Dear sir / madam
Reliance customercare *222, 198 are not work, i send mail reg additional charges on[protected] still no replay.
My last bill was wrongly charged rs 505 with service charge for international sms unit 101, i am not send any foreign sms and my i-message settings are off as per urs condition. Kindly refund back wrongly deducted amount.

My rcom no.[protected] was having about 250rs prepaid balance while RCom stops voice calls in Gujrat.i got sim portability in jio ..but what about the remaining balance that was there in balace of sim ven stop Rcom voice call services.it must be refunded.do the needful
