I ordered a laptop on 5th oct and it was to be delivered on 10th oct 2022. But my product is still showing in shipping process. I called customer care form reliance digital but they replied "Please wait tillthe end of day". They are saying the same at 8 PM also. It's already 8PM, Will delivery agent deliver my product on 12 o' clock?...

I purchased two in past 3 years, one through Reliance digital and another source. I purchased extended warranties for both of them(till 2023 and 2024), through Reliance Digital ResQ. For initial 1 or 2 years the maintenance was regular. Now leave periodic maintenance, they won't even answer repair calls for either of the ac. I'm wondering if they are doing it on purpose....

Reliance has been stalling to honor the warrant for our washing machine for over a month

Hi, i have palced an order in reliance digital site on 25th september 2022 with order number - RDF40057859. The order was supposed to get delivered on 28th september but i still did not receive the order. The delivery partner ECOM EXPRESS is not answering any calls and mails from my end.

The status on ecom express still shows IN TRANSIT and will be delivered by 28th september and its 30th september today....

We booked the TCL QLED 50 inch .We paid the amount for the same.The order number RDF40108296 is given as confirmation. We have not received the delivery on agrred delivery date of 26-27 sept.
