Reliance Communications — Unprofessional/unethical attitude by rcom. | |||
I was using R-CDMA postpaid mobile no. [protected]. I have paid all my dues till Oct'15. In Oct'15 I requested R-com to convert my no. to prepaid. Subsiquently the services to mobile was stopped and I could not receive/call from the said no. After a week I had to go outstation for professional reasons for two months and could not do the the tele verification of prepaid no. as I was not in home network I visited the local R-store while is was outstation and asked them to terminate the no. but they said this could not be done as tele verification was pending. On returning to home network, I went to R-store and asked them to terminate the no. They told me this could not be done as bill for the months are pending. I questioned that since Reliance has stopped the services to my number, they could not ask me to pay for services which was not provided by them . but they were not ready to here and asked me to pay before closing the account. I refused to pay. I did not receive any bill nor any communication from reliance till date. On 27.02.16 some department of R-com suddenly starts calling my relatives no. from my call details and started harassing them with threats of court/police action on them. When I called back to the number and enquired, they replied that company has Rs1700 pending on my name and I have to pay or else be ready with consequences. I complained about the same in relaince site but my complaint was deleted. I tried to contact customers care from other no. but it says I am not authorized. This is complete "gundagardi" by reliance communication. First they ask for payment of services which they have not provided and then they use my personal call details for their own benefit, which I think is a criminal offence. Please look into the mater. I have not used any of your service, then why should I pay...
You have blocked the services...
