Sir,
Kindly refer my earlier letter.
I purchased lg uhd 4k 55uk6360 on[protected]Inv. No.[protected] dated 03.12.2018) from reliance digital limited, attapur, hyderabad. At the time of purchase, i was told that warranty for 1 year for the product and additional warranty for one year for 4k ips penal. The above tv was dedlvered and installed on[protected].

However, the warranty card given by the lg was only for 1 year for the product. No additional warranty for one yea for 4k ips penal has been mentioned in warranty card.

Your sales people have cheated and misled about the additional warranty for 1 year and mis-represented/ cheated the facts of the tv.

Hence, i request that i tv may be return back 4k-55

    Dear sir
    This is mani varma, i purchased a micro oven from reliance digital vizianagaram ap. I asked microven for my hotel purpose but they sold domestic purpose oven which i don't know at time of purchase. My oven not working, i went to service center they didn't claim my warranty. They saying we used commercial purpose so they regretted us.

    My oven placed where i bought, i deeply disturbed by your staff behaviour. They just interested our purchase not our purpose. I hope you clear my problem as soon as possible which clears in smooth manner.

        Respected sir,

        I shri. Bhabani pada bhattacharjee, bought a lenovo yoga laptop (Product serial number mp16y09c) for my daughter bijoya (Bhattacharjee) mukherjee’s official use from reliance digital store, axis mall, kolkata on 7th may 2017 by paying rs. 51, 751.79/- including 2 years of extended warranty and theft and accidental insurance (Scan copy of invoice attached). It is a shocking and painful matter that when i selected the item (Lenovo) there were no other set except demo set according to them. And they convinced me that it is absolutely working fine and is fresh only and sold me the demo set on which they gave me sales demonstration. Accordingly i bought same trusting reliance digital as a brand and their salesman's words. When i casted my doubt on demo set, then sales manager was called, who has assured me that nothing will happen and if anything takes place they will rectify it even to a replacement assured. But within a week of purchase of set, technical faults started showing up. Screen was blinking and turning red repeatedly; continuous dialogue box of dll file errors showed up, system started getting heated up a lot and also took very long time to switch on. Switching it off was also a problem as it took long to switch off. Working in ms office became critical. And also sometimes in between work system used to get automatically switch off.
        I along with my daughter bijoya mukherjee took the set immediately to reliance digital store axis mall and they kept the device for 2 days for inspection and necessary compliance. But nothing happened. They gave us customer care numbers ([protected]) and[protected] for further contact and lodging the complaint. They also tried to lodge the complaint but it did not happen and they said since the route is busy so same will happen after some time. We have been trying to lodge complaint numerous times since beginning but all effort turns in vain as there is no complain register segment in customer care. However called up warranty card's customer care toll free number [protected] again to confirm them that complaint is not getting registered at[protected], upon which they said it is used for home appliances and not covering laptops and mobiles (Documents attached). We kept in touch with reliance digital for so many months in spite of my daughter’s hectic schedule and travelling but no positive approach in sorting out the matter has been initiated.
        In this alarming situation neither we got any support from customer care nor from reliance digital store, axis mall, kolkata. Finally when we lodged a mailer complaint under the threat of legal action through consumer’s court, then they responded to mails and sent lenovo service official to our home towards repairing the device on 22nd dec 2017 (Supporting attached). Upon his arrival, the official confirmed of hard disk issues which he later replaced and also of other technical faults that was leading to flickering and reddening of screen (Supporting attached). Lenovo official also confirmed that our product warranty was going to expire in another 38 days that means warranty was going to expire on 29th jan 2018 (Point to note - our product was purchased on 7th may 2017 and warranty period as per warranty card given by reliance digital was of 6th may 2018). This shows that we were sold an old refurbished product. (Screenshot of supporting attached). When this fraudulent activity was informed to reliance digital, they rectified it.
        The service personnel then changed the hard disk and repaired temporarily few other technical parts.
        After usage of few days, again gradually problems started resurfacing as usual. I sent the video footage of problem to reliance digital person too as a proof via whatsapp. (Screenshot of chat attached). We sent a mail stating issues to reliance digital officials named arijit ghosh, amit bera and crm department. Upon which they asked me to go to any reliance digital store as lenovo warranty was already expired by that time and we can get it repaired under purchased extended warranty of reliance digital. We took the system to kaikhali branch of reliance digital as this place has been nearby to our residence. Upon receiving our laptop they kept it for repairing and then after 2 months of follow up they gave our laptop on 14th july 2018. While checking it in front of them itself the same problem arises as of flickering and reddening of screen. We then refused to take the product back and resubmitted along with adaptor to get it repaired completely (Job sheet attached along with their receiving signature). Later on 9th aug we received a mail from ms. Sahana banerjee's email id that laptop is working fine and then trusting their words again we collected it back. But in reality there was no possibility of getting it repaired as problem was persistent.
        My daughter ms. Bijoya mukherjee is holding a responsible position in govt. Of india funded project and remains busy on tour to cities all over india for which she requires a laptop as to carryout data base work round the clock. She had to hire a laptop on rent @ rs. 2100/- per month for 19 months and still continues.
        After spending more than half a lakh rupees if we receive this service, which is not at all acceptable and it seems to be a deliberate action of reliance digital store to sell the defective items. My daughter’s work is badly affected due to understandable inconvenience with a rented laptop/ storage device.
        By the process we were harassed mentally, physically, financially and workwise. Under these circumstances we do not have any faith and trust in reliance digitals as well as lenovo manufacturer. Hence we want a compensatory refund of amount rs. 1, 26, 652/- as follows –
        1. Laptop purchase charges +theft insurance charges +extended warranty charges + emi interest charges = rs. 51, 751.79/- (Invoice attached)
        2. Rental charges = rs. 2100/- for 19 months (Till date plus upcoming days) = rs. 39, 900/- + (Document can be produced on demand).
        3. Financial loss compensation
        4. Conveyance charges = 15, 000/-
        5. Mental and physical harassment charges = rs. 2, 00, 00/-

        The machine is lying with us as a useless piece.

        Necessary supporting documents in the form of screen shot of defects (As much possible) and invoices attached for your reference.
        In case of further requirement of supporting documents, could be provided as far as possible.

        Respected Sir / Madam,

        At the outset I beg your pardon for not replying in time as we were out of station and were constraint to limited internet access.
        In response to your communication regarding our complaint, we received response from Reliance digital that since our laptop's warranty is over and now only our purchased Resq repair warranty is there, so they will not replace our product, instead they asked us to take the product AGAIN to one of their store for repairing. By the process they have expired our Lenovo warranty still repair of laptop could not be done by them and in no time they have intimated us that the two years extended warranty would not cover the replacement of a defective demo set sold by them. Even before we took our laptop several times to their stores but they just killed the time and could do nothing with the laptop even in their Resq repair warranty too. The images and proofs of same has already been shared during registering our complaint in this forum. Under no circumstances we are going to step in their trap again as we have suffered mentally, physically, work wise and financially. I would request to your lordship to deliver the justice in favour o[censored]s and help us to get our compensatory refund as stated in my complaint to your courtship.
        I purchase reconnect washing machine from reliance digital from Bestech Mall in SAS Nagar Mohali Punjab in November 2018. After few days during using the machine, it shown fault of water leakage and stopping of dryer automatically. Please send a technician at our residence to resolve this problem . Thanks

          Sir
          I have lodged a complaint regarding repair of my reconnect top load semi auto matic
          Washing machine in the month of september 2018. Your service mechanic visited and said two spares are to be changed. One will be provided by the company free of cost and the other the payment has to be made. I accepted for the propsal. He phoned and said he has ordered for spares and the machine will be repaired as soon as spares were recieved.
          Each time i have contacted the customer
          Care centre the reply from them is it will be done after recieving of spares. But till today the washing machine was not repaired.

                I bought my jbl headphones in reliance digital showroom at hyderabad. I verified about the warranty details and replacement. Incase of not working i was told that replacement can be done at any showroom across india. Now oneside is not working and bengaluru showroom deny for replacement and say that it will be done only at the same place. How am i supposed to visit the same place for replacement? Horrible customer service. I was cheated saying replacement can be anywhere. I'm attaching my soft copy invoice with this. Look into this case immediately.

                    Digital services is a company worked for form filling and submitted the work within the given time but they generated QC as failed, ccross checked it but many of them are correct but marked wrong. Tried to contact them so many times but no one attended or replied to my queries or mails sent. I even called Hiba Shiekh through whom i joined the part time about this but even she is also not responding. Got calls from advocate Mayur Joshi office saying your case has been taken by us and it is filed in the court legally. To avoid all the legal charges over you they thretened and made me pay 29, 550₹ and 27950₹. It is a huge amount as a student. Even they took penalty charges 5200₹. Please no one fall into the trap, Even after doing all this i dud not recieve NOC certificate. Please help me . Please no one fall into the trap. Please help me get my money and NOC certificate.

                          Good day.
                          Myself sameer chavan. I had purchased samsung a. C from your belapur store on 03.12.2018. And it is delivered on 04.12.2018. Unfortunately the unit is not arrived in sealed conditions and had scratches on indoor unit.
                          The service engineer had fitted the unit today itself. And confirms the box comes like this condition always to my wife as i was at office.
                          After arriving in evening i noticed the poor condition of outdoor unit and scratched on indoor unit.
                          Please find attached pics fyr

                            We have registered a complaint for 43 FDH SMART TV 43F4380S for screen damage. As we expect engineer ask us that the screen is physically damage. When we ask him to prove that, he replied that he is not able to prove that. Then he called his manager Mr Vassim, he replied us that if you want proof you have to take the unit at store from where you have purchased. I immediately called Sales Person Mr Anil where we have purchase the unit. He replied that they are not giving you right suggestion. Then he talked with engineer & ask him to take a snap & send it to their higher authority to decide about the complaint. & engineer do that. He also ensure us that until your complaint solve we will not close the call. By immediately after leaving our home engineer closed the call. & when I called to him Mobile Number [protected], he replied me roudly & told that now our duty is over, you have to call customer care.
                            Now we are decided to go to consumer court about this complaing.

                            Today i got a call from Reliance & they ask that the replacement of damage screen & they told me the replacement cost will be 29000.00 which is higher than the New TV.
                            I want to tell that if any are planning to by Reconnect TV don't buy it.
                            I purchased a steam iron and within four uses it got faulty and stopped working.
                            Kindly get it replaced.

                              My name is ajeet dubey. On 8 nov 2018 i got call from digital services regarding an online form filling work. First i was asked to register with an amount of rs.299 and they asked to send my id proof and they send me a message to download an apk file called digitaldocs through which they took my details such as photo, mobile number and signature. And then i got a mail from them which contain a digitally generated agreement form. They generated this agreement without specifying terms and conditions, i came to know about it only after i received the agreement. And i was told that i have to complete 1200 forms in 10 days. I was given a user id and password to login to the website which contained only.
                              Now the lawyer is sending me text messages, email and calling repeatedly to pay a penalty amount of 5200+3000. And if i have deny for that they will file a legal case against me and i will be penalised for rs.45, 000
                              Today i got an email from an advocate s. B. Deshmukh and asking me to pay money within 7 days.
                              So, it is a humble request. Please look in to this matter and help me against this frauds.

                                Yesterday i visited davanagere reliance digital to purchase a mobile phone. But the executive (Nayana) who is attending me started getting irritating after showing me 2-3 mobiles. I really don't understand what i did wrong. So i simply walk out without buying anything.                                   We are using this AC since a year and there was no issue with the motor.

                                  Now they took the AC to their service centre for cleaning and now the motor is not working as per the technician. I doubt they must have replaced the motor with the faulty one.
                                  Also, if the AC was dispatched from the service centre to our place, it was not checked whether its working or not.

                                  Since 17 days we are facing this mental harassment and what we get to know that the AC motor is not working. This is kind of service we are getting.
                                  I feel you people are taking your customer very lightly. Now after 2 days one engineer came for installation of AC & now today he is saying there is damage in Motor .
                                  Again it will take 2-3 days for & they don’t have pick up the call.

                                  It’s like for damage they have taken my AC & not for repairing.

                                      I bought reliance machine rhswg 8001 on 5th nov and product got delivered in a couple days. On checking the machine it was defective and i raised a complaint immediately on 9th nov 2018. Twice i had visits from reliance and finally they agreed for replacement on 12th. After multiple followups, i got a call from reliance that product is not available locally so i need to wait for another 7-10 business days for the replacement to be delivered. I followed up and everytime they have a different reason for delay. Sometime its a meeting to decide whats causing the delay.
                                      Today on 1st december, i was informed due to it related issue, replacement could not be sent.
                                      I have never seen such a fraud company in my entire life. Stay clear from reliance. Better buy from local store or flip* or amz.

                                        I purchased a kent ro water purifier from reliance digital, b. T. Road, kolkata on 03/01/2017.
                                        My resq plan serial no. Is 643162.
                                        Rcp period starts from 03/01/2018 & end date 02/01/2020
                                        I have registered a complain to repair my kent ro on 13/11/208.
                                        For the last 18 days customer care is playing a dirty game with me.
                                        The email & messages sent by customer care is sufficient proof to prove my point. All messages & emails sent to me in this regard will be furnished if asked for.
                                        Today, 01/12/18, i received a message stating that the kent ro engineer would come on 29/11/2018 to repair the water filter.
                                        Few days back another message states that the water filter have already been serviced to the satisfaction of the consumer.
                                        However, the fact is that no engineer/service person neither contacted me nor came to my place to repair the kent ro water purifier.
                                        Kindly arrange to repair my costly kent product without delay.
