[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Terminate my broadband line | |||
Hii, I have requested to terminate my reliance broadband for two times already. But still it didn't happen. I have paid my last bill also. As I have shifted from my old address. Last time I complained regarding this they told me it will rectify. But still nothing. Everytime I call customer care they speak that it is already in process. But still nothing. I receive many messages from +3600 and every time my balance get deducted and the message displays 274 bytes used and it has happened several times and it still happens. I use wifi so I don't use mobile data. I ignored it previously but now I am sure something is wrong so I could not ignore further.

As I want to complaint about there are unnecessary value added service activated by you & deduct My main balance. I want My balance back. So kindly do needful.
If you don't back My balance. I will switch the network from Reliance. So do as earlier as possible.
