We almost every one should get a msg for recording heard when we dial customer care, such as dial 1 for language dial 2 for so on... Because we need perticular information for that if we have msg stored in our mobile. By simply dialling c. C and desired facility. This request is for saving time and unnecessary delay if we want to talk to customer executive. Also it is very difficult to recall number and destination while traveling or lots of noise around.

    My data card # [protected], i have called customer care on 05-june-2017 and requested for data card cancellation permanently, during that time customer care person advised have to pay 320 rs for cancellation.

    I paid requested amount and requested for cancellation, after that i have received 2 calls from reliance customer care for reason per cancellation, in that calls i clearly said i will be going to abroad, please cancel my connection permanently. Still i am getting new bills. Please advise why did not cancel this connection.

      I activated reliance internet pack of 89 rs. That gives 1gb 3g data per day for 28 days. The confirmation message came and then only i switched on mobile data. But all the balance was deducted from my main balance. It was 139 rs. The customer care representative did not help at all. He talked very unprofessionally and said my balance won't be returned. He even refused to transfer my call to his higher officials. Worst customer service ever. I want m money back.

        I recharge my reliance no. [protected] worth rs 70 in which i get 56.32 rs as balance and 1 gb per day for one year.
        But the company deduct whole bal. From my account and i didnot get any message from company
        I recharge it on 15th aug 2017 under aazadi offer introduce by company
        Please concern my matter and solve as soon as possible.

            I am using 5 mobile for my family member in this month reliance demand advance rent from each one. When i ask they not response properly. Then i want to convert postpaid to prepaid they charge me rs.200 charges each mobile number and also take advance rent for next month. And tell me that reliance will repay you whatever extra amt received by.
            I don't think reliance comm. Will repay. So that i say this is donation by me to mukesh ambani as they need it.

              You have deducted my balance and activated some unnecessary useless plans of yours and this is not the first time it's been done by your company its a regular habit of your service. I have tried calling on your service center but no one bother to pick of the call. This unethical behaviour from your company is shameful and unacceptable. I have been very lenient towards your company but now it has crossed all limits. If you donot return my balance i have no option to abandon your service.

                co. called me yesterday and said i cant see any balance deduct from your account and if any bal. deduct from account it will be credit after 24 hrs..now no balance credit in account and no one contact to me...

                  My name is ambuj kumar and my reliance sim card no. [protected] (From dehradun uttarakhand) is temporarily out of service and is showing sim card registration failed for the past 2 weeks. I wanted to use it but it is showing temporarily out of service when i call the number.
                  This is urgent and very important. Activate my sim card so i can use it.

                  But now a days i am facing temporarily out of service from my this no.[ [protected] ]

                  I am using this reliance number from last 7 years (Since 2010).

                  I have been a reliance customer for past 7 years and today really feel so disappointed sir.

                  I am not getting the network in the device since past 14 days. Please check and do the needful asap.

                  I am customer of your service from Last 7 (Seven) Years and As of your instruction to have resolve my issue and for this i have to visit any of your reliance outlet and told entire scenario and then they will resole at movement. But today i had visited to one of reliance outlet in Yamuna vihar Delhi. after that i provided all details and then one of your representative handled my case and then replied to me that it will be resolved only from Dehradun center.
                  Now problem is lying here is i am currently working in Delhi for my job and all issues, So kindly provide me feedback and resolve it ASAP. You may instruct to Yamuna Vihar outlet to resolve it from their end. This will be very appreciable from your side. Kindly share my details to your Yamuna Vihar Outlet and resolve my issue, because now only for activating SIM, I am not able to go and visit Dehradun center. So my request to you Please take any good step to resolve my issue from Delhi Center.

                      I recharged my reliance number the day before yesterday with amount 70 rupees. You people are supposed to give me every day 1gb data for 365 days as per given offer in my number. I got the msg also that the offer is activated but i am unable to enable the data connection and reliance customer care is not taking my calls. Now i am helpless. Please solve my issue as soon as possible.

                        Dear sir/ madam,

                        I am using reliance telecom mobile no as [protected] from last 1 year. Earlier post paid and converted 3 month back to prepaid and also [protected] from last 2 months back. So problem is that whenever i recharged this no. With any amount rs100, 50, 20, or 30 the balance will be null within 2-3 days. So the problem is in both the mobile no, whenever i call to customer care they are saying that i have activated the vas service so the balance is regularly deducting from my phone, which is nonsense reply and never acceptable to me.
                        I want to ask them why this type of vas activation is happening regularly for prepaid customer only, why not to postpaid customer because i was in postpaid from more than a year to same no. But i never get complain like that.
                        Is it like this because postpaid customer is getting bill details from email or through post so telecom company can't make a fool but for prepaid customer there is not any detail, so they are making fool to customer as vas activation or many more.
                        So i am kindly requesting to reliance telecom company to not make us fool and stop deducting amount from my both phone no. And should return my deducted balance from my both the mobile ie (More than rs 500) unless i will port both no. To any other service provider because there is not only reliance in the market if problem is not short out asap. From reliance

                          My relaince prepaid no [protected] (Bhopal region) has been barred since last 20 days i don't know why?. I have recharged my mobile (No.[protected]) of rs. 20. After getting the successfully recharged it was same day outgoing call working. After that next day outgoing call not responding.

                          I have recharged the above said mobile no. And same problem has been noticed.

                          Please check it why my outgoing calls barred i will be very thank full for this.

                            I have recently started receiving recovery messages from reliance stating below:
                            After repeated follow-up you have failed to pay rs. 1296 caf[protected] pay today to avoid filing case at pune lokadalat court call irfan [protected] rcom
                            As far as i am aware i have never ever ever used any reliance services! I am called the given number several times to understand why i am receiving the said message but the guy never picks up.
                            I am getting a little concerned that i am continuously getting these messages and also feeling harassed!!! I am certain this recovery is for someone else who has been giving this number as i have received similar recovery calls for an individual from nagpur who owned this phone number previously.
                            I hope someone helps me identify who to be contacted for clarity on this matter.

                            I will be keeping a screenshot of this message for my records.

                              I got the sms since last 2 years about the recover of wrong mobile bills which i haven't taken the connection.

                              After repetitive clarification, you started again and again the same message with different name.

                              I would like to request you that please remove my alternate mobile no to avoid harassment. If you have any proof that those connection run by me then please submit the proof first.

                              Now, this is the leagal documents for solving the problem if you filled the complaint against me without any service.

                                I recharge my reliance mobile no - [protected] with amount of rs 119 on 08/08/17, before recharge i check the benefit provide in rs 119 recharge in the website rcom.co.in, it is showing 600 local std minutes for a period of 28 days, after recharge i am not received the above benefit, instead i got 650 mb internet data. I call to the no [protected] which is secretary office no & speak to mr. Kamal kumar at chandigarh, but they refuse to hear my complain & told that they could not do anything. Please write my complain & do the needful asap.

                                  Myself dinesh from mumbai and my mobile number is [protected]
                                  Reliance has activated vas shemmovisub60 for 60 days on my number yesterday without even subscribing for it.

                                  Here i am shocked that i didn't activate any vas but this message says you are successfully subscribed and money also got debited.

                                  The similar incident happened before 2 weeks also but that it was for rs.5 only, so i ignored it, but now this time it is for rs.60

                                  I think reliance is trying its best in looting its customers by doing such activities. Instead they should focus on improving their network services. It will help you in earning good faith of customer.

                                  If this is happening again and again then one will not recharge and will not take this fraud reliance as a telecommunication provider.

                                  Refund my balance quickly and also deactivate because i am never activated it.

                                    Hi i am abhishek ghosh mob no-[protected] from was suffering from data problem from 13 th august, 2017. I have registered complaint 2 times (Id[protected],[protected] but still its unsolved. I have recharged rs. 147 (Per day 1 gb data offer) on 12.08.17 but after 12 pm i dont get any data for 4/5 hours everyday. For these my account balance has been deducted by rs. 20.35 yesterday. My earnest request please solve these data problem so that after 12 pm i can get the proper data & my account balance not get deducted. Please refund my wrongly deducted amour rs. 20.35 immediately & solve data problem permanently.

                                      Sir i am from delhi [protected] my relience no i recharged my offer of 147 for data pack and the message came of successfull recharge but i got not net data whenever i call to customer care they don't recieve the call so now tell me what i should do broke my sim or take a huge loan on your sim and then i will broke it i have 3 connection of relience all will be broken then

                                        My reliance no. Is [protected]. I recharged the number yesterday. Amount 154. You people are supposed to give me every day 1gb data for 70 days as per given offer in my number. I got the msg also that the offer is activated but i am unable to connect the net and reliance customer care is not taking my calls. Now i am helpless. Please solve my issue as early as possible otherwise i will be forced for further steps.
