We have purchased one Samsung AC with 2 years of ResQ Extended Warranty, for last couple of weeks we are chasing up the customer care for AC servicing, everytime there lines are busy for hours, finally somehow after waiting for several days they have logged a call and commuted to send the engineer in 2 days, now its been more than 3 weeks they have not turned up, we are following up on daily basis, they listen the problem put the call on hold and cut the line after few minutes, 2 weeks back their engineer called me and said that he will come tomorrow, but next day he did not pick the phone every time the same thing is happening, this is really mentally harassment for us,
