I had taken rescue plan from reliance which is valid at present. I had given a complaint regarding the repair in my refrigerator. I had also given a complaint in samsung on the same date. They had informed us that under the confirmation from reliance rescue the service will be done. The confirmation is not given till date. I had been calling your reliance almost every day but you have not responded satisfacorily. Every time you had been saying the complaint will be attended in 48 hours from the date of my complaint. You had created mental agony by making me to call and in turn making me to wait for...

Your Ofc representive suprya is not being of any help. Except making false promises. I am not getting any resolution. I don’t think I will ever take extended warranty from reliance again. It’s a waste of money

    I had purchased a hitachi double door refrigerator with extended warranty (Attached below is the bill copy for bill number and other details). However, recently the refrigerators doors do not close properly so i contacted the reliance digital call centre and logged the online complaint on january, 2019. The service guys then visited and checked the refrigerator but he never showed up to my place to replace the faulty parts for reasons best known to him. It has been 34 days but nobody cares to reply or contact me about the quality of the service provided or if the service guy showed up to my place or not. This is pathetic service from reliance as well as from hitachi.

    Requesting you to please look into the matter and send the service engineers right away with replacement parts.

        I am writing to express my sheer disappointment towards my shopping experience with reliance digital. I had purchased samsung 43 ultra hd television worth rs.55000 in november 2018. At that time i was assured of giving free samsung bluetooth headset on purchase of tv by a staff member. Therefore, we have happily purchased the product. However, it has been almost 3 months and i have not received free gift till date. I had visited reliance digital maddilapalem branch several times but the staff have plainly said that there is no stock.

        I look forward for your positive response and immediate resolution on this matter.

          I had purchase dell laptop on 25th december 2018 from reliance digital store of korrum mall thane.in time of purchase reliance staff said you have 1 year warranty on both hardware & software issue. If software issue happen you have to come store to reslove. After 15 days i came minor software issue on laptop. When we go your store with laptop to resolve the issue. Your software engineer start misbehavior to us. Talking very rudely.

          I just want to know is this you service provide to customer.

          After this why i shop you in your store in future. I am very disappointed your service.

            I purchased a microwave oven from your outlet located at v3s mall, nirman vihar, new delhi. I got a msg and a mail that my product is delivered to me on 3rd feb 2019 before 22:00. But no delivery made on this regards.. I also try to call at customer care center, but at 21:15 there is just a recorded msg that "customer care supports from 9:30 to 21:30".. So if your customer care is not efficient then why there is such a recorded msg.. This is my first time purchase at reliance digital and this is a very bad experience... And also regarding to delivery.. If you guys unable to deliver the product on time then u commit to do so.

              Purchased a fridge of whirlpool make on 30.12.2018 at panjagutta reliance hyderabad and received my product on 09.01.2019 and found a dent on it and complaint raised for replacement on 09.01.2019 till date we are in continuously following up with miss pallavi sing (Manager) and mr srinivas (Manager) for replacement they have aggreged for it but not responding and keep on extending the date. The details of the product have been attached in the photos. And my contact no is [protected]. Even one of your executive had visited on 12.01.2019 after rigorous follow up and confirmed the damage.

                In your rd ambience mall vasant kunj, today i finalised philips electric shaver as price displayed by your store manager rs.1299/- but during purcahse they said it’s now rs.1549/- and i quote “just now it has increased” and he admitted the same for other products as well that all the mentioned prices for the products have gone up bt on the display the prices they have mentioned is different. This is to my utter dissatisfaction and i feel sorry for all the customers including me who are being cheated by your store officials!!
                I had purchased iphone x in 31st dec 2017 from here only and even other electronic items from rd ambience mall vasant kunj, so i had a trust built with you, but now i seriously feel cheated that such deceiving policies are being made and implemented here in rd stores, may be all over india who knows!!
                Sorry to say but you have lost one your loyal customers!! May be it wont matter to you but surely this might affect the brand image!!
                Kindly look into this matter and view it seriously!!

                  On last thursday, i purchased hp laptop in your omr, shollinganalur, chennai showroom. Before i bought it the sales representative sangeeta said she will manage to deliver it by sunday or latest by monday. Friday when i called her she says there is no tracking mechanism, when i insisted she said she will track update me. Yesterday again i called to check, she said she will get, but never called back. Since yesterday evening, she has stopped answering my calls.

                  Before purchasing she kept calling me up 2 or 3 times. I have made full payment for the laptop.

                    Please refer to my above service request no. [protected].

                    Please also correct the false feedbacks received by you from your customer care executive and service engineer. My tv is under extended warranty and at the time of my purchase, the sales executive at reliance digital, suman nagar, chembur had unequivocally and categorically informed me that it would also cover 'reinstallation' of the product.

                    The service request was to merely put the tv as wall mount and the engineer told that he would call back after checking with the said store. However, he didn't call for more than an hour and only after contacting customer care, did he give a call, shamelessly repeating the same fake story.

                    An amount of 550/- which i'd have to pay was never a consideration. It was about the assurance given at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, this is not my first of such experiences with reliance digital and by the same experience, i do not expect any corrective action from your end.

                    This email is to simply put the record straight. I'd also like to intimate you that i'm contemplating appropriate legal action against reliance digital for breach of contract and breach of trust.

                      Tv which was under warranty was asked to be repaired. Very poor response from service team who came and checked the tv and told us that the tv will be serviced soon. I have called multiple executives of the mangalore branch of reliance and so far all they say is 'sir, the work will be done in 2days' each and every time i call. The technician has finished his work on the 17th of jan, 2019 and your service department has yet to respond. We have been without a tv for almost 15days. I even spoke to the service manager who said he will call me back, but much to my disappointment he too did not call me back. And the worst thing is that they feel no sense of responsibility regarding their poor work ethics and casually respond saying two days everytime i call them. Please make a note of this poor behaviour and hoping this doesn't happen to your other customers

                        Reliance digital is a big fraud company there words have no value at all.I bought a e nescafe coffee maker from them the product is having minor scratches in that so i told them too replace the product they have picked up the product on[protected].
                        And from[protected] i called them daily too please replace the product and send them as soon as possible.today it is[protected] and they are saying me still the product has not been received in our warehouse they are making me chutiya.Reliance is such a chutiya company.They are telling such a cheap lie yesterday that my courier partner is mentioned here that there is no place in our parcel van for your product so it will be reach in our warehouse tomorrow and today when i called them still they are saying the product still not reached in our warehouse.what too do with these cheap and fraud companies?### off reliance digital

                            I have purchased Panasonic Ac before 9 month from reliance digital. Before 10 days 19 Jan 2019 dated I already submitted request about my AC servicing but no any response and no any service provide.
                            After 3 days 22 Jan 2019 dated I was shocked I have received massage from reliance digital that your work is complete please share your experiences. I am thinking till date how is possible that my work is pending and why reliance digital is massage me your work is complete. Third class service of reliance digital I porsonaly suggest don't purchase any items from reliance digital.

                              Sir, i arpana kumari purched a sony 43 uhd smart led tv model 43x7500f on your reliance digital shop gaya bihar previous as per quotation mrp was 50392 /-and gst 28%19597 /- total 69990/_i paid amt through dd but at the time of purchasing bill was 54990 and 14999 respectively. I have to submit my bill in my office but bill amt was totally mismatch. I am in problem the manager of shop was not providing correct bill.                                 Dear sir/madam,

                                I bought grocery stuff from reliance smart dwarka from hdfc credit card on[protected], due to lot of stuff with me i was unable to check bill. I bought three catch masala 500gm each under the scheme but two get one free but i didn’t get that offer u charge me for all three same with cumins buy one get one scheme on that but u have charged me for two and another way i didn’t get 5% cash back as i paid through hdfc credit card my amount was 4602.46 and another bill 277.95 and your bill counter leady has told me that i will get 5% cash back on it.

                                Kindly resolve this issue

                                  I had purchased reconnect tv and samsung fridge on[protected], there was an offer on the tv. We were told the speaker on offer would reach us with in a week. It's 26th jan 2019 today, i have been to the store 5 times to inquire about the same, i was told it will come with in a week.
                                  The problem i want to highlight is
                                  1. I never got a call from reliance digital store confirming the reading or delay
                                  2. Everytime i visited to inquire, they made fake promises of delivery
                                  3. If you can't deliver products on time then don't give offers, it is unnecessary harrassment for the customer to follow up

                                  I also want to highlight mr. Biswajit das, i was following up with him but he didn't do anything either. Today on 26 the i have been told by the store manager that we will get the delivery in a week but with so many lies in the background i have my trust issues now.

                                  Who so ever this complaint will go, please try to resolve the issue on priority i can't follow up anymore.

                                    The subject mentioned item was purchased in 2016 - 17 from sri ganganagar outlet of yours.
                                    It is a 6.5 kg top load automatic w/m.

                                    The sensor which is supposed to beep only went the lid is open now beeps even wen it's closed n will not resume the operation till the lid is opened n closed.

                                    Request technical help/ repair may be provided at jalandhar.

                                      I have bought an Aquaguard water purifier from Reliance Digital on 24 th January but after delivery I have seen that so many scratches on the top of the product and most importantly the MFD date of the product is 01/14..They actually sent us a 5 years old model with so many scratches.When we told about replacement it was told to us thats are actually not an issue and they would not replace the product.Why should I accept a 5 years old model???I only just want to replace the product or cash refund as early as possible..If the problem not be solved I would definitely lodge a complaint against the store to the Consumer Forum.
