Worse service
Independent dth service is very pathetic. My set up box s/ no : #. Last six days dth signals completely off. April 7th registered a compliant. My complaint no : 579941. Still today no one attending my compliant.

Independent d2h service provider and their technicians and cc executives are equally pathetic. I have to try 100 times to contact customer care to register my complaint no one technicians never visit. Customer care employees also unprofessional.

I compliant through mail - twitter - nodal officer, local service provider. But no use.

Please guide what can i do??? Farther step?

"my problem not solved, but mark show 'resolved'" how it possible???

    Reliance digital panvel provides a pathetic service to the customer even before the purchase of a product. We had booked a ac for which they committed a date of delivery but the delivery did not happen on that day. After calling them several times and listening to there false replies they told us that the product will be delivered by the next day but again same thing repeated. Me and my husband calling them since morning in there store at call centre calling d driver and they were giving us false delivery status stating it wil reach us in next half n hr 15 mins n bla bla.. But we did not receive. 1 should think 100 times before buying anything from reliance digital they do not care for there customers and 0 service. Customer has to make efforts to reach them they do not connect you.

      No 1 worse customer service provider

      My name gireesha in new delhi

      My set up box jio independent dth s/ no : #. Last six days dth signals completely off. Screen show "error 400"
      April 7th registered a compliant. My complaint no : 579941.
      Still today no one attending my compliant.

      After register the compliant, i have to contact customer care minimum 100 times. But no use. Always the reply, its a template format "sorry for inconvenience, now am forwarding your compliant, with in 48 hours, your problem will short out"

      Still today no one technicians never visit. Customer care employees also unprofessional.

      I compliant through mail - twitter - nodal officer, local service provider. But no use.

      Independent d2h service provider and their technicians and cc executives are equally pathetic.

      Please anyone guide me, what can i do???

        I bought panasonic ac on 6th april 2019 from reliance digital modi hospital road bangalore. I was told that the product will be delivered within 2 to 3 days and installation will also be taken care within 24hrs. 1st thing there was no follow up on the status of product delivery. Upon i following up with sales person on 9th april, i was told that the product will be delivered on 10th by afternoon and same day installation will be scheduled. The product never came on said tim. Upon continuous follow up (Every 30min to 60min) i was given different reasons like vehicle broke down, tyre flat, stock loaded to different vehicle and it's on the way etc and finally it was delivered on 10th april at 9:40pm. Sales person apologized for delay and assured to have the installation to be completed next day in morning. By looking at their punctuality i asked them to finish it by end of the day at least. They committed to complete the installation by 5 to 6 pm today i. E. 11th april. Again same routine of no follow up and i had to call them repeatedly and they committed another time 7:30pm. And now the new story is started saying today if it's not possible then we shall get it done tomorrow.
        When asked for refund, their behaviour is completely different stating it's not possible at all.
        Not sure if these people really have concerns towards their customers or they just want to make sales and mint money..
        I feel i am left untreated for the money that i have paid for.

        I have tried calling the toll free number..not able to connect with any service technician. Almost have waited in queue for 30min.no response..want to know what is happening really.
        Today when I called the store number again they same the same story saying technician is aligned and he will come today. Neither they are giving details on who is the technician nor the contact details..

          We took extended guarantee of our godrej eon 1.5 ton ac from reliance. We called at the customer care to register our complain. Every time they put the call on hold for hours. After days, they registered our complaint. We even went to their service centers but they only made false promise. Days passed but no technician came. Their technicians dont pick the calls. Many numbers given by the company were fake. The company dont do anything. A technician came few days ago and he didn't do anything and said that he didnt has the gas to be filled. After few more reminders another technician came with a gas cylinder, but he brought the wrong cylinder. When we call at compant they respond by saying that gas is not available. Means this big company cant arrange for a little gas. It is available near my house., but the company couldnot find it. Till now no response has been seen from the company's side. We are continuously calling but., the technician is not picking up and company is doing nothing. I dont know why you people boasted about yourself while we were taking the guarantee from your company when u cant even find a gas. We have paid 9000 for it. But see company is just watching, like our money had no value. I want a refund from the company for all the inconvenience.

            Bought hitatchi ac from reliance digital, jabalpur on 10/3/19. Either the installation personnel were not professional and installed the product defectively or the product given was defective. On doing complaint about no cooling,
            Another technician came from reliance digital came and said there is no gas. Hence the ac is not working.
            Please arrange to replace the defective product.

              I make complain on 3rd of april 19 that my ac is not cooling and displaying f1 on led display after some time, the product is in warranty and still no one visit to check ac, daily customer service told me please wait for 2hrs will callback and inform you abt your complain status but they never call. Even i emailed to head of customer support reliance l1 and l2 both but same response from them also to wait for 4 to 5 days more. Very worst experience with reliance digital in future i will never buy any product for sure. Let see when my ac issue fix.

                I called the customer service and told them to connect to kannada speaking person. They told me that they will call back in 10 mins. But it's been 3hrs still they haven't contacted me. And i called once again but they told same dialogue. I am not satisfied with reliance customer service. Very poor customer service from reliance. From now on i won't buy anything from reliance.

                this is to inform you that reliance fake insurance for mobile my i have take this plane Rs999/- for my vivo mobile & my mobile screen damaged on 25 Sep 2019 .& same time we have complaint to reliance customer care .he is saying your rae pay pic up charge Rs.999/- we have pay the same .But till time not pick up my mobile .

                  We had bought the water filter from reliance digital a year ago. We were forced to take the extended warranty saying we wouldn't have to incur any further charges for filter change etc for 5 years. Unfortunately there has been no response inspire of calling numerous times. Also the 1 time someone came 6 months ago we had to pay rs500/-. We have been waiting a week now since the light has been blinking for filter change

                    I have purchased a reconnect semi automatic washing machine with 5 years warranty on 23 october 2018. The complaint of the product is that water can't be drained, may be due to blockage.                       I bought an acer laptop from reliance digital bengaluru with two year extended warranty. It has been having issues from start. I went there two times. They are not even listening to me properly. Saying we won't he able to help. You can sell this laptop. The manager is too irresponsible. He always just transfer me to some other guy who says format it once again. I have formatted my laptop more than twice till now.

                        I have been following for past 15 days about my TV service


                        Mr.Jitendar from service team given commitment on call and through mail stating that he will replace NEW TV as a valuable customer


                        i have all the voice clips and mails which have been recorded for my reference


                        now he is confirming that he can replace only speakers unable to give new TV


                        in above case i have given commitment to the family as they were happy to hear that news

                        now its totally disappointment to family members

                        I request reliance digital to stop these kind of fake commitment

                          I am a customer of reliance long back. I have a lg 2 ton ac purchase on[protected] and have extended warranty till 26-04-19. I complained for cooling on 20th march’19 and your service technician visited on 23rd march’19. But problem not solved completely. I write down my comments in job sheet report for further action & attached job sheet for your ready reference. I also called reliance customer service in continuous basis for resolved the cooling problem. But till date no one visited and resolved the problem.

                          As per your customer care assistant confirmation today evening, please find the below complain no.
                          Complain no. –[protected] dtd. 30th march’19 – closed without visit
                          Complain no. –[protected] dtd. 31th march’19 at 6-15 pm.

                          I want your support and proper resolved immediately for maintain our long term relationship.
                          Rcp copy attached for your ready reference.

                            I have a lg make front door washing machine purchase from reliance digital, barrackpore on 14th may’2016. And have extended warranty till 13th may’2020. I have made complain for servicing of washing machine on 20th march’19 for not functioning and display “de”.

                            Service engineer visited on 20th march’19 and open the top cover and found that rat had been entered into the machine and damaged badly. He also found that rat cover is not installed in bottom of the machine. He cleaned the machine and told me door sensor need to changed. He reported his senior but none of service report signed by me. He left my home that told me some one will back with spare.
                            Myself also contact with your customer service toll free no. But till date my washing machine lying idle, without any servicing since 20th march’19.

                            It is clear that when your service engineer installed & commissioning of washing machine then he had not installed rat cover. I purchased rat free washing machine and installation, commissioning and rcp till[protected] responsible is reliance digital. I continuously call to your customer care since 20th march’19 for resolved the issue immediately against my today complain no.[protected] dtd. 31th march’19 and[protected] dtd. 31th march’19. Till date i am waiting your resolution.
                            If you are not interested to solve it, then please cancel my rcp immediately.

                                    I purcahse samsung television on 3 sep 2018 and made payment through Hdfc credit card for 27500 rs and that time your representative said that I will receive 10% cash back after 90 days but I received 5% cash back so pls solve it as early as possible so that I can trust on reliance digital in future

                                      I purchased tcl 32"android television // (Tcl 3286500s) from reliance digital show room laksmipuram guntur on 19/03/2017 and paid the amount rs. 12, 990/ by credit card at 7.30 p. M, the shop officials
                                      Assured delivery on the next day. (20/03/2019) i clearly requested the need for wall mounting installation in view of. Small kid present in the house. The next day as assured the t. V is delivered in the after noon. One hour after the delivery the technician to whom the work is assigned by the retailer came and told that he forgot to bring the wall mount system and installed on a table and promised to fix wall mount on the next day. However even after repeated reminders by phone the wall mount not fixed till date. As feared by us the kid has touched the tv in our absence and fallen from the table and display system is damaged..                                       As there is no response even after a lapse of 6 months I am proceeding with further recourse including filing consumer forum,
                                      Tv on warranty compliant date is 6 March 2019.

                                        My laptop hp pavilion is brought in reliance digital chrompet branch. I have insured additional 2 years reliance warrenty. Now my laptophad a keyboard problem. So I submitted my laptop in reliance digital chrompet for service on January 21, 2019. On feb 17 they returned my laptop without servicing so i again rised my complient. But more three months i am waiting for my laptop they did not response us. Without my laptop i am struggling. They didn’t give any response for us. Till date i didn’t get any information about my laptop. I rise a complient about reliance digital chrompet. I want a result get soon
