My service is terminated without any intimation.i have paid bill amount also.this is very disappointing. earlier it was not working from may to August due to some technical issues at your end. But later in October it starts working and I am using it since then and paid the bill .

Updated by preetkamal Today I got call that your service is terminated aband cannot be reactivated. apply for new connection with complete activation charges.is it professionalism. I wantto coconconticontincontinue with service and you are telling it cannot be done and recovery of modem to be done.or else give another request for new connection. it means again I have to pay for the same.plz let me know whether you can do anything or just wasting time
