[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Reliance wi pod billing without providing service | |||
For my reliance wipod (now wipod 4g|lte) last billing period (24th june to 24th july) service was not provided completely due to 3g to 4g upgrade. i got service only for 5-6 days in that billing period, but now they have sent the invoice asking to pay the full bill for the entire month were they didn't provide service. now they are calling me asking to pay bill. the people who called me also agreed there was service interruption due to upgrade but they says still i have to pay bill. this is not the way a customer should be treated. ref. complaint number i raised for poor service:[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
