I purchased lg 1.5 ton ac in april 2014 but installing lg 1.0 ton ac. The installer told me that is 1.5 ton ac at the time of installation. Ifound these mistake in february 2nd 2019.     Namaste!

    I had bought moon drop water filter in month of may from reliance store (Inrobit mall madhapur hyderabad) first it took few month to install the filter. (Pls check all record from customer care number) after installing on 1 st jan 2019 around 11 a. M water started leaking from the filter. Again i struggled to get that rectified. After 4 -5 days it got rectified but same day water started leaking again. My house was full of water. The was gone neighbors house and lift landing area. From 3 a. M to 5 a. M i was take out the water from the effective areas. Again i complained no one came for two days. (The maintains staff working day and the customer working days are same. So customer has to take a leave to get the maintains done at home. Since you cant stay without filter water for so long so i had made alternative arrangement. Kindly get defective moon drop water filter remove from my house and refucn my money.

    Invoice provided by reliance digital for my Opp F7 has fainted and it is not visible .I have to claim warranty . Could you please provide the soft copy of the invoice?

      I have bought tv from reliance digital a s rao nagar on 04.03.2019. As per policy my tv has to be delivered on 05.03.2019 and installation has to be done by 06.03.2019. I have received my tv today i. E., 07.03.2019 when i requested for installation they are asking me one more day. I tried to register my complaint but the reliance customer care has not registered my complaint i called them twice. Worst service by reliance digital. I am planing to go to consumer care. Definitely will never go and recommend people to buy products from reliance digital

        Dear team,

        Writing this post after tremendous day in your kolathur chennai branch... Standing for 3 hour for getting solution for a issue which i am facing for last 20 days. Let me write elaborately and pls help me on this...

        Sep 16 - purchased panasonic inverter 1 ton ac
        Feb 22 - raised complaint for no cooling
        Resq service team person visited after 2 days to house and just by seeing the ac he himself diagnosed without touching got to know that indoor board gone and ordered part with brand.
        Then waited for long 7 days.
        Then comes the part a d service completed but again no cooling.
        The comes next idea by saying sensor is not good. And done something on that.
        Then they suddenly told that remote problem and take remote for 2 days.
        Then again yesterday closed old complaint themself.
        Then i raised new complaint.
        Today they have visited and now ordered outdoor board.
        And i visited showroom and informed to give permanent solution which no body interested

        They informed manager is not available and need to visit tomorrow.

        Pls take back the defective ac and provide new one.

        I am waiting for after sales service which is totally messed up.

        I am in doubt that resq service centre is trying to order parts from brand and selling. Can see they interested in ordering part rather then giving permanent solution.

        Pls take the ac and provide some other sound product.

          Yesterday i purchaced a redemi 6pro from reliance digital with the price of 11500, surprise about that, adjoining mi store given same mobile pricing with 10999. I feel cheated from reliance. When i go to bill desk fro comllaint about that. He demanded qutation from mi store for same. But when i was go to mi store for cotation. He asked me why cotation required because our display price is 10999 for same. But reliance staf still want qutation for refund.
          Its very wrong, for cusomer trust.

            I want to purchase a mobile and gone to your store there one of your employ name "bhagwan singh" at reliance mini store, tarn taran had done fraud with me. He has swapped my credit card against a mobile which he was supposed to give me and told me that he will give the mobile nxt day but he has not given me mobile even after 2 months

              I lodged a complaint on reconnect tv at gopikrishna electronic, vijayawada and repeatedly complaint through your toll free number. Still today no one respond properly. Actually i personally gone to gopikrishna electronic, vijayawada[service centre] and repoted about the problem. Then one technician[appa rao] came to my house and removed the start button and then said it can be rectified with new one. He collected the amount for service and for spare part. Later he never turn up and no response from your service centre.
              In dec, 2018, no response for my service request number[protected] from your service centre
              Please to the needful in this regard and replace the part which is removed by the company technician as early.

                Actually i handed over my tv to you one month back to solve issue in it, but still am not getting any update about my tv can you tell me that what is the issue in delay. One more thing is that i never seen this type worst service in any company as yours. I visited your store many times about this issue but no one respond my problem. You need to provide me the details about my product status that about repairing within 24hours otherwise i will go to the consumer court you will face the problem definitely your thinking that we are all fools let’s see what happen

                  I have purchased a Samsung FF253 lt refrigerator from Reliance store Shahibaug, Ahmedabad on 7th October 2018 using my debit card, but have not received the cash back as promised even after five months. Every time I contact them they ask for my bank statement and ask me to wait for one more month. But till now they have not followed it up. I shall be thankful if you can kindly arrange for my Cashback at your earliest.

                    I've purchased vivo v11 pro mobile on september 15th 2018 at reliance digital, annasalai, chennai. Sales person told me clearly there is one time screen replacement offer is going on within 6 months. Now i came for screen replacement to ambattur vivo service center and they asked for 1000rs as labour charge. Am confused why must i pay when i have warranty still and as well as screen replacement offer but still they asking for labour charge which i feel like cheated. Nobody told i had to pay labour charge for screen replacement.

                      I gave my samsung a5 mobile phone for insurance claim at reliance digital malak. They said physical damage can't be covered under this insurance.

                      I paid 22900/- cash for the mobile and 2300 for the insurance for two years and i was assured from the sales guy that anything happened to the phone will be covered in reliance resq insurance.

                      At the time of sale they made every effort that customers purchase their insurance but ground reality come when you actually visit to claim something.

                      I called their customer care they said if you want to know the details of the plans then you need to visit the reliance resq near to you and it was 45 km away from my house. Once visited their they said you need to visit reliance digital, which was another 40 km.

                      Highly unprofessional staff, which had zero knowledge of their own product.

                        I had extremely bad experience with reliance digital in juhu. Wanted to buy a laptop which initially they said will be made available in a couple of days. When i went to make payment, i was told it will take 7 days max. On the price, i was told one price when i went to the store, but when i was at the cash counter, the price was increased by 4k. Still i said i will go ahead, thinking it was a genuine mistake. Made a full payment. Was following up regularly in next week and even on the day prior to delivery day i was told i will get tomorrow afternoon. But on the day of delivery i called and they said it is out of stock and will take another 11 days. This was really not acceptable. The product was in hyderabad warehouse so i said you can get it in 4-5 days, i can wait for that long, but they didnt show any interest. I was given option to wait for 11 days or cancel the order. I went for cancellation and was told it will take 8-10 days for refund which i feel is too long. And now it is more than 13 days and still there is no refund. They are giving lame reasons for the delay, and saying it will take 4-5 days more.

                        Really lost all the trust in the store. They just wanted to overcommit without any backing.

                        They are not showing courtesy to update also, even after me calling multiple times. They just say they will call in 2 hours and never call.

                          I wanted to buy 4k led tv in your store in the early morning of sunday 24th feb, when i reached your showroom one of your employee have misguided me to a wrong parking place which has hit my car. This has been captured in the cctv and myself and krishna has evidenced the same.

                          The parking area was free and no vehicle was there in the basement still your staff have misguided me to keep it in front of the shop. When i approached krishna he has ignored my complaint and said do what ever you can.

                          I had a very bad day and thought not buy anything from reliance digital as the customer service is very very bad.

                          I am sure you will consider my complaint and revert back.

                            Hi, i have purchased hitachi air conditioner from reliancedigital in montgomery of december and didn't use it as it was winter, recently when we switched on ac it was not getting cooled plus the compressor is not getting switched on. We raised a complaint and the technician who visited is not interested in fixing the issue and said it gas related problem and also said another technician would attend. Till now noone turned up. I would never ever recommend reliancedigital to anyone. This is the 3 rd service or after sales issue that i am facing.. Very unresponsive and negligence towards customers..

                              I have bought one sony music system (Sony mhc-v41d) from reliance digital on 27-jan-19 costing 29999 approx. After 10 days of installation the led display of the music system got faulty. I have talk to manager of reliance digital manager, he suggest me to contact sony customer care at [protected]. I have call them & raise a complaint 52737188 on 10-feb-19. After 5-6 days mr. Shiv [protected] has called me & visited my place. After inspection he suggest me to get it check at service center for complete diagnosis. On which i have requested him to replace the same as product is only 10-15 days old, he has assured me that same will be replaced & replacement will be come in 15 days. So far there is no action from both sony & reliance digital. I am completely helpless.

                                  Sir this is kamal oruganti, i have reconnect air-conditioner, recently got the problem some cooling issue, and have called to customer care 13/02/2019, around 10:30am, customer care people told me our technician attended with in 48 hours, but he will attended 17/02/2019 around 6 or 6:30pm, there is no lighting, so technician told me, sir tommorow morning i will check, so 18/02/2019 monday he visited my home and checked the air-conditioner, but he didn't recognized the problem, so he told me we will take your air-conditioner to our service, after completion we will fix the air-conditioner, but i have waited till 20/02/2019,, but no body attended and didn't installed the my air-conditioner, 21/02/2019, i have called to so many times mr shoiab, but he didn't lift my call, so but that day evening he pickups my call and he told me sensor is the problem replaced we will send our technician tommorow means 22/02/2019, but 22/02/2019 no body attended, and today 23/02/2019, i have called 30+ more calls to mr shoiab, but he didn't lift my call, so i have decided to attend that resq service center today, but middle of journey shoiab called me, today our technician not possible to send so tommorow we will send, daily he telling tommorow tommorow tommorow,
                                  Finally i have to tell 3bad things
                                  1. No proper commitment
                                  2. No feed back call
                                  3. No respect to customer service
                                  Finally worst and worst
                                  I have full call records proofs starting onwards

                                  I purchased a dslr camera from reliance digital store at srs mall Lucknow in oct 18. I was told that I will receive 5% cash back, which I did not get till today(22 feb 19). Moreover when I tried to contact at store they do not give proper response. They try to avoid me. Kindly help me.

                                    My washing machine (Reconnect rhwt 6201) got repaired on 01/12/18 and i registered a complaint on 03/12/18. My service request number is [protected] mine is a paid service.
                                    The technician came on 11/12/2018 (After a week) and informed that the drain valve has to be replaced. Till today (12/01/2019) the problem is not rectified.
                                    On repeatedly calling and following up, i came to know that they don't have a spare and new one has to bought. Even after receipt of spare they failed to attend my problem.
                                    What makes me irritated is that they give false information and keep procrastinating the work. Its been almost 50 days. Pathetic service. I regret purchasing this product from reliance. I would not recommend anyone for your products and service. Only the customer care are responding and the service is very very poor. The brand name is being spoiled by the local service people in visakhapatnam. Highly disappointed and unsatisfied. I request the concerned to take corrective action without fail.
                                    I wonder that how would be the free service if the paid service itself is so poor.

                                    My complaint has been closed and informed as attended. No one came since months and i wonder how it was closed.

                                    I have a similar problem. My ref No is [protected]. They have stopped responding to my emails their customer care number is always busy. They do not have spares for a machine which is reliance machine Reconnect. I had purchased their item as I am a frequent visitor to Reliance digital. I have already paid service charges. The existing problem has happened after repairs were carried out. It was not a problem reflected in my list of problems to be rectified. I will be grateful if they repair the drain valve problem created by their technician.

                                        Yesterday i buy a tv from reliance digital store when i go to store i say i want a smart 32 inch tv salse man give a tv say it is a smart tv when installer came to install tv he open the seal installer say it is a non smart tv but the time of purchase i say i want a smart tv and salse man also say it is a smart tv but it is not.
                                        Then i go to the store to complain sales man told me no i say it is na non smart tv but the point of time he try to sale the tv he says it is a smart tv . Store senior say we will try but not conform to my request accepted or not but i want reliance digital cancel my loan then i can buy a smart tv
