Reliance Communications — reliance 4g wipod service disconnection | |
I have been trying to get my reliance 4g wipod service disconnected since november 2017. It is january 2018 now and i the service is still not disconnected and i keep getting monthly bills of rs. 1062. Why should i pay for services which i don't use and don't want to use? You have closed your customercare phone number. I have visitied reliance shop as well and they had assured me that services will automatically get disconnected in december 2017 and no further bills will be generated, but nothing as such happened. You have left no way for the customers to reach out to you for existing services. Tell me in which country is it legal to follow such practices i. E. Force the customers to use services and then keep generating bills? Kindly reach out to me asap and have my reliance 4g wipod services disconnected immediately and stop generating bills. My Reliance service are not working from 21st of December. I am trying to connect the reliance customer care, but m not able to connect. So please confirm that is there any network issue or reliance closed their broadband services.

My nom.[protected] was switch off, I was call from yesterday no one reply or respond . I was try a lots off toll free no. But no give useful information, something irrevent going on.plz switch on my no. [protected] my bank detail my what's upp all on this no. Only, plz help I request you, plzz...plzz...
