Actually i have make a call in reliance customer care on 22 august (2017), ask him any internet offer, he told me please reacharge your number of 54 rupees, you will get 1gb/per day for 14 days, but i got total 1gb data for 14days, this is totally wrong, & i want resolution otherwise i will go to trai office for this case, also hear more abusing words from reliance executive,

    Even after several complaints my problem of very poor network has not been solved from 3 months.. Every time i make complaint i am given 48 hours time and then a technical team person calls and say everything is ok network team will call.. Network teak calls and say technical will call.

    Lot of call drops are being faced by me from past 3 months specially... I am paying bill for 3g & 4g service but getting 2 g in return.

    At 198 when complained about such things they say u can make another complaint if problem is not resolved.

    I changed my sim 2 4g from 3g from reliance store outlet, though the sim is free i was charged rs.50/- saying its a company policy and was given an open sim taken out from a candy box not even packed in reliance packets and no receipt was provided.

    After getting irritated of services i made a porting request upon which i recd a call and was given assurance of resolution in 48hours.. But its more than 72 hours no resolution... Again the same story has been repeated technical called and said network issue and network said your sim is bad.. When told i just purchased it again still she was adamant that sim is bad and she hanged phone without letting me complete my dialogue and tone was highly rude.

    Kindly refund me all bills paid for past 3months and relieve me from the pathetic services of your network and customer care which are actually customre night mare executives.

        Talk with customer care sonkoshi not get reliance ans. They hold my phone appro 45 min and cut off. Reliance is reliable company or not i dont know sir.

        But your ans in complaint form is also not satisfiable. Illeglly cut off my balance, if you are not able to refund my money back. One day god give punishment to reliance comm. They have nil balance in reli comm one day there name is not in the world sir.

Every time they have stop data service before validity get complete. When ever i call customer care there phone get disconnect. They doesn't bother about there customer...

            I have been receiving legal notice for non payment of rs 858/- for my reliance no [protected].

            I have stopped this number over more than a year, i had cleared my last dues for the same and have asked the customer care people to cancel my number as i do not intend to continue, but i have been receiving call s continuously for non payment of amount.

            Reliance communication is forcefully wanting me to pay the money for something which have not used.

            I am not going to pay the amount as i have not used the number.

              I had recharged my mobile with 45 rupees talktime through amazon pay on 23/aug/2017.. But the recharge was done to data pack... I. E. 125 mb of data pack has been added to my number.. I m not using internet on my current mobile/number ([protected])... The customer care is not listening to my complaint... They are saying we can not do anything about it... And neither r they giving me any complaint number.. Please see to the matter and ask them to either refund my amount or transfer it to my talktime balance.

                        Hello reliance
                        I am arpita sharma, i have recharged my number [protected] with 70 inr on 16-08-17 and as per your offer balance (52 approx) and unlimited 2g data for one year facility will get after recharge done, but after 2 days 2g data amount charged continuously and my main balance is reducing. So please give me solution and return by deducted balance.

                        I have already mailed to company on 21 aug 17 and reminder on 22 aug 17 but they didn't replied.

                          My reliance gsm number is [protected]. I am facing 3g network coverage problem at my home. I am not able to use 3g internet when i am in my home. But outside of my home i can access 3g internet. It is impossible to anyone to stand outside the whole day and access the 3g internet. I also complained before at this matter but the problem remain unsolved. I also tried to connect to the reliance customer care service at 198/*333. But none of your adviser taking up my call and the call ended up by saying thank u for calling in reliance. I am now fed up at this matter.

                            Sir,
                            This connection had to be closed on 11th june 2016 since the modem failed. As per reliance advice i had given it to the manufacturer for service and found out that it could not be repaired. This was informed to reliance care and they had asked me to pay the full bill well before the billing cycle to close connection. Later i received a bill for about 175 and then it was automatically upgraded to 1100 plan. I spoke to their customer care and i was told that the connection was still active and till date full and final settlement bill has been received.
                            I address to customer care and then the nodal officer who orally told me not to worry because not a kb of data was used since its closure and full waiver was processed and written communication will be sent from "mumbai team". I received no information and only sms troubling me that legal action will be taken.
                            Later on 29th june 2016 i was asked to appear in lok adalat in coimbatore. I confirmed my attendance to ks lawfirm and arranged a lawyer with all the communication to reliance. I tried to contact via given mobile number +[protected] and was answered by advocate mr. Karthikeyan of the legal cell. He asked me of my account details instantly checked and advised just to ignore the lok adalat advice and strong recommendation would be sent to close the issue and assured that i will not be bothered anymore by sms.
                            During july there was absolute silence and in aug 2017 my inbox was filled by this sms which took away my peace of mind. Mr. Karthikeyan was reachable and repeatedly advised me not to worry even sms was sent.
                            Although challenged in court i could have proved my innocence and that i am not a defaulter. Now this is mind boggling and have lost peace of mind. Althrough the time i had never even delayed payment more than a week since the bill was generated. There has been no dues. Please help and do justice

                            I was asked to appear in Lok Adalat Court in Coimbatore on 24 June2017 and I had submitted all proof of communications. This is after the Rcom legal cell advodate Mr. Karthikeyan advised me to ignore as there was full waiver given on my case.
                            Now again I have been asked to appear tomorrow @ 10am. I have the file ready. and deeply regret for having purchase 3 post paid connections and paying them promptly before due date

                                I made all the payments and cancelled the connection long back. But i am keep on getting outstanding bill as rs.336/-.

                                I got a message that a legal action is going to taken against the outstanding bill payments.

                                Please look into the issue.

                                  I have paid rs.835/- as final payment towards my reliance data 4g card number listed below which is disconnected now.

                                  Billdesk confirmed that below payment has been updated at the billers end on 31.07.2017. But i still get legal warning messages every day on my mobile stating amount is not paid. Please help with this.

                                    My internet is not working since july and had booked complaint vide service request id[protected], but still the problem has not been resolved. Kindly look into the matter.

                                      I was a subscriber of your postpaid network once but due to bad service & misbehavior i could not continue your service. On dated 20/06/17 i gott a call from hzaribagh consumer forum regarding a case of 420 by reliance communication for a due of amount 6339 which i have paid on the same date and told by the advocate ishika sharma mob. No. [protected] that i do not get any further bill for the no. [protected] but again i have received the bill in the month of june & july too. This time i am not going to any bill.

                                      So kindly look into the matter & resolve it asap.

                                      None of my no. Is in use since may 2017.

                                      Issue still persist & the same has been happened with me earlier too, that complaint about misconduct against their customer care service is given & without consulting to me they resolve the issue all of their own.

                                      No one from reliance customer care has consulted to me & also they have raised the bill for this month too.
                                      you have my alternate contact already because whenever it comes for billing purpose your customer executive call on my alternate no.

                                        Hi

                                        I used a reliance postpaid number [protected] with rental plan rs.499. I logged a request for closed this number and paid till dated bill approx. Rs.318.
                                        Customer care executive told me that, it’s took 15 days to close properly that number. I received multiple call from reliance with multiple offer with new plans.

                                        Lastly i was accepted a plan with rs.50 rental with rs.300 additional cash, means that number was free for 6 month. As per executive there was no any bill due against [protected].

                                        The shocking matter was that they sent me approx. Rs.1200 bill with rs.1000 rental.

                                        How it was possible that they generate bill with approx. Rs.1000 rental while i was using rs.499 rental plan. I never ever pay any more against [protected].

                                        I'm requesting you all please look into this as per priority.

                                        I paid last bill Rs.937 but my number is still in suspended mode and i received another bill with Rs.1615 with monthly rental Rs.599.

                                        What is going on, you all are mad.
