Sir, i am the post paid customer of reliance for the last four years, but today outgoing and incoming services are banned i want to call customer service but its also not working, today police are coming for verification for pass port to whole my family, only this no can give in pass port office, how they can reach me i can't under stand give me reply as soon as possible or activate my services for this no.

    Plz disconnect the postpaid service of reliance no. [protected] as soon as possible. I was fed-up with the worst service of reliance gsm postpaid. Network is poor in this area, call drop usually occurs, bill is too much as compared to other network providers etc.
    So plz stop the service of [protected] postpaid number.

      I am reliance customer more than a decade
      Recently my mobile number [protected] was deactivated outgoing and incoming. I want to know the reasons why my out going and incoming was barred.

      Who is the person did it. His designation number and address
      Who decided that his designation number and address

      Why they did?

      My bill was generated on[protected] amount was 541.62. My credit limit is 1600/-

      Supposed to be paid by[protected], i was out of station i tried online payment their gateway never generated otp.

      On 10-oct-2017 my outgoing was barred and 11-oct-2107 incoming was barred. My number was under suspension. Who gave them the power of suspending incoming calls/ sms. It created lots of inconvenience. Otps, bank transactions everything was stopped

        To the concerned,

        My name is ashok jerry, i was using this prepaid number [protected] on a reliance zte c321 mobile until 2011, when the battery went dead. It was a cheap phone which was used as a replacement due to emergency. Later i switched to a smart phone and got airtel instead.

        I had left this reliance zte mobile in my shelf with the sim in it and i believe that it got lost somewhere during the process of shifting homes between the period of 2012 to 2016. All this while i was under the impression that the phone was in my shelf, until yesterday i was in for a shock, when i received an email from indiamart for an email which was of a chemical company (Not on the record, as i have verified) that was supplying mercury powder and other unknown company that was into selling chemicals and the unknown user was using my name, my email and my old phone number [protected] for their purposes whether legal or illegal.

        I do not deal with any chemical companies in whatsoever manner and that is not my line of business. I searched for further information using truecaller and it was found that the reliance number [protected] was in my name and it was using my details, including my facebook profile picture. I also traced the number to another website, which i think may be running illegally. (Refer to my attachment).

        I tried calling up reliance customer service on[protected] on my airtel number to have this number disconnected if it was found in my name, but to add to my vows, the customer care number gets disconnecting stating they have some issue at the end. (The voice is in hindi and i am not fluent in hindi).

        I looked up the information of the reliance appellate officer mr. Raja muralidharan from the internet and emailed him to this email rcomappellateauthority. [protected]@relianceada.com, [refer to the email dated october 17th 2017, time 2:36am subject "kind attention: fraudulent activity on using my old number [protected]"]. Till now, i haven't received a call or an email from him. However, i got an email from indiamart stating they will have my account deactivated within 24 hours and from truecaller (Refer to the attachment).

        I tried calling the reliance customer care, but the number disconnected at the end of the message, similar was the case when i tried calling the appellate authority on [protected]. I was unable to reach him over the telephone to have this prepaid reliance number [protected] disconnected if found running in my name.

        I request the concerned authority to have this prepaid reliance number [protected] disconnected with immediate effect and i will not be held or responsible for any claims/loss/fraud/damages arising out due to the misuse of this number as i have done my part in notifying the authorities concerned henceforth.

          I am muneer qureshi, one of the old customer of your services. I would like to bring to your notice that i am extremely disappointed by the recent instances happened with me due to your negligence and ignorance.
          I am using a postpaid number [protected] from the past few years and i gave a request for changing it to postpaid to prepaid. However, i didn't recieve any updates from them even after submitting my required documents.
          Moroever, my number has been prevented from working. Its not at all acceptable as all my accounts and my professional contacts are linked to that number.
          I request you to please take considerable action and look for the matter as soon as possible.

              Reliance announcements are starts 30 days now reduced to 28 days including govt. Holidays, now they announced oct. 18, 19, 20 no offer only normal high charge, and i can't contact customer care from other mobile also. But no announcement by other service provider like this, i have aircel and jio, now today (17.10.2017) also reliance tower not working in my area. Hence i can't money transfer because, app asking otp from registered mobile. So i am upset of this. Pl act against reliance communication. Thanks

                  Sirs/madam,

                  My mother's mobile number [protected]. She had a very old mobile set which was not working properly.

                  So, i purchased her an android mobile set and transferred the sim ([protected]) on to it. Subsequently, after a few days, she told me that all her phone balance has been exhausted and she could not make any phone call. I was astonished as she (My mother) rarely makes phone calls and had a balance of nearly rs. 200/=! After some examination i discovered that reliance had been deducting @ 10 mb or so per day for all these days from her main balance in the name of internet use.

                  My mother is an aged (65+) housewife and does not at all know how to use internet. She just receives and makes phone calls to keep contact with us.

                  I immediately tried to talk to the customer care officer of reliance, but, despite several attempts, i could not get through to any officer. I then wrote to [protected]@relianceada.com with the request to kindly look into the matter. Alas! I sent three repeat mails to that id in the last 15 days with no avail. My mails were not even acknowledged.

                  May i request this board kindly to take the matter up with the company suitably so that my mother gets back her lost balance.

                        I would like to inform you that i am user of reliance from more than 1 years. My contact no. Is [protected]. Due to high network problem i want to port out my number but reliance has bared the outgoing messaging service and call facility without any reason. Bill has already paid 30 rs more from the bill amount.

                        I tried to contact customer care but it is showing that this facility is not available.

                        Its disgusting, its waste of money and time.

                              Hi my name is naresh, my number is [protected]. Recently i ported my number to reliance. But last few days my number is not working while porting i paid 1058 and today i have visited to reliance store they saying my number is suspended so check with the dealer i tried to call that retail person he is not answering my call please do something, the most worst network is reliance why the hell they activated my number two months ago and now without any intimation they disconnected due to this i am missing lot of calls and bank msgs.

                                  The make of the mobile is iphone 5 and it has only single sim slot. I request you to block or deactivate my sim card as i do not want to be misused or go in wrong hands. The mobile has all my personal data saved which also is connected to my gmail.

                                    I am Deepak. I lost my reliance sim card only while removing the sim card from mobile. Could you please block my number?..
                                    I am trying to connect to Customer Care([protected]) to raise a complaint for Set top box issue(no light showing in set top box)..but I am not able to contact CC and replying saying that u have reached max no of attempts (1st call itself).

                                      Have been paying cash payment at rudra communication, shop no.16 parmar pavan, khondwa pune 48. Despite paying around 18th or so there have been phone reminders on 20 or 21st to pay. I need to explain and get back to rudra communication and the issue was sorted out.

                                      The last time i paid 585 cash on 19th and to my shock, my connection was disconnected along with a 100.00 fine. I made compliant to rudra, who said due to a technical problem the payment did not get through and the fine will be adjusted. When i went to pay for the subsequent month, forget the adjustment the staff was so aggressive, "complain to anyone" and ireturn the product. Tried calling his supervisor who neither picked the call nor had the courtesy to return the call.

                                        Sir ihad recharge r. S 87 on offer in my phone no. [protected] through pay tm from my hdfc credit card on 27/08/2017. The money already deducted from my credit card& pay tm shows recharge succesful. But i regret to let you know due to mistake i put my wife relience no [protected] which had no offer. So neither my no nor my wife no recharged practically. Then in my account it was debited. Please back the money as early as possible for goodwill of your companynaba
