[Resolved] Reliance Communications — refund of money. | |
Dear sir, I want to file a complaint against reliance telecom. My number is [protected]. I recharged rs.70 on 14 august 2017 (8:30pm) which was supposed to give me rs.56 talktime. I recharged and received a message that u have been credited rs.56 and at the same time i checked my balance using ussd *367# but it showed there rs.0. And after half an hour i got a message that i have been subscribed to some vas for which i had not opted. On second day i. E. On 15 august i talked to one of the customer care representative (Around 9:00 am), he told me that the server is not responding and i may call after 2 hours. After that i called them once again at 3:19 pm sameday and got same reply that their server is not still responding. He again told me to call after 2 hours. Again i tried to call them at around 7:00 pm but then the blocked my number and i could not get in contact with any representatives. The had two numbers for customer care: *333 and 198. I tried called them till but i couldn't talk to them as they have blocked my number. After a lot of searching i got another customer care number which was given to the customers of j&k. I called them on 20 august around 10:00 am and then customer service representative told me that they don't have any packs for rs.70. I asked them representative to transfer my call to senior and she told me to hold. Even after 10 minutes my number was putted on hold and no one picked up the call. I had to cut the call and when again i tried to call them and as usual they blocked and i couldn't get in touch with them. Today i. E. 21 august i called them once again around 10:00 pm and got a reply that if you had called us within 24 hrs. After deduction we would have refunded the money but you called us after long time. I mean when i called them (After deduction) they told me to call after 2 hrs. And again after some hours later they told me same, was it my fault that their server is not responding that they are giving the same excuses today. At last, i would request you look in the matter. Aug 24, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Reliance Telecom called me twice and asked again about the complaint and refunded the money within 3 days of complaint. Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. I have been concerned only that my talktime will not be refunded but it was not my fault that you are blaming me. I called you twice within 24 hrs.but you didn't refunded. I want my talktime back. It wasn't my fault.
