Dear sir,

Its great regret to mention here that i have paid the cash amounting to rs.2300/- to sai ram communications, bhubaneswar as details mentioned below for reconnection my earlier used mobile no: [protected].

But unfortunately its already allotted to one man before my application dt. 11/03/2017 as my disconnection beyond 3 months.

I have not informed from your service centre about its allotted status.

Requesting here to do the needful to refund back my paid amount as i not have the service as desired.

    Called customer care on 198 to raise complaint however no one has taken a complaint and took call on hold till 3ominutes to speak to supervisor but no one responded,
    A worst customer service shown from reliance!

    Need a sms plan of 44rs or money back!

      I am using reliance datacard about 9 month with slow net service because there is no other option with rental of 685 inr. They take 3 months to convert in 4g of my number. But before converting in 4g i asked the reliance customer excutive is rental will change they said no sir rental will not change you may change. They made fool many people and reliance also hire stupid people who have not proper knowledge and all of sudden he send the higher rental just double of my rental. Without informing me that your rental is changed.
      And now they are sending legal notice to me.

          Hi,

          I don't understand what reliance people are, are they mad or a fool. I don't have any reliance connection and i am getting daily 5-10 calls to pay the bill. Many times i have spoken to their personal that i don't have the connection and requested they not to call. But still i am getting calls, even i contacted the right person and given them the correct number who have the actual connection.

          This is a big inconvenience for me and a mental torcher. I want to remove my number from reliance data base and you should give a compensation for this torcher

            Sir, i am a loyal customer bearing data card no.[protected]. I bought reliance wi pod 4 g (Upgraded) around 10 months ago. I do now whether the battery has had warranty.. I contacted reliance showroom in haddows road, chennai-6, they asked me to contact zte authorized service & sales centre in arumbakkam, chennai-106. I contacted the person concerned who said that the batter has no warranty and rs.650/- would be the price for battery. I said that i was ready to pay the price, immediately, he demanded old battery. Here my question is if battery has no warranty, why he demanded old battery. Further he said that in the absence of old battery, the price of battery would be rs.1, 619/- that i asked him whether the price of device is rs.300 to 500/-. Here i wanted to know, whether the old batter should be given to him for the price of rs.650/- for a new battery or it has warranty. You sell your device but you could not sell the accessory such a battery. Please respond to this mail as to make my decision to go for any alternative or to retain this. I am a loyal customer. I called up today customer care centre under toll free no. And i spoke to pereson ms. Vigneswari and mr. Sabarirajan but they disconnect the call after hearing my grievance.

                I was using reliance postpaid connection with no. [protected]. I was about to port this no. with another mobile operator, after my port message I received a call from RCOM and they told me that I have to pay Rs. 100 from current payment for next 6 months. As per there call/instruction I paid my bill with 100 shortfall (which they told me to settle). After my payment they hold my call service and sent me next month bill also. Then I fought with customer care and reliance store also but they said that the reduction of 100/- Rs. will be applicable from next month invoice whether I paid short because of their communication. After that RCOM blocked my SIM Service and continue issue next month bill also, company did this 3 times, So this amount was going due. As it was fault of company's commitment so I didn't paid that 100 Rs. and in this course RCOM blocked my services and regularly issued bills. Now RCOM is continue follows up for balance payment. But I denied for payment. Now by today I got a legal Notice by mail.Why should I liable to pay ? Kindly help me.Exact date are not in my mind. but its matter from SEP-16 to March-17.

                    Whenever payment of bill is about to due, we get reminder before doing any outgoing calls that your bill payment is due on so date and also via sms that your bill payment is due on so and so date. Why then customer representative keep on doing calls two times in a day that your bill payment is about to due and keep on disturbing customer. Do not disturb and provide better service instead

                      So i want to know that after a huge investment for a tower you are not providing any kind of networ, than whats the big need of planting a tower which is not of any use.

                        I made recharge of Rs.50 from retailer on[protected] around 10:28 the confirmation received on 10:30 to me and retailer but i have not received balance yet.
                        i had been contacted to customer care many times every time i was asked to wait for 1.5 to 2 hours many times. today i made 5 calls to customer care where on record they agreed for recharge made and no balance received to me yet in the name of higher authority i had to wait 8 minitus twice on last call after waiting 5 minites some higher authority picked the call and confirming all the same details, told me to wait for 2 hours for receiving the complain for balance transfer mismatch then after 24 hours i might have my balance back
                        is this corporate culture. they are having problem in their system and we have suffer. Why?

                          This is being a regular exercise that our Land lines on the above referred accounts will not be working frequently and the complaints are addressed after a day or on the conveniences of your service people. Please note that we are depended on the land lines for our daily official works.

                          Breakdowns occurs to a minimum of 2-3 days in a week since 2-3 years. The authenticity of my statement can be checked on your systems.

                          This is not acceptable for us. We had already discontinued using broad band for the same service issues.

                          Request you to revert back if you are not able to solve this permanently so that we can go with other options. Also if this issue persists we will be discontinuing the relation with reliance.

                              I can't make a outgoing call when incoming call n internet service is ok. I bought lyf water 1 from gwalior from m/s mobile care. From the day one i'm facing problem with this mobile. I couldn't understand why i wasted money to this top branded company. From last 03 days i am trying my level best to resolve my complaint at gole ka mandir gwalior n some others service centre but result is zero right now. Each day service centre engineer give m promise n lodge my complaint but not gives me proper response.

                                Hi this is Akash kumar Shil having prepaid connection no[protected]. I lost my mobile on 29th Apr’17, therefore I was requested to Reliance Customer Care team to kindly block the SIM card, but till now I don’t know and what happened.

                                Sir, I am working in a private company. My office working time is 10 A.M to 6 P.M. I am arriving towards my office at 7.30 am every morning and back to my home at the time around 9 p.m. every day when I back to my home at 9 p.m. store already closed. So, I am not able to reach any store on there working time. One another things is that my office address: P-58, Kasba Industrial Estate Phase-II, Kolkata- 700 107 and there is no nearest Reliance Store.

                                So, standing at this situation I don’t know what should I do and how could I get my sim card, If possible it is my humble urge to you to issue a duplicate sim card at the earliest.

                                I am a customer of Reliance prepaid GSM No. [protected]. I have recharged Rupees 20 on that no. last three to four time. After the balance amount reached at the level of Rs.10. All the amount deducted. This type of problem is facing by me last 4 times. So please inform me why this charges deducted by your reliance.

                                  We are Ramani Associates based on Salem Location. We have purchased 3 prefix 140 postpaid connection from Reliance for marketing activities. For taking connection we have given DD of Rs.50, 000/- to Reliance as security deposit as per TRAI regulation. But unfortunately our project has cancelled after the purchase of 2 months. So we have raised request to terminate the 3 post paid connection and refund our security deposit.

                                  From reliance communication we have received mail saying that your connection has been terminated and refund will be done on or before 60 days like that on 20th Feb 2017. But still we are not received the refund, if i asked the customer service they are not response properly and they are giving false commitment again and again.

                                  TAT already crossed more than 75 days. Request to take action against reliance communication.

                                    Bought sim card on friday last from black berry store at indira nagar metro pillar station, bangalore. Recvd msg from the reliance team ref. No. 59059. When contacted the reply was not applicable.. I got sim no. [protected]. Circle karnataka, pkg date :04/2017. R[protected].. Imsi no. [protected].. I paid rs 100/
                                    The seller at the store assured me of a recitation in few hours. It was not so and when the next day i approached the store i was subject to misbehave, humiliation n threat by the salesman who turned physical n abusive. Is reliance alloting the fake sim cards or appointing such bogus people as distributors / counters for promotion. My present jio number is [protected]...

                                      Hii my ph no is [protected].. i got an offer for recharge and i grabed the offer but didnot got full benifit. To complain about this i called to reliance custmer care and person who received the call talked in bad manner it seems dat he was drunked. And when i asked him his name he said 'no'. Then i told him to transfer my call to senior bt he didnot. People near him was instructing him they said him to disconnect my call.. look this type of behaviour is not al tolerable.. and about the offers your company is misleading the consumer.. i want my problem to be solved.. as soon as possibl, and please improve ur employers, teach them some ethics

                                        Everytime when i recharged my reliance prepaid sim after two or three hours full balance deducted and comes to zero without any reason this is a thief activity of rcom i can't understand why you are doing such cheap and third class activity...in my books you are not more than a thief today also i recharged my account with 30 rs at 7:30 pm but now at 9:30 pm my balance comes to zero... Hate you reliance...
