    Invoice against different TV Model than what was ordered

    Address: 1801, birchwood, Hiranandani Upscale, 5/63 OMR Road, Egattur,

    I placed an order for a Samsung 32 inch TV via Reliance Digital via order RDF2143239 for TV model (32T4050) back in Nov 5, 2022...However Reliance delivered a different model 32T4450.
    The samsung guy (from Reliance) came and did the TV installation but he also did not point it out.
    Now, there is a fault identified with the Motherboard on account of which the TV suddenly goes off air and then after a second of two comes back..br...

    I raised a complaint through Digital customer care on 26/11/22 still has not been solved or replied to. Whenever called again to customer care regarding the issue I am getting only one answer ie: will resolve it with high priority . Still today[protected] no one contacted me yet.

    So, please don't buy anything from RELIANCE DIGITAL it's a fraud company, They don't have any social commitment only business, and behave like gangsters.

        I had ordered a mixer from Reliance digital online. Order number is RDF42971594. I logged a complaint was told it would be pickedup and replaced within 72 hours. This was on 1st Nov. It is 11th Nov now, the product is not picked-up and i am still waiting. This is the last time i will order anything from Reliance digital. I think i have lost the money paid for the product. What is the best way for me to get justice?

          I had ordered a Mixer from Reliance digital online on Oct 27th. the product was delivered in a damanged condition on Nov1st.( RDF[protected] I have contact customer support and send the images of the product. Every morning i got SMS messages about Ecom reverse pickup. Was told this will be picked up in 72 hours. I did not get a call until 7th Nov ( well beyond 72 hours). All this while i was calling their customer care and asking them to prioritize. While i was driving i got a call from the pick-up agent. I called him back after 3 minutes. He said it was too late for him to pickup and it will be rescheduled. So far i am just waiting. Buying online through Reliance is the worst decision i have made. I am not sure if i have lost the money . If i had ordered through Amazon or flipkart my product would have been replaced within 3 days. Is consumer court the next step?

            Dear Sir,

            This is to bring to your concern regarding the wrong information given at Reliance digital store about the Gift card balance and its validity . On 23.10.2022 at Dhanteras Festival we visited Reliance Digital store at Mahagun Metro mall in Vaishali at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh for shopping. But to confirm the balance amount in gift card we approached their staff, after checking the card details they informed this card is having Rs 0 balance and validity also expired .

            But as per our shopping record card was not suppose to expired and and it must be having approx balance of Rs.6000.00 but their Reliance staff provides wrong information they told as stated above. Due to their wrong information we could not use our card on that day.

            On 25.10.2022 we enquired about it on your help desk number they told card is having balance amount in it and is expired on 24.10.2022 accordingly they logged complaint on it and complaint ID is 4147929 . In order to this kindly confirm now when we can utilize balance amount of this card .

            Is your issue resolved?

            I am having similar problem with reliance digital cards. I contacted reliance digital store when I received the cards from my company and they said all cards have to be loaded on to your account and activated, then it needs to be used within 12 months of activation. Recently I went to make a purchase, then they said cards are already expired.

            Also it's mentioned on the cards received as "This card has no value until activated by cashier" and "Valid for a period of 12 months from the date of activation".

            It's worst experience. My cards are worth 38000 Rupees. I am not sure who can help me.

                  Dear Sir,
                  I have purchase RO (AQUAGUARD EDEN BRAND) from Reliance digital store at Gaur City Mall Noida on 27.08.2022 (Invoice copy attached ) along with Extended warranty from Reliance

                  It is to bring to your notice that on 27.10.2022 my RO started leaking and I lodged the complaint with reliance customer care.One technician visited on 29.10.2022 and he said that filters are damaged and needs to be changed to be changed by 31.10.2022.
                  Today when I called the same person he diverted my calls to various persons and finally they said the same part is not available.
                  This is totally unprofessional from Reliance as I have been purchasing water from the last one week and they have sent this defective piece to me which has been damaged within 2 months.
                  I called the Gaur city Mall store (Person named Mr .Manoj interacted ) and they are saying we cant do anything .part will come in one week, so my simple question is why Reliance store is selling such defective pieces and then blaming customers that due to pressure it might have failed, however when at that h time of installation when their persons come why they are not inspecting at that time.

                  It is my humble request to please change my Defetice RO which has been supplied by Gaur city mall store as I am facing huge problem and have to purchase water from outside from one week

                  Please immediately take the action or else I have to take the matter to the highest level whichever is possible

                    I have placed order on 26th October 2022 and after many follow ups i received product but it was defective. Now again i have to follow up and than the product was sent under replacement space. Now the pickup was done on 01/11/2022 but the replacement was supposed to made on 03/11/22 and like always i didn't received the product. Now after 10 days of struggling i decided to cancil the replacement as the product is not delivered till date neither any communication on same is available neither with executive nor with me. When i canceled the product i heard from customer care that he is not sure if my money i will receive or not and incase i receive than it will be credited to reliance digital wallets. And i was also informed that you can only ise your money on Reliance digital platforms only and it cannot be transferred to my bank account.
                    Dear Concern- Firstly as per RBI NORMS YOU CANNOT HOLD MY MONEY AND YOU ARE BOUND TO TRANSFER THE SAME TO MY BANK ACCOUNT.
                    2. MISTAKE AND MISCOMMUNICATION ALONG WITH DEFECTIVE PRODUCT IS DONE FROM YOUR END NOT FROM MY END.
                    THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I AM HEARING SUCH A PATETHIC POLICY FROM COMPANY.

                    I AM SURE YOU GUYS MUST BE AWARE THAT THERE ARE MANY E-COMMERCE PLATFORMS LIKE AMAZON OR FLIPKART ETC WHICH PROVIDE HASELESS SERVICES WITH LOT MORE BETTER DEALS. BEING A CUSTOMER I ACT QS A MIRROR AND HONEST. PLEASE NOTE- THIS IS NOT FOR MY BETTERMENT BUT FOR YOUR COMPANIES BETTERMENT.

                    Its been very long...i hope you are getting my point.

                      We had order sony home theater on 30 Oct 2022 of rs 18690/- but on next day due to out off stock order canceled again same day next order requested but again next day carder canceled without any intimation, if called to care center they told me that product is out off stock. If at the time of product is out off stock then how order is confirm and how amount is deducted from account, it means they are making fraud with customer ...They are use money of customer without interest care center told me Money will refund with 7 working days...Pls stop this nonsense and refund on same days

                        I have ordered two products from reliance digital on 15 October but unfortunately i have to cancel both the orders on 16 October. After cancellation of product i got the refund of one product only and the refund for the second product is still pending. It has been more than two weeks. I have raised a complaint by calling their customer care but didn’t receive any response yet. The company num is RR02378664 and order num is RDF41687718. Plz solve my issue as soon as possible.

                          Hello i have ordered a monitor on[protected].They told it will delivered on[protected].But i didnt get any call about delivery and i contacted customer care and they told order came back to warehouse because of no response from buyer. I didnt even receive a single call about delivery. And again i called the customer care on 31-10-22. They told order is cancelled and it will be refunded in 7 days but still in app it shows my product is shipped. Can i know what is happening? Will i get my refund?

                            They misguided and gave antivirus of mobile (bodyguard) without any informed my include rs. 799/- in bill value.
                            Actually i did not need an antivirus for mobile.
                            Because of misguidance of sales person, I had to pay rs. 799/-
                            More for the unneeded antivirus, In this way the company's persons cheat customers like me.
                            Please arrange to return back of rs. 799/- which amount had given for antivirus (Bodyguard) of mobile.

                              I have purchased my product on 23 oct and after that they said your product will be delivered to you tomorrow.I waited for the day i.e 24 oct my product was delivered to me yet. And I was trying to reach out the service center people and they were not picking up my phone calls, they ignored me whole day . At night I got sms that your phone is delivered after that I also tried to reach out them but as usual they never responded. On the next day i.e on 25 oct I tried to reach out them at 11 am they said within next 2 hour your product will be delivered to you I said fine. But till 5 pm i have not get the product yet and there service people are not behaviour is also not good for the customer. So I urge you to take legal action against the reliance digital store which is located at Hinjewadi, Pune.

                                On reliance Digital, on 30/09/2022 I have placed order vide Order No: RDF40611079 for "ZEBRONICS MT61-ZEB A22FHD 54.6 cm (21.5 inch) Monitor. After repeated followups they have delivered item on 15/10/2022 bun in screen damaged i.e. cracked condition. ( Scheduled delivery -05/10/2022)

                                Very next day on 16/10/2022 I have placed return request vide REF No : PR0232536.

                                But nothing happenenig. On 19/10/2022 at 1640 Hrs the courrier person came for collection of item but refused to take Item by saying that he is a biker ( on Bike) and will not take this big item 21.5 inch monitor.

                                Written plenty of mail to customer care [protected]@ril.com & to Level-1: Head of Customer Support: cshead.[protected]@ril.com &
                                Level-2: CEO: BM.[protected]@ril.com

                                They are replying routing plain mails that oppology for delay and give us 48 Hrs.

                                Kindly help me to get my money back or replacement with serviceble new monitor.

                                  On 8th of October I went to Reliance Digital Store Rohtak to get my air conditioner service.
                                  The store code is 3790
                                  So Reliance's guard Mr. Karamvir talked to me in a bad manner.He doesn't have the guts that how to talk to the customer.
                                  He abused me in front of everyone. I told him that I can mail further for you then he says I am not afraid of such mails. So now as a customer I want that security guard to apologize to me and give me a apology letter.

                                      I purchased a Toshiba TV from relianceditial.in (online). a key feature is missing in the TV that is ads panel. While purchasing it was present in product description in the website. when i received the TV. installation guy unboxed and installed the tv. thats when i saw TV is not a ADS panel. Also there is no mention of the ADS panel on box or on TV(everything in mentioned except that). That is the only feature i made the purchase for. you gave a false information on your website. reliance digital is a trusted name. that is the reason i placed the order. i am not at fault.

                                      I placed the return request with in the return window. i made number of calls and emails. they are simply telling me to wait, like that kept me waiting more than 2 weeks. then i raised a complaint on reliance digital customer support. I got one reply from CC head, they said i exceeded the return window, but i raised request with in the return window. i can provide all the proof for the same. i even escalated the issue to CEO of RD BM.[protected]@ril.com. still no resolution provided. please find the picture where you can find the difference between the product details from website to real product which is delivered.
