I got Reliance BroadBand connection on Jan 2015 and my number is[protected]
I have paid Rs 649 + tax as the initial payment to Reliance Communications as a 1 month advance security payment. They have mentioned in their terms and conditions that it will be refunded during the termination of connection.
In intermediate times, i felt the connectivity is too poor and there was no internet for 4-8 days in a row. They also processed waiver from the bills for those times. One such time was August bill where i paid 567 as i dint get internet for 6 days.
I terminated the connection But when i terminated the connection, they have refunded only Rs 538 mentioning that the remaining is the due amount that i have to pay on the month of August.
Every month if the customers pay lesser than the bill amount, then they will fined by Rs 100 more. In this case why Reliance care didn't apply fine for me in that month of August itself?
Even i have mailed the 'Rcomwireline Appellatesouth' ; 'Rcomnodalofficer.[protected]@relianceada.com', still they are not responding.
So please help me in getting the remaining security amount from them.
