Worst and poor customer servicing provided by company. I have registered a complaint on priority basis on 26 march 2019, and person is on its way since 3 days as per company saying. What kind of priority service is this?

I purcahse samsung television on 3 sep 2018 and made payment through Hdfc credit card for 27500 rs and that time your representative said that I will receive 10% cash back after 90 days but I received 5% cash back so pls solve it as early as possible so that I can trust on reliance digital in future

    I purchased tcl 32"android television // (Tcl 3286500s) from reliance digital show room laksmipuram guntur on 19/03/2017 and paid the amount rs. 12, 990/ by credit card at 7.30 p. M, the shop officials
    Assured delivery on the next day. (20/03/2019) i clearly requested the need for wall mounting installation in view of. Small kid present in the house. The next day as assured the t. V is delivered in the after noon. One hour after the delivery the technician to whom the work is assigned by the retailer came and told that he forgot to bring the wall mount system and installed on a table and promised to fix wall mount on the next day. However even after repeated reminders by phone the wall mount not fixed till date. As feared by us the kid has touched the tv in our absence and fallen from the table and display system is damaged.. When i

      My laptop hp pavilion is brought in reliance digital chrompet branch. I have insured additional 2 years reliance warrenty. Now my laptophad a keyboard problem. So I submitted my laptop in reliance digital chrompet for service on January 21, 2019. On feb 17 they returned my laptop without servicing so i again rised my complient. But more three months i am waiting for my laptop they did not response us. Without my laptop i am struggling. They didn’t give any response for us. Till date i didn’t get any information about my laptop. I rise a complient about reliance digital chrompet. I want a result get soon

            I bought the above ac from "reliance digital" show room;s. P. Road;begumpet, hyderabad-500016 on 21.04.2018 for rs.31, 089.33/-. It is delivered and installed after 10 days of purchase. I used only for two months in last summer and i lodged 3 complaints in 2018 summer on various grounds. This year when i started in the second week of mar2019; it has stopped working with error code"e4" and i lodged a complaint with the "reliance dital" on 15.03.2019. Even after 18 days of my complaint and daily reminders to various "reliance digital" authorities, no action has ben taken to rectify. I had already spent one month summer without ac.

            THE FIRST THING I DID WAS TO FILE COMPLAINT ON YOUR TOLL FREE NUMBER AND ON ALSO ON LINE. i ALSO TELEPHONED TO YOUR SERVICING PERSONAL AND CONTACTED YOUR SERVICE COUNTER IN THE SHOWROOM, FROM WHERE I PURCHASED THE UNIT . pL. LET ME KNOW WHAT ELSE I HAVE TO DO TO DRAW YOUR ATTENTION AND THE DIFFICULTIES I AM FACING WITHOUT A.C. IN SUMMER FROM LAST 20 DAYS. TWO TIMES YOUR SERVICE PERSONAL CAME IN THE NIGHT 7-9 PM. iT IS SPLIT ac THE MAIN UNIT IS OUTSIDE. hOW CAN THEY SEE AND REPAIR OUTSIDE UNIT DURING NIGHT WITHOUT A LADDER AND EVEN TORCH LIGHT.

              I have purchased an hitachi ac from reliance digital punjagutta branch hyderabad and the installation was supposed to be free. The service person came for installation and charged me 500 to open the window. He have fit the ac but didn't fit window back. I have got it done by some other guy by my own and no one have given me demo at least. Now when i am trying to check the ac the ac is not working i. E., it is not reducing the temperature in the room.
              I have mentioned this even in the feedback where i have to give rating. I am promised that the service executive will visit my place next working day. It have been 10 days now that no one have even called me.

                Its a very big mistake to bought the subject line product from reliance digital as from started 20-30times is repaired and for the same one guy come from reliance digital and another from livpure and charges money, as i already taken the warranty extended for the product for 2years,

                My concern is now that its a product defect or any defected product handed over to me.

                Its a severe concern and expected early revert from your end.

                    I have complained in Reliance Digital Customer Care for the AC services and i got the answer executive will visit for service. After 1 day i got a call from reliance digital service center and he confirm he is coming in 15 mins. After waiting for 2 hours i called back at the same number but he didn't pick. I try after some time again the same problem he didn't pick up. i waited whole no one has come for service. After 8 Pm i called him to confirm that he is coming tomorrow or not. Again same issue. I tries from other number then he pick up the call and told he forget he phone at home. That’s why he was not able to come. He said that he will come tomorrow. Next Day i received call after other executive reliance digital service center for AC service and he came after 20 mins for service. I don't know he knows about AC service or not or fresher. He has damaged my AC and broken the AC panel and put tape and he told me he will come in few mins and run away. I did complaint in reliance digital service center but didn't get the response. They told me they will talk to executive and will confirm me but i didn't the any response.

                      This complaint is about an ac purchase on 28/09/2016.in chennai at reliance digital kolathur branch chennai. I requested for a general service with resq for the ac with after two years as we were having allergic issues due to dust accumulation in the roller fan in indoor unit. Since i had an additional 2 year annual maintenance contract the technician arrived and carried a caustic soda wash for the indoor unit which went on well, and fixed it back with good cooling for the next 20 days. The problem then started with not getting cooling, i called the resq tech. Back and he checked the indoor unit and said that there might be a leak in the indoor unit coil, so he dismantled the indoor unit and took with him to his resq center to conduct a nitrogen test to identify the leak in the indoor coil. Well he informed that there is a leak in the indoor coil. Resq arranged a replacement coil, but the one they received was not matching with the model i had, so it was ordered from mumbai warehouse, pleas note that it is already 15 to 20 days, the indoor unit with them, and finally the spare arrived. It was fixed at my place the very next day, only to be working for the next 20-25 days. Again the cooling issue started, the technician for resq arrived and this time he suspected that there might be a leak in the copper tubes connecting from outdoor unit to indoor unit. As this is not covered in the amc, i had to shell out rs. 5000 from my pocket, only to work for another 20-25-days. Now my recent compliant no. Is [protected] dated 21/03/2019, and this time the resq is suspecting on many components in my ac, like the leak in out door coil, or cooling sensor, or the thermostat, etc. Etc... Finally they treated my ac as an training unit for the unprofessional technicians. Now it has become difficult for the resq technicians to pin point the problem. I have paid rs. 47000 for this ac just to bring headaches, agony and frustration. I finally contacted reliance head and request for an replacement, mentioning all the time spent (6months) spent with their resq team. And their unsuccesfulness, now they simply say that they will send their technician again for the repairs, and they informed that they cannot arrange for a replacement as i am out of warranty period. So. Paying so much amount (Rs. 47000) for this ac has brought my mental distress and i feel i was cheated. Mr. Jitendra surve is the ceo of escalation team from reliance digital terail limited who refused to replace the ac, and the local resq manager is mr. Mohan. With contact no. [protected]. I kindly request you to take strict action on these people and do the needful.

                          I have raised a complain regarding tv issue on 28th march, 2019 but reliance digital has not sent any technician yet in last 72hours. Its been 3days but i have not got any reply for the same. Also no one is picking up a call in reliance digital tonight. Complained was noted down by delsy. After that we also had talk with maulikbhai and mr. Rupesh patel who is main head in reliance digital, panchwati but today they are not receiving any call from us and not replying back. Please solve my complain as early as possible. This is not done with the service from reliance digital which is very huge electronic store in today's era. We also asked for complain number but they did not provided it. My tv is still in warranty of 3years as we purchased it on 8th may, 2016 and also we have a insurance for the same which is still in validity.

                          Please do not force me to spread this news everywhere and solve it by tomorrow itself.

                            My registered phone number for kent product i bought from u is [protected]. A complaint was lodged on 22nd march 2019, that the machine has stopped working, and sounding an alarm for filter change.
                            Till date, that 28.3.19, the service has not been provided despite escalating the issue twice.
                            We would like a refund of the extended warranty costs we paid reliance digital as in the very first service request itself, you are found to be woefully inadequate.

                              I generally visit Reliance Digital store which is located in Phoenix Market City Kurla with my family and most of the products at my home have been bought from the store only today I visited to store with my sister to buy a new air conditioner in the evening around 7:00 p.m. I went to the air conditioner section and started asking the salesman about the best one for me while I was asking the salesman I saw and other salesman from a shorter distance staring at my sister in a very bad way after sometime the salesman who was staring my sister came to the salesman near me started sharing my sister I told that salesman that please stop staring my sister in a polite way but the salesman started abusing me and my sister and started arguing with us then to after that I said it's ok and I left without inquiring while I was leaving I noticed that that the salesman was abusing from behind to me and my sister this time I couldn't control I went to the manager and complain about this guy the manager took me to the Salesman in front of that salesman the manager did not took any action and told me that this is man is very nice he won't do that Or else you might have a misunderstanding and prove me wrong it was very bad and shameful for us

                                Not providing the service. After multiple call, no technician visits. Raised complain number. Also if we talk about the complain numbers, they raise a new service request so that the old one is ignored. If we ask about the old ones they hand up the call.

                                After you get the technician, you have to pay for the service saying that reliance would reimburse and they would not pay it up unless you have the patience to to call 20 times, visit the store and still dont get the money.

                                  I purchased new samsung j7 pro from vikaspuri relaince mall in dec. 2017 & took 2 year extended warranty same time, as insisted by mall sales person.
                                  Last month i saw some screen discoloration which was gradually growing. There was no damage happened so i visited relaince resq centre, kirti nagar on 25th february 2019 - where engineer mr. Anish told that it'll be repaired under warranty and may take 10-12 days. He told that he himself will inform when set repaired. Today is 27th march.. Till no information. I visited there for 2 times & called their online number as well taken other numbers, but no update of my handset. They always make excuses & not allowing to speak with mr. Anish. I have proof of their repair job sheet with me. Kindly take a strong step so that this kind of inconvenience, looting thru extended warranty, irresponsible and loss of time would not happen in future to any customer.

                                  Lastly i want my handset to be returned okay at earliest.

                                    After problem is not resolved.. Problem is same. Again compliant reliance digital problem not resolved. After 1 or 2 days service provided come here and removed both parts (Indoor unit and outdoor unit). They took into service centre.

                                    They told problem coil problem..
                                    When i call service centre they are not responding... So many calls.. They are not lift calls. If they are lift call, they told 2 days will it compete... So many days take time..

                                      Our team tried contacting you, however, was unable to connect. We request you to visit the store tomorrow with photo id proof (Pan card) in order to collect the amount from the store.
                                      I bought LG AC 14-Mar-2019, but so far it was not installed by the Reliance Digital ResQ people or support people. Was spoke to Store Manager and ResQ Manager, but they are talking in head weight, raised complaint in customer in 4 times, but there is no response. It is really worst service now a days and not respect to the people.

                                        Sir, i purchased auqagaurd water purifier in reliance digital one year back. At that time i took an extended warranty for 4more years from them. After one year they have to change all the filters. Past 3weeks i called them several times for service. They called once when i am outside, i told them to come next day as there is no one in the house. Afterwards when ever i called callcenter, they are simply saying that they will call back. Till now no one called from service center or call centre. Please take nessesary action and provide service. As this is a drinking water problem, take it as priority. Thanking you sir

                                        I have purchased washing machine of lg on 13th march'19 but still installation/demo is pending and I have registered complaint in customer care also before 2 days(Talked with Ms Sheetal and mr. Vikash) but not resolved till now. Request you to please resolve or return back my money.

                                        In future I will not purchase anything from reliance store.
                                        I am waiting for installation from yesterday afternoon. So many persons called me but no one come for installation.

                                        While calling the technician they were switched off there mobile.

                                        I am waiting for them from morning by taking leave to office.
