I have purchased hp laptop on 11 novmber 2018 from reliance digital mall from pune where i was told that i will get 10% cashback (Maximum 2000₹) on my axis bank debit card in 90 days in my axis bank account but have not get any cashback from reliance yet. Purchased a refrigerator (Samsung make) worth more than 30000/- (Bill copy added as photo). I had a problem with product during installation and after also. Technician has come on[protected] after repeated requests of replacement of the product and noted the defect. Now they want to repair the new product which is not acceptable to me. I would like have replacement of the product nothing less than that.
