I purchased a mobile phone via reliance digital website on 23rd Jan 2023(Monday), estimated time of delivery while making payment was 27th Jan 2023(Friday). On 27th I received an SMS following an email informing me that I will get my phone on 30th Jan 2023(Monday). After that I call Reliance Digital Customer Care: [protected], they assured me that they have raised the complaint and will try to resolve the issue asap.
Still waiting for my phone.

I have been continuously taking follow up with reliance digital customer care seeking my complaint resolution on my "BPL 43 FHD ANDROID SMART TV43F-A4300' as I am facing lining over the TV screen. I have taken multiple follow ups with the customer care which I have attached screen shot file. There are so many service request numbers being provided to me from reliance saying that I have been provided the best solution. But till now they kept on giving me only the dates but not the solutions.

Same I have escalated to upper management of reliance customer care service (Mumbai) & to the CEO as well. Only I have received mail on 25th Jan'23 from CEO is to will get back to me with further update within 48 hrs. & requesting me to bear with reliance in the interim.

Today when I visited to return the BPL TV in Reliance Digital Store in Crown Interiorz Mall, Mathura Road at Faridabad (Haryana), they refused to take it back. Also what more made me surprised was that I got a call from service team today dated 28th Jan'23 saying that the part is on the way & it will reach on 1st Feb'23 which I am still not believe on their commitments.

Since complaints registration till today I am very much dissatisfied with the reliance digital services as we cannot take use of the TV at my home, my family members are not at all happy, they all are spending time here & there without the TV.

Therefore, I am submitting my complaints here in consumer rights to take appropriate action against the company.

Looking forward to hear as soon as possible & believe to get the fair justice to me.

I didn't get the product on time...I want to return...but they are not responding

I ordered a mobile phone from reliance digital on 26th January 2023.
But my order placed is showing payment as unsuccessful.

I ordered a Macbook Air M1 worth Rs. 84000 on 15th January 2023 on the Reliance Digital website for INSTANT DELIVERY (supposed delivery within 3 hours) as I'm a junior resident doctor busy in an overburdened govt hospital who needed it urgently for my thesis work. It has been 1 WHOLE WEEK since I placed the order and there has been NO RESOLUTION of the issue by Reliance Digital from their side.
Despite MULTIPLE CALLS, COMPLAINTS AND EMAILS from my side, they have not even followed up with email or SMS updates on the current status of my order or when exactly it will get delivered. Their customer care executives just make FAKE PROMISES that they have escalated my concerns and that the issue will get resolved within 1 hour or the same day, but nothing ever happens. I really need that laptop, and I cannot order another one until this order is cancelled.

It Will Take 10 Working Days. & Our Logistic Partner Will Collect Product Within 5 Working Days. This Is Pathetic Situation For Me . So I Suggest Every One Never Buy Any Product From Reliance Digital They Are Making Fool. Services Is Worst .

I Am Regular Buying Product From Ecommerce Website Like Amazon, Flipkart .

I purchased a samsung fridge cost of rs. 34408 from reliance digital located at Police Station, Mangaldeep Complex, Varachha Main Rd, opp. Varachha, Surat, Gujarat 395006 with offer of no cost emi. I made payment with my bob bank credit card and emi details and cashback informantion mention in bill also, but that payment is not converted to emi yet, i contacted regrading this to bob bank why conversion have not taken place they told me that request for convert to emi is not received from reliance digital. I contacted regarding this issue to store manager. The Store manager not answered correctly. I am disappointed with such kind of not answering from store manager.

I found a customer care number on google and he guided me to install software that is QUICK SUPPORT steal my debit card credentials and purchase from Flipkart which amount is Rs.1, 39, 900 from my account. now I want a refund amount and hold this order with a catch this person who fraud me. I share my bank statement please resolve my issue.i already complain in the bank and police station

I brought a second hand mobile from olx he brought the mobile in reliance digital the bill was not clearly visible print was disappearing i want duplicate bill

We purchased an oven on Dec 26th 2022 in Kolathur, Chennai Branch. The product was delivered on 27th, however, it was a faulty one, hence the store took the product back but didn't deliver/replaced the alternate product yet. It's been a week now. We have raised a complaint and called the store multiple times with no response.

My Query: When I asked about the installation charges, he said it is 1420 rupees. Please check if this price is correct. Also let me know what all things are included and excluded.

I made an order from reliance digital on 16 dec 2022, the order was partially cancelled & returned [ not returned by me, it was never delivered, the delivery guy never came to my address the delivery was closed without delivering item ] by reliance digital.
(order screenshot attached).

It was a prepaid payment of RS 698. After 3 days(on 19th) I got only half the amount returned.The total order value was: RS 698, but I got only RS 349 refund (attached bank statement ) .

It's been 14 days since the main order got cancelled & returned and It has been 11 days since I filed a complaint and 6 days since raising complaint again.


I am tired of calling & mailing customer support. There is no response from their side. I am so frustrated now.

I want my full refund ! why has it not been initiated yet ?

i have mailed them 14 times to the customer support and I have called them more than 5 times, but there is no response and no resolution.

I agree it was my mistake to order something from reliance, next time I will not, but please refund my money back,

I ordered the "Amazon Echo Dot (4th Gen) Next generation Smart Speaker with LED Clock, White" product but I received an "Amazon Echo Dot (4th Gen)" without an LED clock.

So please replace this item with Amazon Echo Dot (4th Gen) Next generation Smart Speaker with LED Clock, White as early as possible.

Am posted in SBI at Ahmedabad and my family stay center is Mumbai.

I purchased AC and oven on 11th December from your belapur navi mumbai store with IGST bill. I have shared SBI Gujrat GST number.

Due to IGST issue, I have not received the product nor resolve the IGST bill issue whereas I have paid the money on 13th December 2022.

I think my requirement is as per Govt guidelines. But I am unable what is issue.

Please resolve the issue at the earliest. I would like to mention I am regular customer of reliance digital. Recently I have purchased two laptop from reliance.

On that day executive told me to pay total amount offline and then told me to collect invoice after one hour which include other...

I Purchased PureIT 8 Litre Water Filter from RelianceDigital on 18 Aug 2021.
This was my first and last purchase from RelDig.
Usually i buy from Amazon Only, but since return policy of RelDig was also fine so i took a risk of purchasing Pureit machine from RelDig...
Unfortunately the Machine was faulty & i complaint for Return OR replacement of PureIT.
To my Surprise RelDig started asking many Question to ignore my complaint and told us to complaint to PureIt...
Both the Companies PureIt & RelDig started playing with me with No resolution...
My machine is kept without use, i wasted my hard earned money to RelDig as major Ignorer...
