I recharge my relaince gsm mobile no [protected] on 14 august. That time they offer that if i recharge 70 rs i will get 56 balance and 1 year mobile data per day 1gb for 365 days. But i didn't received the data balance yet. Realaince customers no not pick up my call. Once a customer represntive pick up my call and assure me that i'll received data within 2days. But yet not received any data balance...

We are facing problem from starting when it fixed we have 5 phones in ofiice n single one is not working flapping or dead by this we are not satisfied the reliance phones its not working mean to say sometime working or sometime not, our official work is hampered, request you to kindly send engineer to resolved this as soon as so we can fully utilized the services which are subscribed.

This connection had to be closed on 11th june 2016 since the modem failed. As per reliance advice i had given it to the manufacturer for service and found out that it could not be repaired. This was informed to reliance care and they had asked me to pay the full bill well before the billing cycle to close connection. I have paid rs.835/- as final payment towards my reliance data 4g card number listed below which is disconnected now.

Billdesk confirmed that below payment has been updated at the billers end on 31.07.2017. But i still get legal warning messages every day on my mobile stating amount is not paid. Please help with this.

I used a reliance postpaid number [protected] with rental plan rs.499. I logged a request for closed this number and paid till dated bill approx. Rs.318.
Customer care executive told me that, it’s took 15 days to close properly that number. I received multiple call from reliance with multiple offer with new plans.

I have lodged complaint against reliance communications on 11th august for deduction of balance automatically from the account.

The message was as below.

I have used reliance net connect no [protected] 3years ago but i canselled it by psying the final settlement due to network issue. But now they are sending demand notices to avoid legal action... Every month i paid the bills in due date. I was a promosing custemer at that time. But due to relocating city and there i didn't get the proper network tha is the reason of canselled connection.

We have rented reliance tower in 2005. For lease of 10 years. Reliance tower situated at chandkheda site dist. Gandhinagar ahmedabad on the land survey no 453/2. We have not received till date mou signed with us. They are crediting our rent by neft after completion of 2 years. At the rate of original which is 12 years before. We have sent 8 to 10times by regd ad post to vacant our land after completion of our lease. But they are not intresred...
