My experience with reliance digital infinity mall was one of the worst. They treat ppl like #. They don't bother what the customer needs. They go on and peter blame the customer that he / she has harassed them. The escalation team mr ronny called up and sai ma'am it is ur mistake that ur phone is not compatible with the tv. Also when the tv instllersaid that wallmountis not sustainable fhe tv, it's my fault. And the case is...

Complaint no/id [protected]. I have complaint on 19/10/2018 for panasonic ac. Only a person came and check/verify that ac not working. Then no other action taken, just specified that there were some leakage problem and some one came from center and will check for inter/external unit, but no one came and still waiting, worst service from reliance digital.
Just look in to this matter as soon as possible. Or need to go to consumer form....

Never expected that reliance digital would serve me with a faulty smart tv.
I bought the tv from chandanagar relaince digital on 03rd october 2016 and to my shock this tv stopped working yesterday (25th october 2018).

This is not only a bad experience with reliance digital but also with sony.

Am extremely disappointed for this.
