    Dear sir/mam, My Realince gsm postpaid number is [protected] (I m sending to as proof of email via mobile snap shot ) I m very frustated to Realince gsm communication company I m complaining to Realince com from more then last five months but they not resolving my complain even no proper response from Realince customer care number *222 they every time says that our technical team working on it but they are not able to tell me how much time to resolve my issue and last month there technical team was visited at my house and they noticed that no network signal comes at my house and they promised that Realince com. Will install network booster at my house in within a week but till now no body comes at my house and even I called at *222 they says that our we don't have any dad line to tell me when technical team come and install at my house I'm using my number as official from when I get this number from Realince but I'm loosing my many contracts from office or etc due to they not able to communicate to my number . Plz consumer court plz help me and resolve my issue as soon as possible plz . Regard Ghanshyam [protected]

      Sir, I had been using Reliance broadband since 2010. And 2013 I came to USA for office work. My friend had been using my data card since I left India. In May14 he cancelled the services through customer care. Today I received an email from (RELIANCE <reli.zen.[protected]@gmail.com>;) to appear Lok Adalat for paying an outstanding bill of Rs 1114. When I called customer care I got to know that the connection has been granted to somebody else . I even made the payment to my account online attached below is the invoice without much checking whether it is actually done or not. Not sure on what to do now.Its not possible to go from USA and appear for it. I dont have anybody in Pune to help on it as well. Any help on it greatly appreciated. It is really unfortunate get a harassing email like this being a loyal costumer for 4 years. And also not making any much attempt for reminding for the payment if at all something was outstanding.       In JULLY 2015 I cancelled the services through customer care. Today I received an email from (RELIANCE <reli.zen.[protected]@gmail.com>;) to appear Lok Adalat for paying an outstanding bill of Rs 2619 /- CAF No #[protected], MDN No # [protected] . It is really harassing email like this being a loyal costumer form 4 years.so please verify and fix that problem.

      Dear Sir / Madam,

      In September end or may be October first week 2015 – I had requested for a High Speed connection of Reliance .

      Mr Santosh ( Contact Number : [protected] ) visited me to my Holiday home in Goa ( Address : B – 206 Kyle Garden Saldhana Group, Cobra Vadoo Calengute Goa ) & offered this particular connection/number .

      On his visit the connection was not running & couldn’t catch any signal, so we decided not to buy this or get the connection installed . ( meanwhile my ID proof & telephone number was already given to him )

      Mr Santosh confirmed that if we don’t want the connection he can get it disconnected & returned our money. ( The story ends here for us .)


      Recently for the past 1 month I started receiving messages from RCOM ( Zen Enterprises ) that there a non-payment of a sum of approx 1900 to 2000 rs for this particular connection.


      I was taken by surprise that why this has been sent to me ???? After inquiring at the number provided of Mr IRFAN, I got to know that the connection was running & being used.

      I understand that Mr Santosh had sold this connection to someone else or may be himself, but not changed the ID proof or number on the registration

      I don’t stay in GOA & live in Delhi permanently, whereas this connection was being used for approx past 10 months in GOA.


      Someone else has been using this connection, paying or not paying for the same . My name has been wrongly written in the registration .

      As per Reliance if I am using this connection – Kindly prove me that I have paid for this connection or have used this connection . There has been an error from Mr Santosh’s side & non payment from his side . Unnecessarily I am being dragged into this for no reason .

      I request you to kindly get this matter sorted out .

      this is really harassing email l complain many time to customer care for speed related n 5 gb leps .so please verify and fix that problem.

          Dear Sir, I have activated free incoming skim while on roaming on my relience Gujarat number on 26th Sep, 2014 for 30 days. But now, on 16th Oct this skim is not activated on my number and I charged for incoming calls while on roaming. Please look into the matter and close this issue. Contact me on [protected]

            Request No[protected] Hi, It is with great regret that I am writing this mail to you second time as I want to bring to your kind notice that extreme trouble and inconvenience I have undergone due to your negligent services. On July 15 2014..I had purchased a reliance data card plan for the Advance rental plan for 3 months for which I had paid the amount in advance to get the service, At the time of taking the plan I was also introduces with the certain benefit of the plan which is ok with me… In the month of September 2014, I had contacted Reliance customer care for the change of my plan as the plan is not sufficient considering my requirement and which supposed to be end on 27th of Sep 14 …. If you go through my last mail, where I had clearly describe the entire scenario happened with me.. from 26th Sep 14 I had taken repeated follow up with your executive as he had committed me that my new service will get started in next 3hrs which didn’t happen.. After taking the continue follow on my issue I had decided to escalate the matter to data card support which is again something where the revert from your side is awaited.. When I find that there is no RESPOSE coming from your side I had decided to stop my data card services by calling customer care and the executive of reliance had even conform me about my data card service terminated.. This is not the end, today again I have received call from one of reliance executive named Sweta from the number-[protected] on my no-[protected] stating that I am getting charged on the basis of my previous plan and offering me the waving of charges if I continue with reliance… How can you hire such employees who are giving false commitment to your customers using your brand name. They should be punished for their action made. In spite of my several communication to your company, my problem was not resolved and after getting all clear with RELIANCE, they are again approaching me to using different tricks. This is to remind you that the entire episode has left me in bitter test and I am extremely disappointed with your pathetic services. I have been facing lot of mental stress, agony and have wasted immense loss of time and money due to your deficient services. With a great hope and hearing about a healthy reputation of your brand name I have availed your services but to my utter disappointment, I have faced the worst. I would like to emphasize that: 1. Your service has been utterly negligent and inadequate. 2. I have undergone a lot of extreme stress and mental agony because of your unprofessional conduct. I would like to notify you that your action are liable under Section 2(1)(g) of the Consumer Protection Act for the deficiency of services that means any fault, imperfection or shortcoming or inadequate in this: Quality, Nature and Manner of Performance that is mandate to be maintained under law or under a contract.               I am a customer of reliance netconnect having number [protected]. i wanted to disconnect the reliance netconnect permantantly for that I went to reliance office, they told me to contact reliance netconnect customer care, there I requested for disconnection of service to them on 13 september 2014 . they gave me request as[protected]. On 4th oct 2014 I got sms that your request number[protected] has been processed, without mentioning that it is a request for disconnection of service. again I called customer care and I told them that I need email or sms clearly mentioning that request was for disconnection for service so to prevent reliance keep on sending me bills after i clear all the previous bills. I told them I will clear the bill if and only if i will get in written that after paying the bill i wont be charged again(i.e my reliance number shoud get disconnected). I was earlier using tataphoton, they have given me in written then why reliance is reluctant to do so. reliance are calling me that they are from reliance consumer court, saying that you to appear in delhicourt for not paying the bill, if i pay the bill tomorrow they will again call me to pay the bill because i dont have any proof that i have requested for cancellation. Also reliance is adding late fee of 100 rupees every month, previously it was 1261 than 1361 and now 1461 rupees. Please kindly see this matter and deactivate my net service as soon as possible. Thank you.

                Sir I am using reliance gsm [protected] prepaid sim. The company is deducting balance from my no. by activating vas services without my permission for last 1 year. Again they have deducted Re. 1 from my main account by activating some vas without my permission. When I called them to refund me the amount, they refused saying that I have myself activated the service. I have not activated this service and the company is doing forceful activations without my permission.The company's customer care didn't even registered my complaint saying that they can't register it.                 This is to inform you that after only 2 days of registering my previous complaint, reliance has deducted rupee 1 more from my account of no [protected].Again some silly VAS service has been activated without my permission. When I called 198 they gave me the same excuse. So please take the matter seriously and do something about my balance refund.I would request you to arrange a call from reliance for clarification.

                    I have purchased a new net connect Prepaid dongle No R2tcdc[protected] prepaid H8D connection No. [protected] for Rs 999/- plus I have paid Rs 300 for the Internet charges. I have purchased this from Reliance Mobile Store, Ambadi Road, Vasai west on 25.09.14. The activation was done on 02.10.14 and the internet got started after 24 hours. After 3 days the services have been suspended without any reason. On 14.10.14 I visited the Reliance Mobile Store in Vasai and informed them that the Internet services has been suspended who assured me that he would restore the services within one day. The intenet is not resumed at the time of this complaint.

                      My mobile no [protected] ...reliance 3g service is getting 2g speed ..when iam not get enough speed .iam call customer care they said ..some setting ...doing tht setting what they tell... Bt my problem is not solve ...iam call customercare 2-3 times bt nothing happen last time when i call customer care they block my no when i press 9 they can't connect customer ...they talking about balance ...network signal is also getting weak in this 2 months ..we are frustated with smart service they ...don't care customer only take money ...idea is better signal and better net ...plz solve the problem ...other wise i am port to idea ...

                          Respected Sir/Madam. I am Reliance Pre Paid Customer. My balance keep getting deducted in the name of services like VAS, Videostore, USSD, Shemaroo etc. None of which I Have activated ever. I have been facing this problem for more than a year now. Every time I talk to customer care (after trying their no. 100 times), they assure me that you will not face the problem again. And still here I am. They deduct Re 1, Rs. 2, Rs. 3, Rs. 5, for these services which even my handset do not support. Please I request you to take some measures. My number is +91-[protected] Thank You.

Moreover, I have been experiencing the same problem again for the past 3-4 days. My balance got deducted 3 times Re. 1 at each instance.

                          Please refrain posting the comments which are completely FALSE and MISLEADING to everyone.

                            Its the Fifth time Reliance has deducted money from my balance. I have not activated any service and they deduct the amount of Re1 from me and this has happened to me 5th time. Every time they say it will not happen next time. If they deduct Re1 from 1 customer they can generate much money as they have millions customers. Please take a strict action against the company. Regards Paras

                              My main balance account is debited with 90/- and i called the customer care number for more than 20 times and i got the reply that the server with them to resolve the issue is down and make a call back. So i tried to get my problem resolved for 3 days of continuous calls to customer care, . Finally they replied that their system shows the data for only three days and made my call cut. For whom should i go and complaint of my problem. If i keep quiet this way, what is the use. So i tried to approach this way to get my problem solved.

                                  there is auto activation of services and deduction of balance from my no. [protected] . i am suffering from this problem is from many years . no good response from customer care is being giving. they keep on activating services after many complaints... even customer care lines are good for noting . we are not able to connected to customer care for complaints. I want all my money back no matter for how many period you have check my details. and just stop auto activation of services and unnecessary deduction.

                                    modem number [protected] recharged prepaid 98 rupees prepaid plan this is the fourth time im recharging still this continues waited in oatience weather it will fix in next recharge but in vain if this continues will file a complaint on u in consumer courts and it is giving service like 98 paise shame I have a prepaid reliance netconnect and it was working well. It's number is [protected].Whenever I used it, only the green light used to blink and there was no problem with the speed of data transfer. Now instead of the green light only red light blinks. Now the data transfer is dead slow and I am not able to browse any website without any difficulty. I am not able to download anything because of the dead slow speed.Called CC but they are clueless.Give email complaint to netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com but no response from their side and even didnt sent a conformation mail.Their chatting service is worst and i have waited for hours still no response

                                      I am calling to customer care of reliance since last 3 days but they are not responding to any call. They are not attending any call. Even after 40 minutes of call computer says our customer care will response you shortly. I am not satisfied to this type of service. What is this going on. Please let me know other way to contact you guys. Its very irritating.

                                        Pls note Rs.3/- deducted from my account for VAS service, i have not activated any services. why they are deducting automatic from my balance i don't understand?
