Independent tv — channels not available

Independent tv launched freedom pack for rs 2250 for a year. Which promised total of 300 channels. I had opted for this pack for one year. But now all the hd channels have been removed. I have been migrated to a new mahabachat pack after the trai regulations changes. But according to trai regulations, customer should get to choose the channel or the pack should be continued without any changes to the channel list until the last plan lasts. But changes were made (Channels reduced drastically) without customer consent. Further, since all star channels are not available, due to technical reasons. No response from independent tv team, no one in customer service picking up phone. This is unfair business practice and the concerned authorities (Trai) should take necessary action. Ticket id 2442400 raised on 14 april but no response received yet

    Sir company does not stand on there commitment. Failed to provide all such channel's what they commited me. I have purchased 1 year subscription pack, but they cheated on there words. Today the condition is that iam not receiving any channel signals. Always shows error 400. Also not attending my problems. What to do sir please provide me necessary acton against such type of fraud company. Thanx.

      The lg dual inverter split ac we brought on 09.03.2019 and till to date, it has some leakage problems. The technicians came once and checked and found that gas leakage and filled up gas.

      Further, from 6.04.2019 the ac is not working and made several requests on that store but till to date the problem is not resolved even i am calling daily to their representatives.

        Dear team,

        Since last 2 weeks i am repeatedly giving you calls for servicing and parts repair as the wings are not moving. Last time your cs transferred the call to your sales team, the guy said it is delayed for the parts which was already dispatched from mumbai and will be done by wednesday or thursday of this week. Today is friday, not yet done. Today when i again gave a call to your cs, she is informing that the part is not available. That means you guys r misguiding. Such a poor service, if you can't provide proper services then why do guys do brainwash on extended warranty.

          Bought reliance electra glow speaker from phoenix market city chennai - reliance digital in may 2018. After 4 days of purchase the product stopped working.
          Raised a service in reliance resq and got a part replaced and it started working again.

          Again within a week it stopped working and will not work most of the days. Now it's almost an year and i feel cheated. I had already raised request for replacement or refund. Till now none from the service center called and attended the issue.

          Instead of selling these faulty products reliance can close their in house products. They are not capable of giving quality products.

          I need replacement or refund. I have the bill copy can produce it when required

            Buy a refrigerator samsung 212 ltr from reliance digital bhiwadi rajasthan on date 12/04/2019 staff commitment of delivered on date 14/04/2019 but today till now not delivered. And not satisfactory answer given by staff. I am daily calling but not given satisfied answers talking today deliver today deliver. Very bed experience with reliance digital.

              We purchased symphony air cooler from reliance digital kharghar in 14 april 2019. Now our cooler is not working. While purchasing we were told about prompt service if taken resq plan.. Now since last 03 days we are repeatedly asking for help but no one is turning up. We have number of mails, phones which was conveniently ignored.                 Sir,
                I Purchased TCL LED TV from Reliance Digital, Ongole, Andhra Pradesh on 15/01/19. Register a complaint against TV is not able to communicate for DTH connection.Engineer reached upon complaint log through phone in few days and made a repair for short time display.As he left, problem re-iterated. Informed it to Reliance digital technical resolved a 1st attempt over phone .But he claimed to log a complaint again.Informed the same to Reliance digital to rectify at the earliest and no technician reached to resolve or replace it with new TV.
                Recently i informed the same to Reliance Digital complaint forum (Communication is attached for reference) and section head promised me that will be resolved in 24hrs. Its been 4 days past, no action has been taken.Request you kind intervention to get it resolved at the earliest.

                  We purchased sharp tv from reliance digital panvel in october 2018. Now our tv is not working. While purchasing we were told about prompt service if taken resq plan. We spared extra amount for same plan. Now since last 10 days we are repeatedly asking for help but no one is turning up. We have number of mails, phones which was conveniently ignored.                     Hi,

                    I have recently purchased an ac (Model-voltas 123v lzk, cin no: u01100mh1999plc120563, mob: [protected]) from reliance digital store, sarjapura road, bangalore. The overall experience post-purchase was pathetic and unprofessional. Here is the whole experience

                    I purchased the product on 13th apr, and the delivery happened on 14th. The installation should happen within 48 hrs after delivery, but the customer care from the store confirmed me that installation will happen on 15th only. They double assured me; hence i took leave from office.

                    - the installation did not happen on 15th when i enquired to store, every time a new person was picking up the phone and asking me to wait for a callback. Nobody called me back even after more than 12-15 follow ups. At last, i went to the store again. There the crm (Swastika madam) ensure me that installation will happen next morning and will be completed by 12 noon so that i can resume my office.

                    - the technician came to my home by 10 am on 15th, they forgot to bring tools and the whole installation process finished by 6 pm in the evening. Those people are highly unprofessional. They spoiled my walls with many scratches, cut electrical pipes, used abusing languages while talking to their staff, and lastly asked for 1000 rupees for unnecessary stuff. The technician manager was not picking up the phone while i was trying to call him (Tried more than 20 times). I didn't get the support from the store crm also.

                    - after the installation i realized that the product is faulty and the swing is not working, i raised the same concerned with the store crm team. I was expecting the product replacement immediately, but they have raised a repair request (Ticket no: [protected]) with 3 working days resolution time. My question is for a new unused faulty product why repair ticket why not replacement? Then after following up with the crm they said 3 days is the technician visit time, and after that for repair or replace more time would be taken. I have also asked them that there is no message or mail received for the ticket but there is no response from the crm team.

                    We choose and pay little extra to the big brands because we trust them and expect good service.
                    I never had such experience with other brands like croma, girias, adishwar, etc. This is the first and might be the last purchase from reliance digital.

                    Hoping that at least i will get the faulty product fixed.

                      I purchased a panasonic 1 ton ac on june 2018 from reliance digital, kolkata. Since its installation, i am facing non-cooling issue. Almost every month the ac stop working, i book a service call, engineers do come, refill the gas go away. But within a month's time same issue occur. This non-cooling problem has been occurring since last 1 year. Reliance is not providing any permanent solution to my problem neither they are replacing the ac.

                      My money is wasted & i cant use the product.

                        I bought samsung inverter ac from reliance digital shahdara delhi. Stopped working and complain registered on 28th march 2019. No one can claim as poor service as reliance digital. Poor knowledgeable technician, worst customer care service and what to say about delhi ncr service center.. It's pathetic. Till date nothing have been done. I have sent 7 mail on a row but, no one bother to reply. Now preparing to go consumer forum. My suggestion not to buy from reliance stores

                        I must say that bunch of ###S technician hired by Reliance digital, they don't know how to detect fault in inverter air conditioner. One ### came and after 4 days again same ### coming to resolve that problem. Just think what the level of Reliance service center.

                          we have bought Reliance reconnect TV in Reliance Digital Kolathur branch on 2016 with Additional two years warranty, unfortunately our TV got problem on 30th match 2019 and we have checked with Reconnect Customer care this TV Under Waranrty upto 2020. i have raise a case with Customer on 1st of April 2019 but there is no proper response from Reliance Digital Kolathu, Service Center, Reconnect Customer care support & Nodal Escalation

                            We have ordered ac, wahing machine and tv and we were promised to deliver the products in 24 hrs and installation in next 24hrs. We did not receive our products even after crossing 5 days time and we have been told that there is no stock for ac. What a stupid service from reliance never expected this from a trusted merchandise. They are not even willing to refund my money and we are struggling (Impacting health conditions) as a family

                            These Numbers are always busy and not able to contact them.There is no higher management(manager outside or manager on leave Iam hearing these from past 3 days)to address the delivery or to process Refund atleast.Iam unsure how Reliance will sell the products to the customers which are not even in stock and get the payments done.This is the highest level of cheating customers.They have taken money and Reliance is not delivering/installing the product at the same time they are not ready to process the Refund.This is disgusting experience I ever had.

                              This is with respect to my complain regarding service/repair of my Rconnect window AC dated 30.03.2019, after so many follow ups/complain escalations person came to visit at my place on dated 04.04.2019 …. and told that this is a leakage problem and he will not attend this(When I already mentioned in my complain that there is no cooling in my AC unit). Then again I raised another complain on same date and after that complain also I have to follow up so hard to get a visit done at my place and finally on dated 06.04.2019 a person came at 9.00 Pm and half heartily checked the AC and told this unit has to be sent at workshop and left.

                              After that another struggle started to arrange to send the AC unit at workshop, again after so many follow ups, on dated 08.04.2019 AC finally sent to workshop and I was promised that I will get it back within 4-5 days after repairing. From that date I haven’t got any call from anyone regarding status of my AC. And when I am calling to get the status no one responded, some says I am on leave etc etc.

                              From Above story it is very well understood that how good Rconnect is taking care of their customers. I have never this type of disgusting service from any brand and that too in a metro city(Noida). What can be more shameful for Rconnect people than this. From 30.03.2019 to 16.04.2019, 17 days, but till now nothing happened and now I am not expecting anything.

                              Now they people had taken my AC back and not providing any status, so i need refund of my money and they keep their AC with Them

                              I will take this matter to various forums to expose those Rconnect cheated persons.

                              Again same Problem this year. 13 April 2020 : As I started my Reconnect 1 ton AC this summer, It was not working and I lodged a complain regarding the same with reliance. I understood current lock down situation and because of that only I waited long to get my Ac repair. 06.May 2020: Call came from reliance end that now their services are restored and they are visiting for attending the complain. And their service team came to my home for AC repair and told that its a gas leakage problem and tomorrow gas will be refilled as they informed that all their services are in full operation except pick up services. Just after that when I informed them (Showed my warranty card) that my product is under warranty, then there response suddenly changed. At that moment I understood that this wont be easy for me and that is what happened. From that day I am trying to contact Reliance people ( through phone calls and email)for refueling of gas, but till now no positive response came. From above it is very much clear that intentionally they people don't want to attend my complain, reason being the product under warranty. In this hot summer it is almost impossible to live without AC. And this is not the first time, last year also same problem occurs and these people took more than a month to resolve the same after I raised complain in this firm. This is the way they people cheating the customers, firstly forcing them to buy extended warranty cover and then provide this type of disgusting service. Lastly if they don't want to attend the complain within 1-2 days, then refund my extended warranty charges of Rs 2700 + Taxes + 3 years interest at the earliest. Also the market mrp was 26000 and sales rep was shooting the price as 33000 and straight 10000 offer. But the actual price of inspite me informing them the price high the manager didnot even bother to offer lesser price billed me for 23289.11. I was also forced to buy exteded warranty. I appreciate you to take action and address my issue and get the difference value credited back to me.

                                    I bought a daikin inverter ac from reliance digital in ambience mall. The installation was suppose to be next day and free. Surprisingly, the ac was delivered 4 days after the purchase and the installation is still pending after 8 days. Thy are calling everyday to confirm if the ac is delivered, followed by a delivery confirmation with the dates changed. On calling the showroom, i am promised that the installation guys are on the way. This is the message been given to me for 4 says straight.

                                    Feel very cheated by them. No internal organisation and coordination. They just tell you whatever comes to mind.

                                    So today after almost 9 days i am still sitting with a packed ac. Thinking of getting it installed personally but it will cost me another 5k extra. Regret transacting with reliance digital. This was the last time.

                                    After this complaint, I got a call from reliance digital asking if my AC has any technical faults. I am mighty amused at the level of their coordination. To find a fault, my AC needs to be installed first.

                                    Another day of false promises by Reliance Digital Ambience Mall by Rohit. I was promised ac installation today and no one called or arrived.
                                    I have purchased a AC from reliance digital, wave mall, Lucknow on 07.04.2019 of PANASONIC BRAND. The AC was installed on 08.04.2019 at my registered address. The AC is not working since installation. Kindly revert this deal and give my money back. I can't bear more humiliation after spending Rs 43490/-.

                                      I have purchased a/c from reliance digital in the month of may 18, after 3 defective installation they installed 4 th a/c, even in this a/c gas was not there. Installation people told that they will refill gas once wheather is good. After that nobody turned up.

                                      I have raised number of complaints to customer care but nothing happened
                                      I also contacted lg they are saying since it was installed by reliance people they will fill gas or replace.

                                      Till now i am suffering in this matter.

                                      I have called number of times but nobody is paying any attention.

                                      Once lg people visited and said it was wrongly installed by reliance team.

                                      This can be checked by both customer care as number of tickets have been raised on this.

                                      Kindly arrange somebody to resolve this issue as my warranty period will also expire.

                                      Its been a 6 days since i submitted a service request for my voltas AC servicing but no one came to check it till yet .regularly complaining to customer care they say regularly the same thing that person will visit to your house today.but till yet no one has come to see it.

                                        I have purchases a samsung a/c on april 4, 2018, and on march 25 it has some issue. As i was not able to find the original copy of my bill, i called service center and requested them for a copy of bill on march 28, i have asked them that i am having an issue with my a/c and as they have details of bill can i raise a complaint. But she asked me to wait until they provide me the copy of the bill.

                                        I called them continuously almost daily but everyone asked me to wait for the bill, and on april 4 a customer service guy said that a bill is not necessary for a complaint and when i asked him to raise a complaint he said that the warranty period has expired just a day back. I explained him the whole case that it was a mistake of wrong information provided by the customer care guys he said that he will be asking concerned team for a call back. After multiple calls for several days they said they will raise a complaint and try to make it a free service.

                                        But when i tried contacting the customer service people they said that they are not aware of any such free service and it is chargeable. As i am fed up with the calls for more than 18 days i asked them to come for a visit for repairing my a/c.
