Reliance digital is a big fraud company there words have no value at all.I bought a e nescafe coffee maker from them the product is having minor scratches in that so i told them too replace the product they have picked up the product on[protected].
And from[protected] i called them daily too please replace the product and send them as soon as possible.today it is[protected] and they are saying me still the product has not been received...

I bought samsung 9 kg automatic washing machine through bajaj finance on 27th jan 2019 from "logix mall" noida. The sales person forgot to update my current address correctly & i didn't received the product.
The extra smartness to sales person has delayed the product delivery by more than 48 hrs.

The subject mentioned item was purchased in 2016 - 17 from sri ganganagar outlet of yours.
It is a 6.5 kg top load automatic w/m.

The sensor which is supposed to beep only went the lid is open now beeps even wen it's closed n will not resume the operation till the lid is opened n closed.

Recently reliance digital personal has changed my water filter filters after a very hard struggle though it is under amc.

20 days after they changed water filter, water leakage started from waste water pipe while power is switched off, every time i call customer support they are saying on high priority we will take the call but they couldn't, so for they have created so many tickets but i didn't get any...

Trai has ordered 100fta channels at rs 130 and to pay for additional channels of your choice at m r p laid by trai

Hatway at bangalore is has clubbed many channels together at 300 to 550 per month. It is forcing customers to select one of the packs

We paid for 2 years package with 5 years free to air channel on 8th march 2018 but our dth not working & as usual customer care no. Not connected as well no response on mail, simply they keep sending sms "your account is suspended. Pls recharge rs. 265 to resume services...!!!" now question is while we paid for 2 year for all paid channel than why they are asking...?

Same happens 2nd time in april-18 to may-18 our dth was...

They want me to pay a ransum of 8800/-
For failings to do the job but i didn't sign any documents or any race to face interaction with this company

29th of june 2018 i bought a nokia handset 18999 from noida logix reliance digital.
Store committed 10% cash back within 90 days but i didn't get yet. I made no of complaint but i didn't get any solution from reliance digital.

They are only selling their product by giving false commitment this is not a good practice for business in future.

A negative word of mouth will create negative...

I just bought a wireless headset from reliance digital. They didn't have any demo pieces, so i bought it without checking it. Now am not happy with the experience and they say they don't accept returns after opening the pack!! I didn't even leave the store!!

It's like they don't even care about customer satisfaction. All the online stores are accepting returns. You can't they? I just want to buy a different product!...
