I am residing at B.K. Guda, Hyderabad JIo and Relians has put a pole for their cable in front of my house without my permission. This causes disruption for my house modification. I request you to kindly arrange to register my complaint with JIO and arrange remove the same immediately.

    Even after placing 2 to 3 complaint yesterday we have not got any response so far for any of our complaints. The brand owners are least bothered about costumers inconvenience or customers pain. Because they know they are brand now. I am approaching consumer greivance with all my proofs and evidences. I hoped that Reliance being so big itself will resolve the things on their end itself, but understood that they are least bothered about the whole thing. No probs. Thanks Mr. Ambani.

      After waiting for nearly 5 hours and finalizing to buy LG TV worth 50k, we came out of store buying nothing. The reason because of non co operation and misbehavior of store manger Mr. Chetanya Naren at Reliance Digital store in Shimpoli, Borivali. We were forced to swipe the card and do the full payment without getting any bill against it, because of the goofed ups there sales guy had done. We completely denied doing the same, due to which the store manger even threaten us to call police. It was extremely disturbing, frightening and painful. My complaint is more towards Mr. Ambani who thinks he has made his brand and is least bothered about consumers incovenience now.

        Yesterday i.e.22nd Mar'23 me and my husband went to purchase TV from Reliance Digital Shimpoli Branch which is in Borivali at 7 p.m.. After finalizing the deal of the selected TV which was costing some around 50000 and waiting for nearly 1 hour just to get the approval for the discounts which we offered, we left the store at 12 a.m. nearly after 4 hours buying nothing. This happened due to the negligence of the sales guys who without completing the deal ran away to entertain the other clients. The most disturbing part was the store manager Mr. Chetanya Naren, who neither tried to sort out our complain neither find out some way to resolve the issue. Instead he threatened us and was just reluctant to support us and close the deal. It was so so disturbing. After fighting and arguing for 5 hours we land up getting nothing. Mr. Ambani this your responsibility to ensure that the costumers who has made you should not be forced to break you. I am going forward to launch the same complain with consumer grievance with all the evidences I have against Reliance Digital.

          I have ordered a 1.5 ton lg inverter ac on 21.02.2023 with tax invoice #t[protected] in the name of Ravi pal co punjab and sind bank; purchased from reliance digital alpha mall amritsar -143001.original delivery date was[protected] but its been more than one month i have still not receive my order.
          I have called around 100 times during this period inquire about my product but received not satisfactory response every time they told me that we will inquire and revert you back in 10 minutes but they never called back. I have purchased this ac with credit card on emi and my first emi is due on[protected].
          I have talked with several reliance digital executive and manager and they are continuing harassing me by not giving any positive response.
          Kindly bring in notice that we have inquired at the time of purchase that we need this product on urgent basis and the reliance digital executives ensures us that your product will be delivered in 3-4 days.
          I am so stressed about my product as my emi is due and i have to pay it and i am getting no response from reliance digital amritsar.

            I have purchased DELL laptop in Reliance digital on 31.12.2022 and after 2.5months o[censored]sage laptop screen is flickering and getting blank. Service request raised with Dell customer care and reliance digital customer rescue department. Now one month is over & Dell people are not able to resolve the issue and not providing replace as well. Reliance Digital they are saying not responsible for this delay and replacement. Please resolve this issue with replacement with new laptop with compensation for the service delay or Money refund with composition

                  Hi,
                  I had placed an order for Oneplus 11 mobile on 26 Feb 2023 through Reliance Digital (Online). My order number is RDF48594221. The mobile was supposed to be delivered on 28 Feb 2023, but was not delivered. When contacted the customer support, they said due to technical issues they were not able to deliver the order. They updated status as "As requested, we have initiated the return" but the fact was the item was not delivered and I never placed a request for return. They said they do have the item in stock but they cannot re-initiate the delivery again as the item was marked for return. They asked to re-order the item and said they would initiate the refund and amount would be credited to account within 7 working days. I escalated the issue through Reliance customer support, but this turned out to be even pathetic service. The escalation team has been incompetent to handle the issues. They were neither able to re-initiate the delivery nor able to give back my hard earned money in time. Now they are asking to wait 72 hours more to resolve the issue and they have not yet initiated the refund. Pathetic thing is that I neither get any SMS or emails or call back from the support. It has been a horrible service. Other vendors, they do refund the amount in case of any issues within 2-3 days. But I don't understand why Reliance digital with so much of advancement in technology is not refunding customer's money even after 7 working days. I called on 8th March, they said I would be getting the amount by 9th March (End of Day). I called again on 9th March (around 7 pm), they said they will arrange a call back within 10 minutes but the call was never made. I am frustrated in making calls again and again. The Reliance digital stores didn't had the stock and later on querying the status to customer support they said that they don't have the stock. If the stocks are not there, why are they allowing the customer to place an order? Is this any scam where the company is trying to make money? I request the concerned authority to take action against Reliance Digital and get me my money soon.

                    On 2nd february, 2023 i placed an order on netmeds for

                    amifru 5/40mg tablets 10’s qty 6 for rs. 67.50,
                    starcad beta 25mg tablets 10’s qty 3 for rs. 508.50
                    rosukem a capsuls 10’s qty 3 for rs. 277.50
                    cherrycof cherry flavour 100ml qty 1 for rs. 118.00
                    vital z orange flavoured powder 560gm qty 2 for rs. 500.00
                    totaling rs. 1471.50

                    after deduction of rs.370.22 from netmed wallet an amount of rs.1101.28 was paid by me thru my debit card ( transaction no is given)

                    however they have delivered only 4 items against that order and 5th item –vital z orange flavoured powder 560gm 2 nos is not yet delivered and they have disappeared that item from their portal.

                    After contineous follow ups on email, they have nither delivered the items nor they have refunded the amount against non delivered items.

                    Kindly help me in this regard.

                      My reconnect tv stuck on logo not going ahead.. have called customer service they said they will send someone to check on my tv. It's been more than 20 days nobody has turned up.. every time I call they apologize and say we will send someone but again nobody turns up . Bad service provided by reliance..
                      They only sell their products but do not give after sale service.

                        i have purchased havells energia nv mixer grinder with offer that i pay rs.199 more with this bill then i have benefited to achieve a hvl dry iron with this bill.
                        I have accept and purchased the said item but unfortunately the dry iron was not in stock at that time. The local store staff (tech expert id:[protected] said that within a week you have recieve your item and mark a tick dues item in my bill.
                        Several time i visited the store to take the item but neither achieved nor any positive response from your staff.

                              I bought and paid the bill for a Samsung ac worth Rs 38990/- on 26th January 2023 and lock my delivery on 4th March.
                              On the day of delivery, I called them for my product.They told the product is not available, then making almost all type of excuses that the product is not good, select some other product.Also, they never called me for this till delivery date.
                              I have to go for other product that is Lg in which I have to pay Rs 8500/- more.

                              First they setup customer for low rate products and at time of delivery they were making useless excuses and then you have to pay more for some other products.
                              I feel cheated and my budget is also disturbed.This type of behaviour affects customer mental stability also.

                              Also for my lg ac, they were forcing me to install from them which cost Rs 10000/- more for installation.
                              Also the staff named Abhay is not well educated or what I don't know but he didn't talk with me well.

                                  I had buyed washing machine on 20 sep 2022, for 25k in reliance digital in bannargahtaa branch bangalore, while buying they told cash back offers is there for standard chartered bank card, so i used to buy using standard chartered Bank card...Till upto today I didn't get cash back also. If I asking, by through phone no response, I went and asked also, rude behaving by supervisor and doing blackmail... And main thing is reliance digital showroom and reliance digital online business website, in both there is a difference in price for Same product. Im not comparing with other online website like Amazon or Flipkart or girias, .. reliance digital own online business website only having difference...

                                      My name is Tanuj Patil.
                                      On 7th August I had purchased One Plus Nord 2T phone of price Rs. 28, 999.
                                      The offer on that phone was 10% cashback on purchase of One Plus phone in Reliance Digital via Zest Money payment.
                                      Loan ID : 3C567B302116

                                      The executives had explained that I would receive 10% cashback which is Rs. 2900 after 3 months (starting from August) and the payment will be automatically in my bank account.
                                      I had not clicked the photos of the poster there. The Reliance Digital Executives had explained the offer details but they did not explain about the missed call to be sent anytime till January 2022.

                                      I have been repeatedly taking followup with both Reliance Digital Executive and Zest Money executives but no one provided me the solution instead they are delaying and telling to wait till end of every month.

                                      I have been following up with every executive since my third EMI payment but no one told me about the missed call. At last, a week ago which is around 1 Feb I got to know about missed call but now they are telling that since I didn't give missed call I'm not eligible.

                                      This is a mistake from both the ends ( mine and Reliance executives) as I have not read the poster properly and they have not provided the required information. That is why I need the cashback for the payment of my phone as soon as possible.

                                      Please process the offer cashback and provide as early as possible.

                                        I purchased Hisense LED TV from reliance digital Ecommerce website. The product delivered was defective, but with the consistent follow ups and Emails with the customer support team, I fail to see a resolution. Had the issue escalated as guided in the website, still I didn't have a resolution or an ETA to close this from the customer support Desk and the Head of Customer Support.

                                        A Brief timeline
                                        - Brought the Hisense 50A6H LED TV on 28th Jan (RDF[protected] . Which come with 2 year OEM warranty, 7 Day return policy from Seller.
                                        - Installation was completed on 31st Feb - Service ID [protected]
                                        - The Product was found defective during installation by the engineer, (4K videos were not streaming properly) but suggest to monitor the issue for a day as this might be due o my network.
                                        - I tried streaming 4K videos through external 4K devices with the same network and found it was working fine.
                                        - Raised by issue with Reliance service desk on 31st Jan over the call and through Email. Please refer the trail.
                                        - Raised the issue with OEM over email on 1st Feb and they were prompt in response - Suggested for product replacement with the seller.
                                        - Received the call from Service Engineer (+91 [protected]), as discussed with him I shared a short video of the product issue. Post which he stopped responding to my call.
                                        - Received a call from an Engineer asking for my confirmation to close the service request.
                                        - Received a call from another Service Engineer (+91 [protected]), but he has not visited or suggest a resolution on the issue yet.
                                        - Between I have lost the count on calls I dialed to reach out to customer service desk.

                                        Attaching the screenshot for reference. While the website claims for a Hussle free service Guarantee, I fail to see the same. I believe this is not what a customer would be encouraged to sign up for.
