I have purchased jbl 2.1 speaker on 31nov 2018 and product deliver to me on 1st dec 2018 ans 2 dec i have facing issue and i report to store, store person promiss me for replacement after jbl technician observations and till date 15december i ma not gettting any positive response from store.
And managers word is too hard

I am going to destroy relinece cuatomer now...

Worst service.. There is no value to the customer... I buy new lg tv in your store... The technician not responding to me at all... Even he not attending my call but he talks to other person... This is the way to treat a customer... Plzz give some bloody respect to customers... Respond to the customer feedback and problems... From now i don't want to buy anything from reliance digital.....

I bought my jbl headphones in reliance digital showroom at hyderabad. I verified about the warranty details and replacement. Incase of not working i was told that replacement can be done at any showroom across india. Now oneside is not working and bengaluru showroom deny for replacement and say that it will be done only at the same place. How am i supposed to visit the same place for replacement? I purchased intex led 32 " my tv panel board is blind. So, i complaint your tall free no. And engineers will complete my tv. Now, my tv is blind i dose complaint again. But, today my tv is not repair by your engineers, not support by your service center. I call daily your center but i not satisfied hes answer. So, i dont want your tv. Digital services is a company worked for form filling and submitted the work within the given time but they generated QC as failed, ccross checked it but many of them are correct but marked wrong. Tried to contact them so many times but no one attended or replied to my queries or mails sent. I even called Hiba Shiekh through whom i joined the part time about this but even she is also not responding. Got calls from advocate Mayur Joshi office...

I purchased lg uhd 4k 55uk6360 on[protected]Inv. No.[protected] dated 03.12.2018) from reliance digital limited, attapur, hyderabad. At the time of purchase, i was told that warranty for 1 year for the product and additional warranty for one year for 4k ips penal. The above tv was dedlvered and installed on[protected].

However, the warranty card given by the lg was only for 1 year for the product....

Since last week I notice a thin black line on the left side of the screen extending from top to bottom. The line is better marked when the screen display colour is light. Such line is not noticed when the display relates to black objects.

Please repair or replace or refund cash as you feel appropriate.

Yesterday i visited davanagere reliance digital to purchase a mobile phone. But the executive (Nayana) who is attending me started getting irritating after showing me 2-3 mobiles. We are using this AC since a year and there was no issue with the motor.

Now they took the AC to their service centre for cleaning and now the motor is not working as per the technician. I doubt they must have replaced the motor with the faulty one.
Also, if the AC was dispatched from the service centre to our place, it was not checked whether its working or not.

Since 17 days...

U r staff is cheating and he did not explain about extended warrenty... He puts a signatures from my father, but product is purchase with my name... And he added extended warrenty in kurnool..

I bought reliance machine rhswg 8001 on 5th nov and product got delivered in a couple days. On checking the machine it was defective and i raised a complaint immediately on 9th nov 2018. Twice i had visits from reliance and finally they agreed for replacement on 12th. After multiple followups, i got a call from reliance that product is not available locally so i need to wait for another 7-10 business days for the replacement to be delivered....

I am a reliance digital costomer i have purchased many electronic gadgets from reliance digital. 2 year ago i have purchased a laptop with extended insurance from u.
