Reliance Communications — wrong bill generating and call & sms everyday from reliance lega dept | |||
My number was [protected] .i get call every day with reliance legal dept to pay my bill. i have told them many times that i had alreday raised a request to terminate my number with request ID:[protected] .represantative name was anuj. i got call from number[protected] everytime i explain them and then they say we cant check our system ..come up with proof. how can they create a system which they cant check and how can they call &sms everyday without checking status of a user and compell me to submit the bill which i dint use? now they are messaging me that come to pune court on 31st as you have not paid your bill. its mental harrasment as well as deteriorating the name of a brand like reliance. I could not find bill but i found my credit card statement through which i paid 1257 aganist 250 as said by you.
