I have purchased a fridge from Reliance Digital in the month of January2022 soon after two months the fridge stopped working . The technician came and informed that the board has got complaint and they changed it . Now again the fridge is not working past two weeks and I have been calling the showroom to inform the same since past two weeks and no response from them yet . Yesterday a technician came and informed me that the compressor is not working . Now I do not want this fridge anymore . Kindly help me in getting this replaced asap as this fridge is getting complaints every time since I have purchased it in January 2022.

      We purchased a Kelvinator fridge in Feb 2022 from Reliance Digital Store, Indiranagar, Bangalore. By the 3rd month our fridge's cooling stopped working at random times. It automatically used to stop cooling for hours and everything inside that used to spoil.

      We raised complaint and Reliance Digital send a mechanic. He replaced some part in the fridge and asked us to use a Stabiliser (At the time of purchase, we were told by the sales guy that this fridge don't need a Stabiliser). We bought the Stabiliser but still problem didn't resolve.

      We raised the complaint again and again they sent another mechanic. He couldn't resolve the issue and told he'll be sending a senior technician. Senior Technician never showed up.

      We raised complaint 7-8 times but sometimes nobody showed up and sometime they guy showing up couldn't fix it.

      After 3 months of this headache, the technician told he'll be picking our fridge for observation and will return it in 2 days. He never showed up again for the pickup.

      After another month of visiting Reliance Digital store, they sent the same Technician and he finally got us Fridge Picked with a confirmation that he'll return the Fridge in 2-3 days. 2 weeks have passed and we don't get any response from Reliance Digital Team. We are living without a Fridge and they have shamelessly ignoring our complaints

        Reconnect AC under ResQ plan doesn't cover part replacement due to rat bite

        Hi citizens,

        I bought 4 Reconnect AirConditioners(1ton) from Reliance Digital for my home. I also purchased RESQ extended warranty plan for each AC to cover any malfunctions in the future. I spent around Rs.5500/- for each AC RESQ plan. Altogether I have spent more than Rs.22000/- just for RESQ plan.

        Recently, one of my AC was not working so I raised a RESQ service request & finally they diagnosed that it was...

        Sir, i have ordered ptron smartwatch of Rs.999 from reliance digital on 16 oct after that i replaced it as it was not working and i was informed that my refund has been initiated but it has not been received to me in my paytm wallet yet i have contacted to paytm customer care and they are saying that my refund transaction was cancelled as merchant business wallet doesn't have sufficient amount kindly contact to reliance digit to reinitate the refund . But when i contacted they doesn't refunded my money yet and still not resolving my complaint

          I have bought the Reliance BPL TV from Reliance Digital website on JAN 2022 order No : RDF26007535 . It had a problem on 23 October 2022 and raised a complaint . They told due to technical reason we cannot repair your tv we will replace with the new tv,

          They created a new order : RDXF[protected] for the new TV and Told that once old tv is picked we will deliver the new TV. . They picked the old TV from my home. On the next day
          12 Nov 202, Without any information from the Company side they cancelled the order RDXF[protected]. I reached the customer care, They told me that due to technical problems the order got cancelled, you will get a refund .

          After submitting all the required documents, From 12 Nov to till today I have not received the refund amount. Every time when I called customer care, They used to say the same word "As soon As Possible" .

          I am facing a problem after buying "BPL TV" from reliance from 23 oct 2022 to till Today. After promising the refund on 12 Nov 2022 Till now I did not get a refund.

            I have purchased a tv from reliance digital, mg road branch, labbipet Vijayawada. On 6 th October 2022.

            At the time of purchase, they told me the cost of tv with some discounts added, . And asked me to pay rupees 4300 for the additional extended warranty, I said ok and proceeded with the payment.

            Some days Later I was going through the bill, . And iam searching for that 4300 which I have paid for extended warranty, . But it was not there, instead I have been charged
            Rs 12498 /- for that extended warranty. Which is very high compared to rs 4300.

            When I went there to ask them, they are not answering about that 12498 and telling some other reasons, and talking to me in a rude manner, with an arrogant behaviour, . First it was a manipulated by The sales executive Mr.Naveen. And later it was carried out by the service manager Ms.Geethika, . It was a scam and a fraud carried out by the reliance team knowingly.

            The same thing is happened to all the customers who brought Tv or any other appliances from that store, they are adding up the additional amounts without any prior information and acceptance from the customers.

            And when I have found out their scam, and went to ask them, . All the employees, They have surrounded me and shouting against me, . Threatening in a kind,

            It was a horrible treatment for any customer.

            Please do look into it and please find me a Solution.

              Defective Product returned for service on[protected]. No response from you since then. When tried to contact given in slip, [protected] the staff never responds. when tried to complain the in charge, Mr.Srinivas he was not willing to meet me.
              Pathetic.
              I should have bought the product from Shop next door, instead of YOU.

                Staff not responding to Phone calls. Especially Ph. no. [protected]. When tried to contact Supervisor, Mr.Srinivas, he evaded meeting me. If no one responds, what will customer do?
                If service on Tablet/laptop takes 3 months, why should I buy from You? I could aswell buy from a shop next door.

                  I bought a Television from Reliance digital at GIP mall in Noida. They promised the delivery within 24 hours. I have been calling at their store number to check the delivery status and they keep on saying that we will call you back in 10 min but they never call back. Since morning I have already called them 5 times but still the same response that they will call me back in 10 min. Most of the times, some lady picks up the call and it looks like she has crammed the same response for all customers "We will call you back in 10 minutes" . Very unsatisfactory, unreliable and inconvenient customer service from this store. I already had very bad experience with the Reliance Digital Store in GIP. At the time of selling the product they said it would be delivered before midday the next day, then by 6:00 PM, then by 8:00 PM and now when I am calling them, they are saying it will be delivered by 10:00. I have wasted my whole day. Never by from Reliance Digital. Chroma is prompt and so is Vijay Sales.

                    Hello, I bought apple iPhone 14 plus on 26th Nov. As I didnt find the photo quality of the phone good, i raised a request to return the phone. The customer care guy told me they will return or replace only if it is defective. If I dont like the item, they cant take it back. I am like stuck with the phone whose photo quality is bad. Please help me with the return of the phone and refund my money. Thanks

                        Apple 20W charging adapter

                        Ordered one Apple 20W adapter from Reliance Digital online store on 17th of November and choose the delivery option as pick up at store. After made the payment it was showing order is ready to pick. So usually I went to the store and asked them about my order and they confirmed my order and that time they printed one temporary bill and get me the product but at the final checkout time they told me that in their system some technical issues...

                        Ordered a Logitech MK275 Wireless Combo Keyboard with Mouse vide Order No RDF43291510 on 4th Nov 2022 and paid full and final amount of Rs 1495/- online.
                        Courier boy came to deliver my parcel on 7th Nov but the parcel was tampered and when i objected for the same he taken parcel back.
                        I called customer care no [protected] same day and told the whole matter and requested them to deliver my parcel in fine packing on priority as i was suffering without the ordered product and i was assured by them to get it on priority.
                        I ordered from reliance with the hope of connecting with a big company but i was wrong and faced lot of mental as well as financial harassment from company side.
                        I called nnumber of times regarding the issue from time to time but every time they given same revert that my complaint is pending and i will get call back very soon but very disappointed that they never revert me back and nor they worked on my complaint inspire of nnumber of calls.
                        Today again i called and told them they are cheating me and looting there customers. Than after few hours i received call from company side that they are unable to send my parcel and they will refund my money.
                        Company used my Money and unable to send my parcel and company shown poor management and harassed my mentally and well as financially.
                        I am feeling cheated and harassed due to poor management of company.
                        Now i want my order to get deliver on priority without any delay along with harassment cost(Rs. 10, 000/-).
                        Or
                        Refund of my money along with interest and harassment cost of Rs.10, 000/

                          I have purchased a LENOVO model laptop from reliance digital on 18/11/2022. They have offered me a competitive price, the reason for which I decided to purchase laptop at their store. But after the billing, they asked me to buy a pen drive so that they can give me a copy of OS for future use, in case required. I had a pen drive of 16 GB and hand overed the same. Then they told me that still I have to pay them Rs. 600/- for that service. I did not get ethics behind this act. I believe this is level 1 scam. Please address this issue.

                                    Invoice against different TV Model than what was ordered

                                    Address: 1801, birchwood, Hiranandani Upscale, 5/63 OMR Road, Egattur,

                                    I placed an order for a Samsung 32 inch TV via Reliance Digital via order RDF2143239 for TV model (32T4050) back in Nov 5, 2022...However Reliance delivered a different model 32T4450.
                                    The samsung guy (from Reliance) came and did the TV installation but he also did not point it out.
                                    Now, there is a fault identified with the Motherboard on account of which the TV suddenly goes off air and then after a second of two comes back..br...
