Setup customer for low rate products

I bought and paid the bill for a Samsung ac worth Rs 38990/- on 26th January 2023 and lock my delivery on 4th March.
On the day of delivery, I called them for my product.They told the product is not available, then making almost all type of excuses that the product is not good, select some other product.Also, they never called me for this till delivery date.
I have to go for other product that is Lg in which I have to pay Rs...

I have placed and order from Reliance digital on 07th Feb for Samsung Mobile M13-5G, till date i am suffering as mobile has not been delivered, nor getting proper information from customer care, my money has been stuck due to this

All mistake was done by Reliance salesgirl and salesman for placing order from reliance digital and now i am suffering because of their mistake

    I had buyed washing machine on 20 sep 2022, for 25k in reliance digital in bannargahtaa branch bangalore, while buying they told cash back offers is there for standard chartered bank card, so i used to buy using standard chartered Bank card...Till upto today I didn't get cash back also. If I asking, by through phone no response, I went and asked also, rude behaving by supervisor and doing blackmail... And main thing is reliance digital showroom and reliance digital online business website, in both there is a difference in price for Same product. Im not comparing with other online website like Amazon or Flipkart or girias, .. reliance digital own online business website only having difference...

    Please check this and do the need full...

      I received damaged product and they returned it with another product in one week which is also damaged and now it is almost 15 days and they are not responding anymore we have visited the branch for 4-5 times till now no response and replace
      Very neglecting service this leads customers unhappy and distrust

        My name is Tanuj Patil.
        On 7th August I had purchased One Plus Nord 2T phone of price Rs. 28, 999.
        The offer on that phone was 10% cashback on purchase of One Plus phone in Reliance Digital via Zest Money payment.
        Loan ID : 3C567B302116

        The executives had explained that I would receive 10% cashback which is Rs. 2900 after 3 months (starting from August) and the payment will be automatically in my bank account.
        I had not clicked the photos of the poster there. The Reliance Digital Executives had explained the offer details but they did not explain about the missed call to be sent anytime till January 2022.

        I have been repeatedly taking followup with both Reliance Digital Executive and Zest Money executives but no one provided me the solution instead they are delaying and telling to wait till end of every month.

        I have been following up with every executive since my third EMI payment but no one told me about the missed call. At last, a week ago which is around 1 Feb I got to know about missed call but now they are telling that since I didn't give missed call I'm not eligible.

        This is a mistake from both the ends ( mine and Reliance executives) as I have not read the poster properly and they have not provided the required information. That is why I need the cashback for the payment of my phone as soon as possible.

        Please process the offer cashback and provide as early as possible.

          I purchased Hisense LED TV from reliance digital Ecommerce website. The product delivered was defective, but with the consistent follow ups and Emails with the customer support team, I fail to see a resolution. Had the issue escalated as guided in the website, still I didn't have a resolution or an ETA to close this from the customer support Desk and the Head of Customer Support.

          A Brief timeline
          - Brought the Hisense 50A6H LED TV on 28th Jan (RDF[protected] . Which come with 2 year OEM warranty, 7 Day return policy from Seller.
          - Installation was completed on 31st Feb - Service ID [protected]
          - The Product was found defective during installation by the engineer, (4K videos were not streaming properly) but suggest to monitor the issue for a day as this might be due o my network.
          - I tried streaming 4K videos through external 4K devices with the same network and found it was working fine.
          - Raised by issue with Reliance service desk on 31st Jan over the call and through Email. Please refer the trail.
          - Raised the issue with OEM over email on 1st Feb and they were prompt in response - Suggested for product replacement with the seller.
          - Received the call from Service Engineer (+91 [protected]), as discussed with him I shared a short video of the product issue. Post which he stopped responding to my call.
          - Received a call from an Engineer asking for my confirmation to close the service request.
          - Received a call from another Service Engineer (+91 [protected]), but he has not visited or suggest a resolution on the issue yet.
          - Between I have lost the count on calls I dialed to reach out to customer service desk.

          Attaching the screenshot for reference. While the website claims for a Hussle free service Guarantee, I fail to see the same. I believe this is not what a customer would be encouraged to sign up for.

            I had booked for repair service for my refrigerator 2 months back and I still don't see any resolution arrived.

            On checking the app I can see it's changed to cancelled state without any reason specified.

            The helpdesk agents are useless and they don't help much.

              They have not delivered but tracking history we found it was returned.
              I asked for refund but they are telling product not reached warehouse then only refund intiaited.
              10days over nothing happened

                I purchased a mobile phone via reliance digital website on 23rd jan 2023 (Monday) with order #rdf47122279, estimated time of delivery while making payment was 27th jan 2023 (Friday). On 27th i received an sms following an email informing me that i will get my phone on 30th jan 2023 (Monday). After that i call reliance digital customer care: [protected], they assured me that they have raised the complaint and will try to resolve the issue asap.
                Even after 30th jan i still haven't received my phone yet. On 31st jan, i received an sms (11 am) informing me that my product is out for the delivery. On the same day at 4 pm i got another sms that your order was undelivered as the address was unlocatable. If the address was unlocatable, the delivery person should have call me. There was no attempt to contact me.
                After calling the customer care the lady on the call informed me that due to some miss handling of the package either my package was damaged or misplaced. The lady asked me wait 24-48 hrs to resolve the issue. I don't know how may days i will have to wait for this issue to resolve.

                Still waiting for my phone. Please resolve this issue asap.

                Till today i.e on(2nd Feb 2023) still haven't received my phone yet. For the past 3 days(31st Jan, 1st Jan 2nd Feb) the package status is displayed as 'Out for Delivery'. After 8-9 hrs a delivery boy's no. with pin code is sent to my mobile. But after 1-2 hours without any attempt to contact me the delivery failed as the delivery personal was unable to locate my address.
                Today I tried calling the delivery personal after receiving the SMS with OTP and PIN, after constantly trying for 90 mins the delivery person finally picked up my phone. After sharing my location to that person, he informed me that my location's delivery is under him.
                So what understood is that either my order doesn't exists or that ECOM is faking the delivery.

                By the way I paid for my order upfront.

                Please resolve my issue asap. If it's not resolved within the week I will cancel order with a full refund. If the refund is denied I will raise the dispute with my Bank.

                  I had just received my order of OnePlus 10R. The packaging outside had been tampered with but very well covered with tape so as to no one could identify. Inside was a box of OnePlus 10R but the box was torn and it contained a different fake iPhone. The customer service wasn't able to help much. I hope my order taken back and replaced with the original order without any extra fee or the amount deducted through net banking to be returned back to the account.

                    I purchased a BPL induction 2000W(BICTTXL00320) on 08/02/2022 from Reliance Digital, Imperial Mall, Club Road, Silchar, 788001, Assam

                    My induction is not working, after I plug it in the socket it shows no signs of life. As it is still under the warranty period, I opted for a repair through Reliance Digital(Imperial Mall, 788001) and submitted the product on 22/01/2023.

                    After that I got a call from a person today(24/01/2023), saying that he is from Reliance ResQ and he says that it can't be repaired on warranty as it have burns inside, but as my knowledge that warranty only voids in case of self opening, Physical and water damage. Kindly look into this matter and help me get a resolution as soon as possible.

                        I have been continuously taking follow up with reliance digital customer care seeking my complaint resolution on my "BPL 43 FHD ANDROID SMART TV43F-A4300' as I am facing lining over the TV screen. I have taken multiple follow ups with the customer care which I have attached screen shot file. There are so many service request numbers being provided to me from reliance saying that I have been provided the best solution. But till now they kept on giving me only the dates but not the solutions.

                        Same I have escalated to upper management of reliance customer care service (Mumbai) & to the CEO as well. Only I have received mail on 25th Jan'23 from CEO is to will get back to me with further update within 48 hrs. & requesting me to bear with reliance in the interim.

                        Today when I visited to return the BPL TV in Reliance Digital Store in Crown Interiorz Mall, Mathura Road at Faridabad (Haryana), they refused to take it back. Also what more made me surprised was that I got a call from service team today dated 28th Jan'23 saying that the part is on the way & it will reach on 1st Feb'23 which I am still not believe on their commitments.

                        Since complaints registration till today I am very much dissatisfied with the reliance digital services as we cannot take use of the TV at my home, my family members are not at all happy, they all are spending time here & there without the TV.

                        Therefore, I am submitting my complaints here in consumer rights to take appropriate action against the company.

                        Looking forward to hear as soon as possible & believe to get the fair justice to me.

                            I ordered a Macbook Air M1 worth Rs. 84000 on 15th January 2023 on the Reliance Digital website for INSTANT DELIVERY (supposed delivery within 3 hours) as I'm a junior resident doctor busy in an overburdened govt hospital who needed it urgently for my thesis work. It has been 1 WHOLE WEEK since I placed the order and there has been NO RESOLUTION of the issue by Reliance Digital from their side.
                            Despite MULTIPLE CALLS, COMPLAINTS AND EMAILS from my side, they have not even followed up with email or SMS updates on the current status of my order or when exactly it will get delivered. Their customer care executives just make FAKE PROMISES that they have escalated my concerns and that the issue will get resolved within 1 hour or the same day, but nothing ever happens. I really need that laptop, and I cannot order another one until this order is cancelled.

I made payment with my bob bank credit card and emi details and cashback informantion mention in bill also, but that payment is not converted to emi yet, i contacted regrading this to bob bank why conversion have not taken place they told me that request for convert to emi is not received from reliance digital. I contacted regarding this issue to store manager. The Store manager not answered correctly. I am disappointed with such kind of not answering from store manager.

                                  I found a customer care number on google and he guided me to install software that is QUICK SUPPORT steal my debit card credentials and purchase from Flipkart which amount is Rs.1, 39, 900 from my account. now I want a refund amount and hold this order with a catch this person who fraud me.
