I purchased two nos ac from reliance digital near nanjappa circle vidyaranyapura pura main road. 1 ton
1 no and 1.5 ton 1 no. The items were delivered on 16/02/19 saturday. The technicians came for fitting on 17/02/19 while fixing 1 ton ac operation there was mismatch in the joining assembly of pipes. They told this is not a problem they can cut the copper pipe and put another screw available with them and proceed. Try told that this is the procedure when there is midmatch. We thought may be right and said yes. Then during fitting of 1.5 ton ac the same problem appeared. They once again wanted to cut and wed for which i objected. Then after clearly going through the machinery it is found they have fixed 1.5 ton indoor unit in place of 1 ton. To cover up their mistake now they are telling there answers. Now if you inter change once again the gas will be leaked. Hence i request you to supply with new machinery and get fixed from good technicians.

We bought reconnect jive on 26/1/2019 from Ur store, pinnacle mall Dwarka. They said the offer product is not available currently and will call in 4-5 days once the stock is there. It's very unprofessional that neither did they call and when we are calling they are saying it's unavailable. It's now 20 days.

    The camera which actually costs 84k but they are selling at 87k. Even though the product was not available they made me do login for bajaj finance. The sales executive's name is harsha.
    Just because of that when i got the product on other retailer on reasonable price, my application for finance option got rejected. Now i have to wait until 60 days to get the product on finance.

    Also due to that rejection of application my cibil got effected.

    Proper action against this harrassment is desired.

      I purchased an xiomi mi phone from reliance digital on 28th oct, 2018. They offered us 10% cash back with hdfc credit card payment.
      We paid with hdfc credit card. They made the transaction at their end and assured us to
      Credit the cash back within 90 days.

      Even after 4 months when we did not received cash back i raised a ticket to them with complaint number[protected].

        We have purchased a dish washer from your puttur (D. K.) outlet on[protected] in the name of subhash s nayak. Foam and water particles used to remain on the utensils after the wash cycle. With the direction of ifb technician we have tried the wash with many permutation & combination. Complaint continued. Hence replaced the machine. The 2nd machine had dent and it is also replaced with the third machine.
        In the 3rd machine the upper blade was fallen down after the first wash and later it was rectified. But the complaint about depositing foam and water particles continued with the 3rd machine.
        We feel that the technicians unable to identify the problem. Henceforth we will not allow any technician to visit my house. Because till now there were more than 12 visits. We urge you to refund the amount or else permit us to go for another model.
        There is no proper response from ifb in the matter. If you do not respond within 24 hours the matter will be taken to the appropriate forum.

          I have purchased hp laptop on 11 novmber 2018 from reliance digital mall from pune where i was told that i will get 10% cashback (Maximum 2000₹) on my axis bank debit card in 90 days in my axis bank account but have not get any cashback from reliance yet. Please consider my request. I purchased that laptop your fatimanagar reliance digital mall where diwali offers were going on. Please let me know what is the issue with my cashback amount. And how much time it will take to get it into my bank account.

            Mobile no.[protected] i was very dissatisfied for purchess my new laptop in reliance digital store address - halisahar, kanchrapara, west bengal 743145 store manager name - tarak sikdar

            I bought a lenovo ideapad 320 series i3 6thgen, 2gb hardicks price 37000 laptop.
            Then come home and use the laptop so i can see that i can not get what i need.
            That's why i took this laptop, it would have been better if i5 8th gen or more

            Two days later i went to reliance digital with a laptop date 12 feb, but they said that the laptop can not be changed, and they suggested that to sell laptops as a second hand price then purchess the new one so tell me what it's right.

            So, reliance does not say smile on the customer's face. Please do somthing quick.

            Reliance digital say the exchange of your product is not possible ok So, Reliance does not say Smile on the customer's face.But I thought the store manager might be better.
            Once you have visit the branch, see what the condition and How customer are fooled.I accept the money approx 38000 but the grand total is min 45000, If I get something better in this money So I would buy from the outside why Reliance would go.Those who want to buy a product in a little budget, do not go the Reliance Digital.Especially at the Kanchrapara Reliance digital.Cheat you by showing an offer,

            After giving the product does not do any duties.

              I am really fed up with service rendered by iyyappanthangal store.. Please find the attached bill for your ref..
              Actually my query is very simple i am unable to use my lap continiously 10 minutes since i bought laptop on 1st of 2019..
              Regarding that i complained about the product very next day.. They ask me to hand over the lap @ store.. I had done the same.. After two day they ask me to collect lap sine the complaint launched by the store..
              Today i had received the call from store they are asking me to give some more details from lap..
              I adont know when the issue idls going to be solve.. And more over i want money back else provide another lap..

              I am seeking positive replay atleast for m you sir...

              Regarding this i raised a complaint with customer care..

              From hp head office they will sent the battery through courier to chennai hp service centre branch. But due to pongal leave it is getting delay to rec'd.. Will update once it rec'd and we are also following it priority basis.

              Once it we recd battery, will collect the laptop from your residence and update with the new battery.

              As a customer i had paid rs. 38000 but the laptop which is sold to me is bad one because i am getting problem when i bought...
              Such a worst product sold to me b one of your store same has been addressed very next day but i am not getting proper reply either from you and the reliance store iyyapanthangal also management.. It is clearly shows the???

              When i hand over my laptop to the reliance store they they should not kept with them.. After couple of days they have returned to me while returning the same the store manager and the sales person whohas soled me are promised it will be replaced.. But finally after one month you are coming with solution that i need to pay 50% of the battery charges,...

              When you called me first time your voice is totally different and u asked question like why u have signed the warranty paper.. So you clearly told me you are having the evidence so complaint will be closed...

              After my replay mail to u with sales man messages with the guidance of store manager,, you had called me again it is under process..

              So it clearly shows some think happened...

              I need my money... Tats it... Since i am not at all happy...

                Purchased a refrigerator (Samsung make) worth more than 30000/- (Bill copy added as photo). I had a problem with product during installation and after also. Technician has come on[protected] after repeated requests of replacement of the product and noted the defect. Now they want to repair the new product which is not acceptable to me. I would like have replacement of the product nothing less than that.
                I am not ready to go for repair of a new product delivered to me with problems. I will not accept except the replacement of the item. Kindly do it for the sake of customer as your self is admitting that there is a problem with the product (Whether it is minor or major).
                As a customer why should i compromise for repair after paying more than 30000/- it is not fair in the part of reliance digital store.
                Hence i am requesting you to look in to the matter to replace the item or otherwise exchange with another one (Of higher end) and i am ready to pay the difference amount. The same i am requesting them ever since i first approached the reliance digital store with a problem.

                  Have bought new sharp 50 inch tv from reliance digital store in wave city centre mall, noida.

                  From day 1, tv was getting hanged but it took some time understand that the problem is in tv.

                  I logged complaint on 2-feb and initially software was updated now mainenance person is saying that motherboard needs to be relaced and it will take some time. Now this tv is having display related issues also.

                  Am struggling to get it repaired from last 10 days and everytime i get fake commitment of 2-3 days and problem is not resolved till date.

                  I request reliance to replace this faulty tv which is having display and motherboard issue.

                    Purchase a washing machine from reliance digital, thane at korum mall gstn no. 27aabcr1718e1zp. My billing date was 1st of feb'19 and they commit me that they deliever my item on 3rd of feb'19. They deliver me a damage piece so i return back on 5th of feb'19. Afterwards they deliver me a item on my office days and i convey the message to deliver it on sunday but they denie to deliver it. When i call them ms. Kaveri (Represnetetive of that store) and mr. Prakash (Sales person who sale me that item). Try to contct mr. Gyaneshwar patil (Store manager) but no one intract with me and all the time they try to convience me to receive the item on an official days and coprate me. Whenever i told them why i facing a loss of 1 day salary they told me that it's not their look out.

                    Should i expect any positive feedback from reliance or is this their nature of work.

                    Brought a 55 LG televison from Relince and within warranty period it gone faulty. Raised compliant to reliance digital but no response from their side . Informed their online toll free number as well as shop but no response so far . TV is not working for last few days. Even after paying this much amount . Pathetic service

                      I booked for digital tv connection on 25/03/2018 and my booking id is 14536032 but i am sorry so say that even after passing of about eleven months period i couldn't get connection where as you were promised for 45days time.

                        Ihave purchased reconnect washing machine semi automatic 9kg from reliance market vesu, surat on 13/10/18 bill no - 50 pos no-r115 since 40-45 days am facing problem regarding mashine and contionusly complainting for the same and till now not brought with solution and infact they are sending such low category technician who have made cuts in wire everywhere and even have broken pannel lock more such foolish things even not solved machine problem now i am fed up with all these and want my machine replacement and even no one is concerned for the problem and no one is talking responsibly

                          I bought this tv from reliance digital dated 27/11/2016 [pos receipt no.[protected], sales order no:[protected]]. From yesterday, tv seems not to be working. We could hear only audio and video is not being displayed. Warranty got expired two months ago. The question is not about warranty but the quality of reliance products (Reconnect). I bought this tv for rs.13990/-. I have raised a complaint with reliance resq. The person is yet to visit but in call he says the component to repair might cost approximately rs.8000/-. What is the guarantee the same problem might not occur again after repairing? I would rather throw it to the trash and get some branded tv.

                          Moral of the story: never purchase any reconnect products nor recommend to anyone. It is a scam and waste of money.

                          People from ResQ came to analyze the fault. Looks like the panel inside needs to be changed which would cost me just around Rs.11000/- plus. Charged me Rs.300/- for 2 minute analysis of the problem. The funny part is no one is willing to accept the fact that faulty components have been used. How could a brand such as RELIANCE always blame the customers!!! TV is still brand new (I could upload image). A big NO NO to reliance reconnect products. I have to shell more money to keep repairing their faulty products. As a brand, RELIANCE have failed big time.

                                We have very worst service experience with your company. I have bought reconnect washing machine from reliance digital, and after 1 year it has drastic problem that we can not use the machine.
                                When we place a complaint to your service department everyday new mechanic coming to visit but one has a capacity to resolve the problem as this is faulty product i request you to replace the product.

                                  Reliance digital — refrigerator not cooling

                                  I had taken rescue plan from reliance which is valid at present. I had given a complaint regarding the repair in my refrigerator. I had also given a complaint in samsung on the same date. They had informed us that under the confirmation from reliance rescue the service will be done. The confirmation is not given till date. I had been calling your reliance almost every day. Every time you had been saying the complaint will be attended in 48 hours from the date of my complaint. You had created mental agony by making me to call and in turn making me to wait for... You ofc representative is very unprofessional. I still haven’t got any response. It’s been almost a week. Don’t think i will ever take extended warranty from reliance again. It’s a waste of money. My next step will be to talk to my lawyer and take this to court. I have paid close to a lakh for the refrigerator and extra mone for extended warranty. I don’t know why you guys fool people. Before you ask again my number is[protected]

                                      I had purchased a hitachi double door refrigerator with extended warranty (Attached below is the bill copy for bill number and other details). However, recently the refrigerators doors do not close properly so i contacted the reliance digital call centre and logged the online complaint on january, 2019. The service guys then visited and checked the refrigerator but he never showed up to my place to replace the faulty parts for reasons best known to him. It has been 34 days but nobody cares to reply or contact me about the quality of the service provided or if the service guy showed up to my place or not. This is pathetic service from reliance as well as from hitachi.

                                      Requesting you to please look into the matter and send the service engineers right away with replacement parts.
