I ordered the LED TV from Reliance Digital store, Karnal, Haryana on 7th April. However, later I decided to cancel the order and talked to customer care and they suggested me to refuse the acceptance at the time of delivery and I did the same.

Now, store manager refused to refund the amount and asked me to take refund in form on reliance digital card, which I don't want.

I registered the complaint yesterday and complaint reference number is[protected].

I received the call from store and they again refused to refund the amount. Kindly ask the store manager to refund my money.

It's very pathetic experience from such a brand.

My account got debited with money to reliance ibr account but the page shows the payment is unsuccessful

I made a purchase on reliance digital on 29 january 2023 by HDFC credit card. Payment was successfull and i got the confirmation through sms and also in statement. Its been more than 2 montha yet refund is not initiated by them. I have been constantly calling and emailing them ye lt they have not come up with solution. This is eference mumber of my complaint. Hi, I have purchased Galaxy S23 Ultra, on[protected] from Reliance Digital store in Elements Mall, Bangalore. I was told there is an offer going on related to charger and smart view case.
For 45 w adapter, I was asked to pay 1019 Rs.
And in exchange of my old huwaei honor smart phone, the salesman promised to give the smart view case.
The phone was taken from me next day and I also paid 1019 Rs.
But no bill was given.
When I asked for bill the sales man said since it is on offer he cannot give any bill.
After few days, when I asked again, he is telling he lost his phone and cannot log in to system to fetch the bill.

As of today, ie, 4th April, I do not have the bill nor the items promised (Smart view case and 45 w charged).
For charger the promised date was 25th march. But on 26th I was told the the delivery will happen on 2nd of April. Now it is 4th but still I did not get the item.

I have all details of the sales man including id card and the voice recordings of the calls made.
I sincerely request you to consider this at priority and issue me back the old phone and the 1019 Rs payment I made.

I can give the needed details like transaction confirmation screenshot, voice recordings, ID of the sales man etc. Please let me know.

According to Reliance Digital please proper training your staff Mr Amit Gupta. This staff behaviour too rudely compair to another Staff.

Last friday i went to reliance digital store to buy some electronics fridge, T.V. A staff misbehaved with me and my wife as soon as we entered the shop . You are running a shop with such staffs who look at our clothes and treat them as beggars .The name of the staff is Amit Gupta.

I have'nt recieved any link/pdf for my purchase for id 60737291 C#G[protected]/04/2023...

So i have been facing this issue regarding my ASUS ROG zephyrus pc which I bought from Reliance digital and the warranty period of this product was of 1 year which has been terminated by now completing one year and a month by now . So this PC of mine was marked price at 1, 10, 000 and i got it for 58, 000 rupees which was quite a great deal to fetch but whats the value of getting a product from such a promising store when I will be getting an issue in the display. The screen of this PC has gone trough a lot of flickering and now its totally been crashed.
I surely think that reliance digital is unable to provide genuine products to its costumers and I have really lost my faith upon this company. Hope I might get an solution for this .

While purchasing AC we have paid all the necessary amount of the product including attachments but AC outdoor bracket was not delivered and at the time of installation we have to repaid 898/- for the bracket to the installer which was already included in the bill, when we contract with store they are only refunding 699 but hiding their mistake ( missing delivery) though Inst got delayed and refund not adjusted.

Nobody from store is behaving appropriately to get ac installed.They are talking in arrogant way.The person they assigned for installation is asking 4 k?

I brought Lloyd 1.5T split AC 2 nos on 29.03.2023 from your Gachibowli store. It is promised to me for installation within 48 hours i.e by 31.03.2023. But unfortunately No communication for installation till 31.03.2023..I planned to open my office on 01.04.2023 with a trust on your store representatives.. It is ridiculous.. I have contacted your customer care also.. Still no progress.. What should I do now.??Where should I complain? This is harassment to any loyal customer.. I wants to talk to appellate authority.. I have bought 'Havells 32L Cooler' from Reliance online on 25th Mar 2023 with Insta delivery (within 3 hour) and till now (29th Mar) there is no delivery..When ever calling to customer support, those guys are asking to wait till EOD and saying it will get deliver by today EOD But I am not getting any update on that. Neither the tracking on wesite shows anything..

Such a big name but horrable services.

I bought 'Havells 32L cooler' (Order id - RDF[protected] on March 25th 2023 from Online and till now there is no delivery.. The product was purchased under Insta devilery (within 3 hr) but till now 29th Mar, there is no update on this. No email and sms nothing from there end.. neither the tracking on the website shows any update..
After calling to customer service, Evertytime they tell to wait till EOD but nothing happens.
Such a big name but terriable service..Such a horrible experience

On 19 March 2023 i had purchased Goderaj Ac from Reliance Digital Pune ( Chinchwad branch) On 20th March 2023 I had got the delivery of the Ac. In same day i had notice that Ac remote display is faulty. Next day morning i had same notes to there reliance Digital store but no response from there side. So finally i had droped a mail on 23rd March 2023 on same day of mail droped i had received a call that we replace the remot. After 8 Days means on 28th March 2023 there team had brought the remote to my residential Address and when I saw that remote it was totally different from the original Remote. When I question same to there team there voice was that if you had removed remote and it's working what is the problem to take that remote. Had had not taken than remote also. This was the Worst 3rd experience i am facing with new bramd Goderaj Ac Product. Purchased from Reliance Digital Pune branch.

I have bought LG Washing Machine from Reliance Digital Guwahati, Central Mall on 26/03/2023 . The product was delivered on 27/03/2023 at evening. The installation boy didn't came that day. The installation boy came on 28/03/2023 at 3:15 pm and Unboxed the New Washing Machine and Fitted with the switch and asked for OTP and gone. I told him to check with water but, he didn't do that.
When we have given Clothes for washing the Washing Machine leaked with water coming out from the down part of the Washing Machine.
Now, Kindly return the fraud product given to me.

I am residing at B.K. Guda, Hyderabad JIo and Relians has put a pole for their cable in front of my house without my permission. This causes disruption for my house modification. I request you to kindly arrange to register my complaint with JIO and arrange remove the same immediately.

Even after placing 2 to 3 complaint yesterday we have not got any response so far for any of our complaints. The brand owners are least bothered about costumers inconvenience or customers pain. Because they know they are brand now. I am approaching consumer greivance with all my proofs and evidences. I hoped that Reliance being so big itself will resolve the things on their end itself, but understood that they are least bothered about the whole thing. No probs. Thanks Mr. Ambani.

After waiting for nearly 5 hours and finalizing to buy LG TV worth 50k, we came out of store buying nothing. The reason because of non co operation and misbehavior of store manger Mr. Chetanya Naren at Reliance Digital store in Shimpoli, Borivali. We were forced to swipe the card and do the full payment without getting any bill against it, because of the goofed ups there sales guy had done. We completely denied doing the same, due to which the store manger even threaten us to call police. It was extremely disturbing, frightening and painful. My complaint is more towards Mr. Ambani who thinks he has made his brand and is least bothered about consumers incovenience now.

Yesterday i.e.22nd Mar'23 me and my husband went to purchase TV from Reliance Digital Shimpoli Branch which is in Borivali at 7 p.m.. After finalizing the deal of the selected TV which was costing some around 50000 and waiting for nearly 1 hour just to get the approval for the discounts which we offered, we left the store at 12 a.m. nearly after 4 hours buying nothing. This happened due to the negligence of the sales guys who without completing the deal ran away to entertain the other clients. The most disturbing part was the store manager Mr. Chetanya Naren, who neither tried to sort out our complain neither find out some way to resolve the issue. Instead he threatened us and was just reluctant to support us and close the deal. It was so so disturbing. After fighting and arguing for 5 hours we land up getting nothing. Mr. Ambani this your responsibility to ensure that the costumers who has made you should not be forced to break you. I am going forward to launch the same complain with consumer grievance with all the evidences I have against Reliance Digital.

I have ordered a 1.5 ton lg inverter ac on 21.02.2023 with tax invoice #t[protected] in the name of Ravi pal co punjab and sind bank; purchased from reliance digital alpha mall amritsar -143001.original delivery date was[protected] but its been more than one month i have still not receive my order.
I have called around 100 times during this period inquire about my product but received not satisfactory response every time they told me that we will inquire and revert you back in 10 minutes but they never called back. I have purchased this ac with credit card on emi and my first emi is due on[protected].
I have talked with several reliance digital executive and manager and they are continuing harassing me by not giving any positive response.
Kindly bring in notice that we have inquired at the time of purchase that we need this product on urgent basis and the reliance digital executives ensures us that your product will be delivered in 3-4 days.
I am so stressed about my product as my emi is due and i have to pay it and i am getting no response from reliance digital amritsar.
