We booked the TCL QLED 50 inch .We paid the amount for the same.The order number RDF40108296 is given as confirmation. We have not received the delivery on agrred delivery date of 26-27 sept. We followed up with customer care.They are unable to give xact ststus. They raised the complaint. On 28 we have taken up the matter with Mr Hitsh patil CEO escaliation.
He requested for allowing some time. On 29 sept again we sent mail to Mr Hitesh...

I ordered Apple EarPods with Lighting Connector date 16th Sep 2022 Order No RDF39285532. The delivery was scheduled 19th Sep 2022 and I haven’t received the order yet. I had ordered a product ( samsung travel adapter) online via the reliance digital app. It was supposed to be delivered in 3 hours (insta delivery). But it's more than a day late. The mail stated that money will be refunded to the bank, but that didn't happen after 7 working days, I called its call centre and they said they are not aware of this and said they will escalate the issue and asked to wait...
