Charged Value Added Service without being asked.

Its the Fifth time Reliance has deducted money from my balance. I have not activated any service and they deduct the amount of Re1 from me and this has happened to me 5th time. Regarding Phone Complaint

I am calling to customer care of reliance since last 3 days but they are not responding to any call. They are not attending any call. Even after 40 minutes of call computer says our customer care will response you shortly. I am not satisfied to this type of service. What is this going on. RELIANCE WHATSAPP PLAN NOT WORKING

I have activated reliance whatsapp plan of Rs 16 on 14th October 2014. As soon as I activated this plan Rs 16 has been deducted.
