I purchased a kent ro water purifier from reliance digital, b. T. Road, kolkata on 03/01/2017.
My resq plan serial no. Is 643162.
Rcp period starts from 03/01/2018 & end date 02/01/2020
I have registered a complain to repair my kent ro on 13/11/208.
For the last 18 days customer care is playing a dirty game with me.
The email & messages sent by customer care is sufficient proof to prove my point. All messages & emails sent to e in this regard will be furnished if you ask for it.
Today i received a message stating that the kent ro engineer would come on 29/09/2018 to repair the water filter.
Few days back another message states that the water filter have already been serviced to the satisfaction of the consumer.
However, the fact is that no engineer/service person neither contacted me nor came to my place to repair the kent ro water purifier.
Kindly arrange to repair my costly kent product without delay.

    I am a reliance digital costomer i have purchased many electronic gadgets from reliance digital. 2 year ago i have purchased a laptop with extended insurance from u. My laptop stopped working and i submitted my laptop to reliance digital (Chennai) on 5/11/2018 as it was under reliance resq plan. They promised that they will delivery the repaired laptop within 2 weeks. Today is 1st of december, i dont have any repairs status update of my laptop many times i had visited to reliance digital store post submitting my laptop to them for repair. At reliance retail limited tech pump tower no.3/62, rajiv gandhi salai, omr road chennai 600119. Store manager states that they r not responsible to deliver repaired laptop on time. And they dont have any status update yet. I am extremely worried and tensed thinking about my laptop. I am studying engineering and i have my project presentations for exam and i need to use my laptop for creating presentation. Store manager was highly disinterested to attend me and listen to my problems. Reliance digital plzzz help my contact no [protected]. Pfb submission receipts

I purchase a Samsung phone in 18/02/2018 (J 7 max) in your reliance digital which is in 36 mall Bilaspur.today (30/11/2018) my phone screen were damage by accidentally.i go to the Samsung service center they give me estimate about 4834.16 RS.But In Purchasing Time Your Store Sales Person Were Committed me their is a Offer in These mobile one time free screen replacement's.but in service center person says that their is no offer in your mobile so please take some urgent action in my mail.and do needful for me.i take this mobile through bajaj finance.

            This is prince, recently i have taken a form filling work from the company named digital services, latur, maharashtra. They said the work should be of minimum 90% accuracy, i submitted the work within the time with required accuracy. Then they sent a quality report regarding my work as fail. When i check the mistakes, they edited my work as they replaced "a" with "s", "s" with "5" etc., and said that i failed my work.
            Now, they are asking me to pay a compensation of 15820/- as i breached the agreement and mailed me a notice in the name of lawyer minhaz. M. Patel and telling me if i don't pay legal actions will be taken on me.

              Hello
              I had purchased r-connect 2ton air conditioner on 23.4.2018 from
              Reliance digital - rudrapur uttrakhand. After one month problem arised of f1 and f6 (Stop cooling) i booked service and tech. Tried to solve problem they were able to solve.. They have been five times different tech. Came to solve problem
              Then they said we will replace ur a. C. It takes 10 to 15 days to replace. Now they do not receive my call anymore

              1) reliance are not committed to there promise. Its dealing with wrong and fake promise, at the time of purchase they are making fake promise and after ward they are not bother about there promise

              2) please take action against them.

                I purchased my mobile (Samsung S7 edge) from Reliance digital store Elante Mall Chandigarh and i bought 2 year accidental warranty with my system. Two days back my phone got damage and today i went to the Reliance RESQ center (SCO 15, Zirakpur- 134109). They said that your accidental warranty is not updated with us. I was sitting there for an hour and they keep saying that we are checking it. But later they said we cant do anything till the time its not updated in our record. My Question to reliance digital is WHY I WILL BE RUNNING AROUND FOR YOUR MISTAKES.
                I always purchase my phones from reliance digital but this king of service is pathetic.

                  Hello, my registered mobile number with reliance dth service is [protected] and customer id is 69706187. Our set top box is not working for more than 8 days now. And error coming as : error 400 or no program found, please search. We are continuously complaining about the same to customer care and we are not getting compalint number. They aresaying they have assigned technician but no one is reporting. Kindly take this issue on priority and solve on urgent basis.

                    I am a regular customer in reliance digital since past 10 years all theses years i was happy with the products and customer treatment but on 1st of november i purchased a jio modem in reliance digital mysore in mall of mysore. Since i did not use after i purchased i did not know the problem.. On 25 th of november when i tried to connect with modem it was not possible.. So on 28th of november i went to ask for the problem.. The employee of reliance digital said that.. The sim is broken so we need to change the sim and he asked me to submit adhar card once again... Who does submit there adhar card for the same number twice.. When we raised this topic with ur employ there is was a rude answers.. That is not the way i expected in reliance... Yours is a reputed company but some employ with his arrogance is ruining your reputed name.. Plzz make sure that the employ does pay for this arrogance...

                      Hi friends, yesterday one lady called from digital services latur and offered the form filling jobs. She told me within 10 days i must complete 1000 forms. Each form will get rs.20 inr. If not completed they will not pay. And even not accurate also they will not pay. And i need to pay certain amount to them. And if they pay they will deduct 5500 from the salary. That time onwards i had a doubt about this company. But i need a job. So i agreed. Today i saw these all complaints from google. They send agreement everything. She told me today you can start the work. After seeing these all complaints i called that ladies number. It was not connected. I send sms and e mail also to her that, if not genuine not send the work and don't try to cheat me.

                        Im deeply unsatisfied with the customer care received from reliance digital shobha city mall, thrissur kerala. I told them my laptop doesnt hold a real version of word. Tey didnt check it properly. It is showing expired now. Im a docter. I have emergency project works which is going to get suffered. Im going to complaint it to consumercourt if im not being provided with the real software

                          I have bought a samsung galaxy A6 plus phone from reliance digital store in R.D complex, jorhat on 11.11.18.A power bank is in offer with the phone.but at they time billing they said that there is somthing wrong with their system so they provide me on the next day, but they didn't give that on next day.then since 2 weeks spent, i visit many times to the store.every time they show some stupid excuses and didn't provide it till today..i asked the authorities to provide it to me as soon as possible.

                            I am a dis-satisfied customer for having purchased sony bravia 4k tv worth 1.35 lakhs but unable to get the demo of the same till date in-spite of several requests made to the reliance digital stores manager mr. Raghavendra and staff mr. Shashi. The tv was purchased during diwali festival of year 2016. I have personally been several times to the stores at mantri mall bengaluru, karnataka, india but of no use. I had not expected such kind of service from reliance digital, i would like to know whether do you have any control over the service being provided for the products sold by you. This is really shameful on your organisation.

                              Order booked at your reliance digital in gulbarga district of karnataka state.

                              Order booked date is 10th nov, 2018
                              Payment is made in advance for the item on booking date only but till we have not been given delivery of the said item. Inspite of our regular follow up with the sales executive we have not been given delivery of the product till date. Now i want refund of the full amount which i made payment towards the said item as i haven't received the item on time.

                                This complaint is regarding the washing machine we purchased on 11 oct 2018 (Whirlpool 7kg fully automatic elite grey)

                                We complain about 'd error' 14 nov 2018 / a person came and said the machine will go for repair he cannot repair it here.

                                On 17 oct 2018 they took it for repair and return on 20 oct 2018.in between, there was no information about the fault and the person was also not aware of the issue. We asked them that we need to run the machine with clothes then only we can check if the machine is working properly or not but he denied the same. On top of that, there was several dent and scratch on my new machine for this they don't have an answer. This is the worst experience we are facing with reliance digit services, people are working like roadside workers. They don't care about customer product and money, and your customer care people have no idea about the actual issues.

                                And now again we are facing the same 'd error' while using the machine for the 1st time after repair.

                                So the very simple thing is that we want our full money back and we don't want that machine at all. Because we don't want to face this kind of issue again & again and trust me, we don't have that much time for this.

                                  Dear team,

                                  With reference to said subject, please be informed that the delivery of the whirlpool elite washing machine has been delayed significantly against the promised delivery date of 05.11.2018. We made it very clear to sales executive towards the delivery of said washing machine and it same scheduled for november 05th & it's mentioned in the sales invoice as well.

                                  We clearly stated that we would be travelling abroad on november 12th 2018 thus need washing machine delivered at door step before that.

                                  However we started to receive the calls from delivery team from november 05th on wards and every-time it was promised to deliver it same day before 05:00 pm, which unfortunately didn't happened. We did a continuous follow up with sales executives, reliance digital customer care & delivery team but all in vain.

                                  Finally today our relatives in india received another call from delivery team that washing machine could be delivered today but not sure that's a genuine promise or a false commitment like past.
                                  However it would be tough for us to take a delivery now after seeking help from a relative to receive & get the same installed now.

                                  Defiantly cancellation of order and asking for refund is only option which we don't wanna avail, but instead would like to escalate this to top management of reliance digital toward this negligence & pathetic customer service.

                                  Request you to kindly advise on the escalate matrix & next level of escalation to take this issue further.

                                  Also request you to kindly advise on reliance digital policy for compensation towards this false & misleading promises which has caused financial, reputational & behavioral losses.

                                    I have purchased Reconnect Thunder storm 2.1 CH MM home theater system 1st October 2017 and it got faulty 28th September 2018, i have compliant and submitted it on relicence digital center service with request no.[protected] on date 29 September 2018 ( it was on warranty) after 10 days i have checked my complaint status via sms service it was answered status closed then i have called so many times to service center and reliance digital center but they did not give satisfactory answer to me still waiting for their response and they are not providing any update on my complaint and every time they told me i will call you back but till now i never get any call and update from their side
                                    i am now frustrated with both of them and written on the internet so that i can found the solution and the update on my complaint.

                                      Bleddy irresponsible buggers reliance digital is i have booked dth set up box on august 27th and they told it will be delivered and installed in 30 to 45 day's but till now i didn't get that to installation. If i call to the customer they will say 7 days it will be installed. K i called after 7 days again they are saying sorry for the inconvenience still you have to wait 7 days. K again i called but answer was the same what the hell reliance is doing. I fed up of this. If you can't install or deliver refund my money of ₹500. Bleddy irresponsible reliance digital and stupids buggers and i have added screen shot of the mail which i have received from reliance digital. Please resolve this issue. Thank you.

                                        Sir i booked a reliance dth connection in march 2018 register mobile no [protected]. Despite numerous calls to customer care and mails i still haven't got the connection. The only reply i get is within a week you will get the connections installed and when i asked them to refund the money they said it's against compan's policy. Please look into the matter as soon as possible...

                                        Reliance Digital customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I bought iphone 6 from reliance store in offer then there is no cost emi and a cashback of 2000 but now they are charging interest and giving no cashback. I asked them but they Said they will not give... for cashback they daily make me fool that tomorrow u will get solution...
