Dear sir/ madam,
I am using reliance telecom mobile no as [protected] from last 1 year. Earlier post paid and converted 3 month back to prepaid and also [protected] from last 2 months back. So problem is that whenever i recharged this no. With any amount rs100, 50, 20, or 30 the balance will be null within 2-3 days. So the problem is in both the mobile no, whenever i call to customer care they are saying that i have activated the vas service so the balance is regularly deducting from my phone, which is nonsense reply and never acceptable to me.
I want to ask them why this type of vas activation is happening regularly for prepaid customer only, why not to postpaid customer because i was in postpaid from more than a year to same no. But i never get complain like that.
Is it like this because postpaid customer is getting bill details from email or through post so telecom company can't make a fool but for prepaid customer there is not any detail, so they are making fool to customer as vas activation or many more.
So i am kindly requesting to reliance telecom company to not make us fool and stop deducting amount from my both phone no. And should return my deducted balance from my both the mobile ie (More than rs 500) unless i will port both no. To any other service provider because there is not only reliance in the market if problem is not short out asap. From reliance
