[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Wrongly mobile disconnected | |||||
I am the subscriber of reliance mobile no [protected]. My connecttion has been wrongly disconnected since last two days due to non payment of bill by another subscriber due to same name. The fact has come to know after approaching reliance gallery at bhandup and they have told that the connection will be started after payment of bill by another subscriber. I also approached to reliance gallery of andheri also but not got proper responce and told to complaint anywhere. I am facing problem due to disconnection of mobile since last two days. Before converting in 4g they said plan will not change but when i did then send the higher rental bill i mail many time regarding issue but reliance support center not replying my mail. Now they are sending legal Notice.
