[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Received unwanted bill/notice - account disconnected in dec'2008 | |||
I had paid bills for every month and requested reliance team to close my account in the month of Dec'08 still they generated bill and asked me to pay in the month of January. Which I disputed with their area manager (Datta Dharmadhikari) and he gave me a confirmation on call that there will not be any more calls from Reliance team about same. I had no idea what was happeneing on their system. And considering they have settled my bills I was relaxed. however, Now after 8 years, I have received an E-Notice from some gmail account stating I need to report at District Court for this case. I had raised a request for the company TATA Tel due to wrong details provided by sender. I have closed that case and raised this one. This is regarding some internet connection at the address which I was staying in the year of 2008. I have recently received a E-Notice from some swift.ta.[protected]@gmail.com email address which I do not think Tata Tele Services would use for such purpose. However, this was regarding some account number [protected]. I don't even remember I had this connection at the address mentioned in the notice. And I dont think I hold any liability to pay any unnecessary amount for any such connection. Sir/Madam, Apropos to the subject mentioned above, you are hereby informed that, the Applicant Tata Tele Services Ltd, Pune with regard to the outstanding billing amount of Rs. 1304 /- has arranged a Pre-Litigation Lok-Adalat on Saturday 13/02/2016 from 11.00 am till 4.00 pm. Dec 22, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved No one came back to me. I had to pay them what they needed. Its of no use to raise such complaint here unfortunately..!! :( Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

I had sent email to [protected]@relianceada.com and have got reply that they see my bill still pending 1304/-. I have replied to their email however, I have not received any reply from them.
I also contacted their helpdesk however, the advisor was not able to give me proper information about what is happening.
