently converted my reliance prepaid number to postpaid at a reliance store in shastri nagar, ludhiana. The owner of the store told me about the scheme in which i had to pay for 3 months and get 1 month free. I agreed to it and paid him 1060 rupees. When i asked for the receipt he said printer is not working and he didnt gave me receipt. After 10 days i came to know that he had activated a different pack on my number not the one that i agreed to. I went to him and he said it was by mistake and he will correct it. I again asked for the receipt of 1060 rs and again he said printer is not working.
                        Today i got a message from reliance that i have to pay 212 rs as my bill. I went to the same reliance store to inquire about it as i have already paid rs 1060. The owner of the store misbehaved with me and refused to listen to my query saying i am busy and i dont have time for your silly questions. When i asked him to behave he again misbehaved and challenged me to do whatever i wish to as nothing will happen to him.
                        Its my sincere request to the head of reliance communications to take some action against the owner of the reliance store situated in shastri nagar, ludhiana as it is bringing a bad name to the reliance company

                          I bring to your kind notice that i made transaction on jio.com website through sbi net banking using user id and password for rs 99.00 (For jio membership) on 01.03.2017.
                          The above transaction is in connection with any one of jio numbers
                          [protected] and [protected].

                          Later i confirmed with bank.
                          Bank give online sbi complaint/ resolution status against my ticket no. Pt[protected] dated 30.7.2017

                          “ as confirmed with merchant transaction id igaawrprq5 has been successful and settled on 02.3.2017 with ref. No. Du68206248. For further details kindly contact your merchant”.

                          But, the merchant jio.com against my service request no. Sr00000byua1 stated that we couldn’t trace your transaction as per our records.

                          Further my bank statement shows particulars to debit rs.99.00 as” to transfer, inb reliance jio infocom bill_rejioi payments ref no. Hsbi[protected]igaawrprq5'

                          I request you to kindly do the needful in this regard for refund.

But today i checked my balance only 11 ruppees. 15 auguest recharge 70 rupees some offer 56 talk time n 1 gb data per day 365 days. But why deducation my balance. Approx 60 ruppees. I want return my blalance.

                                I got call from reliance sales team, her name is lovely, reliance communication branch in nehru place modi tower new delhi 110019, she told this offer, 399 rental plan, services is local&std unlimited in roaming incoming & outgoing unlimited, 15gb 4g data after 2g unlimited 3000 massage, i bought this new number ([protected]), 29th july 2017, once i login on reliance app there showing 499* ok first thing, i call her, i asked her this 499 plan but you told me this 399* plan then she said this 499 plan but you will 100rs discount till 3 months (First fraud) first time she called me, that time she didn't mention this thing ok she said you will have to pay only 399 plus tax, on 7th august i got message as well bill, there showing 744 monthly bill, last 10 days i am using this number how is possible you can generate bill only 10 days, that will be 744rs amount
                                Note:- my month will be complete on 29th august 2017, i will pay 399+service tax, i am not going to pay this bill i have a number as well call recording of her.
                                I have dropped mail to reliance communication but as well lots reminders, anybody is not replying please have look on this matter

                                  I have received a message on my no. [protected] that i will get 3g data for 28 days if i will recharge with 89 rupee only. I did that and data is given few mb with the speed of 2kb. Let me repeat its 2kb/s. I don't want my money back or anything but tell which 3g services gives the speed of 2kb/s in all over delhi. It was my biggest mistake to buy your product and services. Please try something else because your services gives impression that nobody should trust that indian companies as it gives worst services.

                                    It has been a while i'm facing this problem, today i couldn't resist complaining... Reliance is deducting my balance amount for no reason... I need the balance amount by today!!! ₹13 was my balance yesterday and it's zero now... How can reliance deduct balance when there are no value added services subscribed...                                       Dear sir/madam
                                      My moblie number is +91 [protected], i have received my porting code number rm444733 on 27/7/2017. The same was given on 4/8/2017 to other service provider where i wanted to shift my number. The same day the other service provider insisted to make advance payment to rcom and clear all dues which i did online and submitted a receipt of payment to the service provider. On submission they issued me a new sim card and told me within 07 working days your new connection will start. But even after 14 days nothing has been done. When i called rcom 198 there is no response and the voice recording gets cut before the communication starts.
                                      Today on the 15th day i received a message that "dear customer we are still working on sr no. Ucs[protected] and the same will be resolved on top priority - reliance"
                                      For your delay in service i have been losing my customers for the poor service rendered to us.
                                      Now i am planning to complain for this to consumer forum to resolve this problem if the problem is not solved within 24 hours of this email?

                                        You have deducted my balance and activated some unnecessary useless luvtips without any confirmation of yours and this is not the first time it's been done by your company its a regular habit of your service. I have tried calling on your service center but no one bother to pick of the call. This unethical behaviour from your company is shameful and unacceptable. I have been very lenient towards your company but now it has crossed all limits. If you do not return my balance i have no option to abandon your service...
