I have booking new connection reliance d2h upper mail on date 24/03/18 booking done with offer and payment 499/- pay online hdfc bank ref no. Lf[protected] and my booking id is 14535150

Then company says that booking after 30-45 days we will provide d2h connection but till date after one year not provide d2h connection by your end and this is cheat and offence with consumer

So i want refund my paid payment with interest urjent basis below bank details

    We have purchased 32 inches sharp tv. It was worked for only 5 days and when we complained by visiting the store from which we purchased and through customer care but no one responding properly.. We have spoken to the executive in the store and manager also.. They told that they will call us with in 24 hours but it is more than 48 hrs.. When we are calling from the registered mobile number they are not answering the call. And when we called from other number by listening our name they disconnected the call and not answering again.

      Hi team –

      I purchased an lg 1.5t ac from your reliance digital store in marathahalli on 23rd march 2018. Within 15 days of the purchase of the ac, the cooling effect was gone and i raised a complaint with ticket no – [protected] (Complaint raised on apr 16 2018). For 5 days even after multiple follow ups there were no responses and after quite a bit of an escalation a technician attended to it and just filled up the gas. He did not make an attempt to find out the root cause of the problem.

      Then the same problem again happened in oct and i raised a complaint again with ticket no – [protected] and after multiple follow ups the technician (From lg) who attended to it said that reliance people have installed it incorrectly hence i need to ask the reliance folks to check it again. The reliance technician came and again filled up the gas and left without solving the problem or to see where the leakage is happening. He also mentioned that he was asked by his manager not to redo the installation as that would mean reliance would have to pay for new copper tubes (Pathetic!)

      Now i am facing the same issue again and have another ticket for which there is no response yet, ticket no – [protected]. What i want to ensure is that this time a proper fix is done and not just fill up the gas and leave for me to face the same problem again later. How can you help get this done on priority and with proper customer satisfaction.

      I am attaching screenshot of my sms conversion with your reliance digital head at bangalore – mr. Amit mallick whom i have called so frequently but has not even bothered to address my problem.

        20 days back I have purchased a Samsung french digital door refrigerator. but I have received a defected product. after raising complains so many times, I have yet not got a proper response from the reliance digital where from I purchased this product. I am not satisfied with the service of the company.plz, rectify my problem as soon as possible, as I have been waiting for a proper solution. we have not expected this type of disappointment from the company.
        reliance digital is a prestigious company but reliance digital company are not maintaining their standards of service.same on your service.

          Digital services company called me and offered a online home job, lady have explained about form filling but she didn't tell me about the agreement. At last she convinced me and asked my aadhar and photograph, and sign images. After registration she called me and said to read the agreement, after reading that i said that i will not do it, but she said if are not able to complete the work you can cancel the registration by paying fine and from then contact with that lady have been broken.
          Actually i have not received any mail for work, but some lady called and said to pay money for registration cancellation, i have paid 7800rs and she sent me noc regarding my payment and she said that your registration have been cancelled.
          After few days a advocate named aditya called me and said that your file is in court you have to pay money if not you will be arrested, they are calling daily to pay money. They are scaring me about filing a case and now they are calling from different phone numbers to contact me

            I have Purchased a Nokia 6.1 Plus device From your Outlet Riverside Avani Mall- Reliance Digital(POS 02IN[protected] at REL RETAIL LTD-DIGITAL) On[protected] for Rs. 15755.0 Customer Name : Sreya Biswas. It stopped working within 4 hr of purchase.
            I came to Store and handover the phone with accessories within 24hr or purchase.
            Floor Manager 'Ajay' behave is just ridiculous. Doesn't know how to talk to customers.
            They received the phone and said they will take it to Service center and fix it. But will not Replace it with a new one.

            My Question to you is Why should I take a repaired phone when you sold a malfunction phone to me ? You should give a new phone to.

            Otherwise I will have to go to Consumer forum with a help of Lawyer.

              My daikin ac is not working since last 4.5 months. Service person visited 3- 4 times but every time they come up with new problems. Still my ac s not working. Worst thing is on saturday i received call from service center that the part which ordered for your ac has come so we are sending service person to fit it. After technician visit he said headoffice sent wrong part. This won't be able to fit into that ac.
              Since last 4 months technician introducing me new problem like first time said leakage hai, second time said gas got over third time said pcb kharab ho gaya, fourth time said motor kharab hai.
              I purchased this ac just one and half year before from reliance digital with extended two years warranty.
              Now i am cursing myself very badly why i have gone to reliance. Its very poor service resq.
              From next time i will think 100 times before i purchase anythng from reliance.

              I bought from reliance digital thripunithura one Samsung LED TV before two year that time I took extented for three years. Now TV is compliment the shop staff not registered my warranty in system what should l, l compliment registered your custemmer care I am waiting for four days
              Not giving proper response..so lazy kinda of attitude ..I went Jio prepaid collection but it's like three times they said that they r busy ..no one show room still they r busy

                A lady called me about online home data entry jobs and she explained about work but didn't inform me about the agreement. She asked me about aadhar, photo, and signature photographs for registration of the job and after having registration she sent me a copy of agreement, i have asked her i will not do this job with agreement, then she made me to convince and i accepted the work. I have not received any mail or messages regarding work, i have also called them for work details but she didn't respond for any call or message. After 10days a lady called me and said that you should pay 7800 for not completing the work, i have that i didn't get any mail about work, then she said that we are not responsible for that and if you pay 7800 your agreement will be cancelled if not a case wil be filed on you. At last i accepted to pay money and cancel the agreement, she also sent a noc after paying. After 20days some one called me as a lawyer named aditya and asked me to pay 31000 to cancel the case from court if not you will be arrested. I am too much afraid about this can you help me in this i am not able to understand anything for what to because i am preparing for govt jobs now

                I had a good experience in ambattur reliance digital so I bought AC in Avadi reliance near my home very poor experience here..                   I recharged my connection (Bigtv connection:[protected] on 28/2/2018 rs.1499/- validity 1 year but i faced issue because it was not working, i called many times company customer care and they responded with technical issue is going on but problem did not resolve till one month so i disconnected the connection and request company to pay back my money because the company is not able to provide the service for which i paid.

                  I mailed many times to the company but did not get any response.
                  I would be very glad if i will get my refund throw this forum.

                    Hi, tv reconnect was sold to me by saying amazon stick will work properly howver my stick doesnt supposrt as mentioned by amazon team and now reliance digital is not taking responsibility of they issue they are just avoiding in solving the issue.

                    At the time of selling salesman named : gnaneshwar kate did the commitment it will work and we are sure about it now he is also not responding

                    All the false commitment and misleading a customer to sell the product is most unethical way is getting practised at thane godbandar road relaince digital store,

                      Unfortunately i buy 8 a/c 1.5 t from reliance digital dwarka sec 13, store.
                      The installation person come from noida center. At the time of installation service person says, out of 8 a/c only 7 have the remote and 1 remote will come by service center to your place. He did not complete the installation and not sing any feedback form my side. After regular follow up with store they not bother about my complaint. I complaint in the customer care no. About this. But no feedback.

                      Now what to do?

                        My self ashwaththi s, i bought a hp laptop in reliance digital - salem in the name of moorthi m s s s on 8th jul, 2018 using hdfc credit card. It is eligible for 5% cash back offer (Rs.2169.50) after 90 days. But it was not credited until now. I have complained in the local store about this many time but until now they don't give a proper response from salem showrrom.

                          I had purchased an reconnect air conditioner last year in april which is giving trouble and even after continous requests and mails they are not providing any solution for product under warranty..                             Few months back I purchased 4 reconnect AC 1.5 ton ac.
                            I thought it was the best product at its class but I think I was wrong.
                            Yesterday morning one of the ac Which was installed at my office Has blasted And I was lucky that no one got injured But unfortunately my office furniture has been damage (Burnt) Due to the explosion in the AC.
                            Yesterday after the explosions I have complained at your customer care number By today one of the engineer has visited The place .But as for him The AC was Completely Alright And the blast which was caused in the AC Was due to our Fault
                            I am really unsatisfied with the product and the service which was provided by reconnect Engineer
                            When I showed him that the line was completely alright none of the MCB trip down Due to any kind of the short circuit And the AC caught fire don’t know why?
                            But the engineers did not agree with my statement And he told me it is Not a company fault and we can’t do anything in this case
                            I am attaching few photographs of the damage place which was damage due to the explosion if ac and I request you to get back to me as soon as possible otherwise I will take some strict action

                              I have purchased from godrej 1.5 ton ac from reliance digital in the month of april 2015 and i have extended warranty up to april 2020.

                              I have raised request for uninstallation on 23rd feb 2019 as i am shifting home on 28th feb 2019. I have not received any call from technician and i have followed up with reliance customer everyday. But they could not be able to provide service and i had to uninstall ac with other technician as i vacated on 28th feb 2019.

                              On 1st march 2019, i received call from technician and i was told that he was assigned for uninstallation, i clearly told him that it was uninstalled by other technician and i request him to install the product. He visited my home and installed product but he told that he is suspecting the gas is leaking and told that he will send other technician by next day as he is not aware of repair. I have spoken to reliance resq hyderabad office and got assurance that they will send experienced technician by next day and collected installation charges from me.

                              On 2nd march 2019, i called reliance resq hyderabad office and requested fro technician and i was told that by 11:30 am technician will be at my home as they have already assigned inspector. I clearly told them i am on leave to get it repaired. But later neither their technician visited my home not reliance resq hyderabad office has picked up my call. They avoided my calls (More than 20 times) and not responded to my messages in whats app even they have seen my messages.

                              On 3rd march 2019, i have called to reliance customer care and made conference call with reliance resq hyderabad office. Reliance resq office again promised that they will send technician by 4th march 2019.

                              So far i have not received service from that in spite of everyday follow up with reliance customer care. Today they are questioning that as per the company policy warranty is not applicable because i have done uninstalltion from third party.

                              It took 13 days for them to tell this information and wasted my time every day saying that they will be sending technician.

                              As per reliance resq policy, they are supposed to provide service with in 48 hours. But i have not received their service for uninstallation which i raised request on 23rd feb 2019. They responded to my service request after 7 days. If i don't get service from reliance resq, what i am supposed to do as i have to vacate my house.

                              As per reliance resq service policy, they are not responsible as the product was uninstalled by third party, then why their technician attended for installation and why he has promised that they will send another technician by next day and why they have collected payment from me for installation.

                              I have been promised and assured by customer care and reliance resq service office everyday that they will be sending technician from 2nd march 2019 on wards but avoiding my calls intentionally and wasting my time and energy.

                              I have recorded each and every call while i was speaking to reliance resq office and customer care. After so many days of requests and follow up now they are trying to avoid providing service by blaming that i have taken service from third party and trying to blame other technician as they were damaged the equipment.

                              I have all the evidences and records of each and every day with me.

                              This is really pathetic service and a shame to reliance.

The sceduled delivery was on 11 mar 2019 however after repetative call the product was not delivered on the day amd has been confirmed to be delivered by next day. On next day also the same thing repeated and the executives were continuasly harrasing us by wrong commitments

                                  We recently bought a headphone from your reliance digital ambience mall gurgaon (Invoice attached for your reference).

                                  We are compelled to return this product. Our reasons for doing so is that at the time of purchase we were told that noise canceling would work with calls but when we started using it, we found that the noise canceling is not working with calls.

                                  The main reason to buy this product was to derive the benefit of noise cancellation with music and calls as well, but as per your commitment noise cancellation is not working at all on calls.

                                  So we would like to return this product.

                                  We hope you will revert on this matter on urgent basis.

                                    I purchased lg 1.5 ton ac in april 2014 but installing lg 1.0 ton ac. The installer told me that is 1.5 ton ac at the time of installation.                                       I had bought moon drop water filter in month of may from reliance store (Inrobit mall madhapur hyderabad) first it took few month to install the filter. (Pls check all record from customer care number) after installing on 1 st jan 2019 around 11 a. M water started leaking from the filter. Again i struggled to get that rectified. After 4 -5 days it got rectified but same day water started leaking again. My house was full of water. The was gone neighbors house and lift landing area. From 3 a. M to 5 a. M i was take out the water from the effective areas. Again i complained no one came for two days. (The maintains staff working day and the customer working days are same. So customer has to take a leave to get the maintains done at home. Since you cant stay without filter water for so long so i had made alternative arrangement. Kindly get defective moon drop water filter remove from my house and refucn my money.

                                      Invoice provided by reliance digital for my Opp F7 has fainted and it is not visible .I have to claim warranty . Could you please provide the soft copy of the invoice?

                                      Purchased in May 2018 on the name of Jyotiranjan Panda from Ansal Plaza reliance digital store, Gurgaon.

                                        I have bought tv from reliance digital a s rao nagar on 04.03.2019. As per policy my tv has to be delivered on 05.03.2019 and installation has to be done by 06.03.2019. I have received my tv today i. E., 07.03.2019 when i requested for installation they are asking me one more day. I tried to register my complaint but the reliance customer care has not registered my complaint i called them twice. Worst service by reliance digital. I am planing to go to consumer care. Definitely will never go and recommend people to buy products from reliance digital
